This review has been a long time coming.. I have honestly not had the time or the energy to write this because it's a lot to be honest. But I feel that I definitely need to talk about the customer service I received from dilcia.
She was pretty cool at first, the type of personality that makes you feel like you guys could even be friends. She welcomes questions, she responds to your questions with good info etc
The first image I've attached shows the response she gave me when I text her concerned about the dryness under my eyes. Image #1... Pretty rude response from her, I honestly didn't even know how to respond to her rude ass response. Maybe I could've said hey how are you to begin with, but I'm still YOUR client, you don't get to like talk to someone like that and think they're going to forget it.

Next set of images are other screen shots showing the conversation of the day I went to go pick up products that I ordered. Basically she told me she would be there that day and time, I text her I was 5 minutes away, at this point she barely mentions she isn't actually there and gives me instructions on how to walk in and get my products. I'm annoyed, but I'm like whatever, so I block the driveway to just a really quick run up and grab my stuff in the rain, when I get to the front door it's locked. I call her and let her know that it's locked... she's like embarrassed/shocked and says that she was unaware it would be closed. So she told me she'll call me back to see if anyone can come and get me. I'm waiting for at least 10 minutes at this point I walked back to my car. she told me the owner is going to show up in 10 minutes to open up the place and allow me to grab my things, 20 minutes later, the guy shows up we walk up to the front and he doesn't have the right keys. He tells me he lives 10 minutes away and will be back in a few minutes if I just wait. Another 20 minutes later he shows up, we go to dilcia's spa room and I finally get my products (which were not separated or labeled for me, they were literally mixed with all her other products and the owner was like "I'm sorry I'm not sure what was supposed to be yours so I need to make sure with her first"). Then he tells me that he's going to hook me up with gift certificates to go to the spa for the inconvenience (never happened). And then he tells me please don't tell Dilcia that I had to go back to get the right keys... talk about professional.
So after this huge inconvenience I try to communicate with Dilcia: next time just please let me know if you're actually going to be there because if I would've known you weren't going to be there ahead of time I would've literally not even went. All I really needed was, I'm super sorry won't happen again, but what do I get.... see images 2 & 3.
She basically says well I did tell you when I would be there but I had a cancellation and to that I respond exactly so if you have a cancellation please let me know that you won't be there anymore as soon as you know you have a cancellation... and then she says it's super important to text ahead of time but I know how these things can get away from such a busy person.... basically she's trying to put the blame on me lol. Funny thing is that we DID confirm the day before, and I text her around 6 PM that I was almost there the day of (see pic #4)....

So after these two experiences I will definitely never be returning or recommending anyone to come here. The problem wasn't even the whole inconvenience in the second situation which really is a problem but it wasn't a problem for me, it was her response to the whole situation. The customer service just wasn't thereshe's super rude.
******So I just saw the comment she left, and this is exactly why I'm done with her lol. She literally just proved my point. Because instead of saying "sorry for the experience you had with me," and just take it in and try to be better, she deflects. Even goes as far as calling me a liar lol trust me, there is no lie here and I have the texts as well. I just posted the screenshots that were relevant to the situation. Notice I was in no way even tearing down her actual service/product - Only her actual customer service. But I actually did have one negative Experience with her actual service, which was my first facial w her when I told her I wanted my blackheads on my nose taken out and she started doing extractions on my 4 head... then I got a huge zit on my 4 head two days later that was never there. And I told her about it a week later and she tried to do this deflecting bullshit as well instead of just saying sorry. That should've been the very first red flag and I should've ditched her then, but anyways, I hope everyone can see by her response (to my true experience) the type of person she is.
