There is constant staff turnover, so every time I went in it felt like I was dealing with someone new who didn't know my history. The last straw was when I had a scheduled appointment, went to the location, and found the place completely dark and locked. I waited inside in the dark thinking maybe someone was late, but no one ever showed up. I called, texted, and left messages -- to this day I've received zero response. Meanwhile, I already paid for the service. They are only open on "certain days," but clearly even then you can't rely on them to actually show up. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients' time and money. Honestly, they should close their doors rather than continuing to scam people with services they can't deliver.
