When they called me back I expressed my frustration (no yelling or foul language was involved) as well as the fact that they did not tell me a cash price. The woman just said okay we already cancelled your appointment. Fortunately, their are a lot of good dermatologists in this market so it is time to move on from this poorly run office. It's not the first time I have witnessed their employees' indifference to their patients (not the doctors, just the office staff). I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.
