Skincare Professionals typically scare me not only because they are providing services to your face…read more(you only got one) but it's hard to find ones that are honest. Honesty, quality and Amanda's genuine personality is what has made me a repeat customer. Initially, I went to see her for a lash lift and tint. I know my lashes were not as long as others but I wanted that volume. When I arrived to my appt, Amanda assessed my lashes and was honest to saying that they weren't long enough and to use this lash serum she had for 3 months. I had been using a lash serum from Sephora but was willing to try a new product. Over the 3 months, I can tell and have seem new growth in my lashes and on my lash line. I made another appt and the growth is noticeable but for the best results I will continue for another 3 months. I was really skeptical but serum does work!!! She wanted me to be happy with my service results so we waited. No one likes to have services done with unmet expectations. Her honesty is what keeps me coming back. She doesn't try to up sell me on things I don't need and she takes the time to personalize what treatments she thinks would work best, as everyone is different. I've had dermaplaning done and my face was immediately brighter and my makeup goes on like butter. She's also removed some freckles off my face and the equipment she uses is top quality and her place is really clean. I trust her fully with all of my facial needs! Thanks, Amanda!!

I found this place thru Groupon and had no problem getting a hold of the owner and booking a time. She was very sweet right from the get go and made me feel comfortable with her. Her massage location is in a complex of little individual suites for entrepreneurs to have their own business. I had no idea these places existed and really like the concept. The room was private and peaceful and I can only remember hearing her spa music. The facial was nice and my face felt moisturized and soft and reviewing my skin a few days later showed that my pores looked smaller and my skin tighter. She used an oil face wash with such a nice scent that I'd love to have that in an at home face mask. Regardless of how the actual facial turned out, what truly sold me was the face and neck massage. That was exactly what I needed and the main reason I am looking forward to getting another facial with her.

As…read moreof late, there's been a mass exodus of amazing longstanding staff that were more like family. Sadly, any location is now booked 1-2 months in advance. Ridiculous. Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. Her responsibility's there should be on the lines of sweeping floors. Not finance and problem solving. .It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! You must have gotten your MBA from a crackerjack box Please see the photo of the email they sent me. Do NOT bank product they send to you. They will keep it and not refund it. I've also shared the photo with other med spas so they can warn their clients in the event they wanted to go to couture as well as my review.

I profusely apologized multiple times and explained that I had incorrectly attempted to cancel my appointment. The owner proceeded to charge me a full appointment fee (even though I was a first time client and had never canceled or no showed in the past). I petitioned politely for her to reconsider and allow a one time grace cancellation or even offered to pay 50% for the service I never was able to receive. She refused to accommodate and was dismissive of the situation. I really hope my $124 helped her, as I now hope to help other future customers be weary of an owner who values money more than her clients. Would NOT recommend.

As you walk in you are greeted by a rep that checks you in. You're then ushered to a waiting area for hair and makeup services or to the locker rooms and lounge if you are receiving spa services. The locker room was set up really nicely. Lockers were large, and included a lock and key. They provide robes and sandals. The sandals were surprisingly comfy but the robe was not plus size friendly! That was my only negative. They provide ample space to freshen up before or after your service, including a shower. And a lounge with teas and water to relax as you wait for your spa tech. My service: Body Ritual included a dry scrub with exfoliating gloves, followed by warm Shea butter, then she wraps you in the blankets to seal in the moisture. She then gives you a face massage and applies a face mask and then a foot massage with reflexology. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great! Key tip! Make sure you bring your own spa headband or scrunchie. I am used to my spa providing this but this one did not have anything to protect my hair.
