Have heard about 180 Medspa for a long time. Finally, made an appt, walked in and Jenny saw me, greeted me immediately, and took me back. The spa itself is absolutely stunning! Super glam and super fab. They made me feel so comfortable! I came in to get my lips done, under-eye filler, cheek filler, botox... the works LOL (self-care is very important ladies ;) I am so OBSESSED with how everything came out! Jenny and Sandy are true professionals, amazing, and so gifted with injections. It takes someone very detailed that has a good eye to be skilled with this. Look no further ladies and gentlemen! I made apt. for fillers, versa 1 unit. The shots were to high, making indentation under my eyes. Cost $699.00 no first time discount & I paid cash. Next she insisted on Tirzepitide 25 a vile, for $75.00 a week for weight loss.At first it cut my diet, but made my stomach upset, 8 days later had one shot @ only 15 grams? She gave me one to go @ 15 grams? Not 25 each? And charged me $75. each like the first one?Totalling $153.00? The shots did not last 1 week each, they made me sick and I didn't loose any weight at all! Plus, I felt weak and no energy! Meanwhile, I saw Irina Yakub for lips and brows @ $1100. I just wanted the lip liner, but she insisted I do full lips! Never again! I love the beach and doing yard work they make me feel too made up! She neglected to tell me about COLD SORES, Until she was finished! I got 2 of them and had to cancel my dental apt. with tooth PAIN! I Hate the make up on my lips! I feel over dressed working in the and at the beach. What a waste of money! When I got a facial for $50. I got compliments all day. When I got the brows and lips done for #1100. NO one gave me any compliments not even the ladies at the spa or my hair stylist right after that apt. And the drug she ordered was Veltrax which has alot of warning signs and side effects and not for over 65! Which I am! I have been in bed for 8 days now and Happy 74th Birthday to me! Thanks Alot 180 Med Spa for nothing!!!!!!Now I must go to my Nutritionalist to get healthy herbs to detox this garbage out of me so I can get my energy back! Coming into the spa, it is nicely decorated and made me feel like I was in a chic south Florida spa. So cute, and calming. I met Irina, a Russian lady who does eyelash extensions, microblading, and permanent makeup. She is so pretty and the sweetest person ever! I received a Groupon for eyelash extensions by Irina and I am so glad that it brought me here! My first experience with eyelash extensions (at a different salon) was a fail- it was very thin, you can see the glue, and it was just overall awful. Irina from 180 Med Spa totally fixed it! Irina takes her time making sure the lashes look perfect. For my first time being there, she actually had to remove the mess of extensions from the other salon that i received it in. There is soothing music in the background while Irina is carefully working on your lashes. About an hour later, I woke up with lush beautiful mink lashes! I have gone there twice so far, for a full set of lashes and a fill. Do not go to those nail salons and get cheap extensions- spend the money and go to a real salon/spa for it. Eager to get in with Sandy prior to my upcoming vacation, I texted the receptionist after hours. Not only was she incredibly prompt and responsive, but she and Sandy managed to get me in with just two hours notice, Sandy even coming in hours before her scheduled time to accommodate me. Jenny is the best injector around. She never makes me look plastic or fake. I leave looking like I got extra rest, shaved 5 years off, and live a stress free life (not the case). She's given me a more contoured jaw line, fuller cheeks, less "tired looking" under eye area and the lips I only believed were possible in my dreams. I've been going to her for two years for Botox regularly and the filler touch ups, never had anything but excellent results and perfectly met expectations. This place is amazing! I come here to get my eyelash extensions done by the lovely Irina. I'm a newer customer, but I have been officially converted to this place. Irina is absolutely amazing with eyelashes, does a great job to make you feel comfortable and is so sweet! I look forward to going to sessions with her! She makes my eyelashes look amazing and is so good to teach about how to take care of them and get the most wear out of them. The ambiance and decor of the place is fabulous as well. The Botox barely made any difference and the little difference went away after 2 months. In other places it usually lasts up to 6 months for me. It's very overpriced. I asked for hair removal laser service and the price for one session is equivalent of the price of 5 session in other places. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and nice even though it was decorated like a stripper's living room. read more

I've been getting my eyelash extensions done by Irina at 180 medspa for almost 2 years now. She is such a sweet person and a professional at what she does. I always get compliments about my eyes or lashes, and it's all done without much effort. I also got my eyebrows tattooed about a year ago and looking back at my old photos I can tell that the shape Irina designed for my brows made me look younger and accentuated my eyes and my face. Having nice brows also cut down on time I used to spent shaping my brows. I highly recommend Irina if you'd like to get your eyelash extensions, microblading or a permanent makeup tattoo. I discovered this place researching yelp for Botox. I was very nervous to try a new place in Florida but I am so glad I did. First time customers get 8.99 per unit of dysport. It's better than Botox and works faster. Sandy is well what everyone says.... AMAZING! She has a very light touch and truly loves her job. She made the injections feel pain free and she lots of patience for me. They offer all types of treatments here and the place is very classy. Nicest med spa I have ever been too. I get laser hair removal treatments and they have quite competitive pricing for Orlando, even though you walk into their facility and it's so beautiful that they could easily charge double and get away with it :) They are also great about suggesting only the treatments you need and are never pushy about selling products, you can tell that they have your best interest in mind. I've had treatments with both Sandy and Karen and they are incredibly kind, professional, friendly, knowledgable. Laser is so much easier when it's done by someone you like and trust! Each time I have tried something, Sandy explains what to expect, the front staff is always pleasant and they treat you like your a valued customer. I have very mixed feelings about my experiences here... The atmosphere is great--very fun, classy, and comfortable. I had a couple of great Botox experiences with Sandy, so I decided to return for Juviderm filler. This went horribly starting with the fact that I requested that I only get a partial syringe (I would pay for the entire thing, of course), but she INSISTED that she use the entire syringe. I expressed my concern but to no avail. I was unable to return to work or go in public for a week-- I understand that this is just what happens for some people, HOWEVER, it was uneven and I had bruises for 2 weeks, and months later still look like a clown when I smile, as my bottoms lips are HUGE and very uneven. I looked like I was punched on one side of my mouth. I have had this procedure done elsewhere and was very happy with my results. The day of the procedure she said that some people do not swell or bruise at all, but if I were to bruise it would only last about 2 days I should also note that I returned to the spa one week after my treatment and expressed my concerns to Sandy, but her response was just that "it happens to some people", even though she had told me the day of the procedure that if there was in fact swelling and bruising it would be gone within a couple of days. I think the most disappointing part was that no concern was shown and there was no offer to "even me out" or compensate for the situation in any way. Not even an apology. read more

Full disclosure, I did not reach the point of visiting the spa or becoming a client. I am newer to the area and live about an hour away (which I explained to the female voice answering the call - I don't believe she offered a name) and inquired about two services. Throughout the discussion, she sounded like she was guessing how to respond or speaking beyond her scope of knowledge. She frequently interrupted and spoke over me, or repeated the exact same statements in response to different questions. After experiencing this more than once, I commented at one point that I heard and understood her the first 2-3 times. She was firm that one of the services was not recommended to be performed on a part of the body requested, despite sharing I'd received those exact same services on that part of the body previously (off/on for years) without issue. I was not inspired to try them out, despite some great reviews and indications for excellent services. I work in a service based industry, and my experience today represented how critical it is to have a helpful, friendly, client service oriented individual at the front gate of any business....and perhaps well polished phone skills when dealing in high end or specialty services. read more
