I have had 3 services here and each service provider has complained to me about ownership and management. The service providers are wonderful, but they continually get turned over due to poor management; demonstrated by management's lack of care and professionalism. I was called to reschedule my appointment 4 times due to their disorganization. When I arrived for my appointment which was finally confirmed, I was told my service provider had been let go without notice, and I was expected to start over with a new one. After not being given what I agreed to and paid for, they refused to offer any compensation for the numerous mistakes they have made. I have difficulty giving money to a company who doesn't value its employees or its clients as much as their bottom line! read more

Enjoyed the membership until they closed out of no where. Went for my appointment and doors were locked and all furniture/displays were removed. Called multiple times (corporate too), no answer. No curtesy call, no heads up... very unprofessional and disappointing. Later heard this is a franchise that changes management often. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE: Good Estheticians and Massage Therapists however, management does not make it worth the trouble as they are all about money and not about the concern of your service. I was once a valued member who referred many of my colleagues and friends, conducted parties of no less than 7 people and ensured that they received new members, great feedback and plenty of tips from my well established circle. Why not right? Cute boutique facility, amiable staff, fantastic techs, personable management (at the time) and great location. Unfortunately, they have gone down...down....down...down hill with their level of service and respect for their clients. Example, I referred another friend of mine to their once respectable establishment (despite a previous interaction that then too made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand). Long story made short, she experienced extremely poor service when she attempted to reschedule her appointment due to a situation out of her control. I actually sat and listened to the conversation up until I decided to interject. It was very disappointing to hear the extremely poor words and reasoning provided to my guest after she was basically accused of LYING and the lack of empathy for her plight....inexcusable. Training will not suffice in this case, as all of the crass and self-service new ways of this business has been instilled by their new manager. A name, need not be mentioned from me........if you read the other reviews from other disappointed members and guests they will reveal her identity plenty. As I mentioned before, I have other referrals who became members who also expressed their concerns to me and will be cancelling their service. Spa810 currently has great ratings however, that is primarily due to prior reviews that came before the introduction of their new manager. I really enjoyed the services here with Nathan. I was a member for a while and would go twice a month for facials. However, after they took my payment in advance for the next month I found out that they had closed that same week. I have 5 unused services on my account now that I have paid for and never received a refund for. The spa closed without letting any members know in advance and still took payments for the next month knowing they would not be open to honor these pre paid services. I lost a couple hundred dollars because of this. I have reached out several time now to find out if I can be refunded or if they will reopen and honor my services but have no heard back. read more

I just had to leave another review. I've never been more impressed with a lash stylist. I came in for my eyelash extension refill. I got the usual length and thickness, but asked for a 50 curvature this time. They look sooooo friggin awesome!!! I'm going to call Xtreme Lashes main company based in Texas to nominate Chi for Lash Stylist of the Year. (As I've previously said in my first review, I am also an Advanced Certified Xtreme Lashes stylist.) I was a member with a recurring payment plan for over a year. I travel a lot for work so I liked that I could accumulate my monthly services and use multiple at a time when I'm in town. I recently called and made a same day appointment for 3 services. I had completely overlooked my schedule for that day and had to call back to cancel. They charged me $75 ($25/service cancellation) "Corporate Policy" So I asked the female to cancel my membership. She said I would have to fill out paperwork so I asked her to email me the paperwork. No email ever came. They close early a lot of times too. Their hours say 7:00PM but I have tried calling multiple times between 6PM and 6:30PM to schedule for the next day and no one answers and no return call until the next day. I guess it was just sad that they were willing to let a customer terminate and leave over cancellation fees when I had just made the appointments shortly before. I spent a TON of money on my face products there due to the specialists always suggesting those products and now I'll be purchasing that elsewhere too. From now on, I'll pay the extra and go to the Ritz or somewhere that has the proper customer service and appreciation. The only positive thing I'd like to note about this place is the blonde gentleman that worked the front desk from time to time. He was extremely courteous and helpful with product selection. read more

Haven't had time yet to see results of the products I'm using because I just started, but the service and convenience of this spa itself were great - I felt totally comfortable and I love that they're open on weekends and their prices are plainly listed on the website so there's no need to visit multiple vendors for consultations to 'shop' different services. Parking is not great because the plaza it's in is so busy, but just plan on arriving early, or better yet, drop your car off at Raindance for a wash, walk the couple blocks to the spa, and kill two birds with one stone. read more

I purchased an 80 minute massage on Travel Zoo. I figured I would give it a try and boy am I glad I did. My massage was amazing. Mark Saltzman was my massage therapist. Typically I would ask for a woman but everyone told me how fantastic Mark was. They were so right. Mark was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I'm glad he was the one to give me the massage. I walked out feeling so relaxed. I enjoyed it so much that I have already scheduled another massage. I can't wait to go back. What a great find!! This place is very clinical. It is not a spa. They take you in and out as quickly as possible which is a plus but I'm used to spas with quiet rooms where you can zen before and after. I spent over $1,000 on a package plus the monthly membership of $70 and only got 3 massages for it. The spa itself is a sort of mix between a traditional spa and a med spa, offering a variety of services. The interior is trendy and has a boutique feel to it. The staff is professional and warm. Nathan was very informative and offered a tour during my first visit. I had eyelash extensions done with Chi. I've been receiving this service for about two years now and due to relocating have had lash extensions done in Sarasota, Tampa, and now Orlando. This was the best experience to date! The environment was relaxing and comfortable. Chi was able to create exactly the look that I wanted and she was also very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Chi and Spa 810 to anybody wanting to feel more beautiful. I am looking forward to returning for additional services! read more

I had an incredible experience at Spa810 today. I've never experienced a nicer or more professional staff at a spa before. The facility was clean and welcoming. I had never had a man give me a facial or a massage before but these guys killed it! My massage therapist, Mark, was extremely attentive to my tense areas and knots, had a great attitude and magic hands. I was so comfortable that I nearly fell asleep. My aesthetician, Nathan, was extremely knowledgable and very sweet. He did an amazing job explaining products and was very sensitive to my skin type and needs. I felt very refreshed and super pampered when I left. The only issue could possibly be parking so I recommend heading over a bit before your appointment to find a spot. I decided to try out Spa810 after receiving a SpaWeek gift card. I just came back from a snowboarding trip and I had some serious aches and soreness from the 3 days on the slopes. I expressed my issues to my masseuse, Mark, and told him that I wanted to focus on the shoulders and back. He listened to my concerns and was able to massage out all the knots I held in my shoulders without any pain or discomfort. In fact, I fell asleep several times throughout the massage. Mark said he has been a Masseuse for over 20 years and it shows. One of the best and most effective massages I have had in a while. I used to have Massage Envy and Hand and Stone memberships so I understand and appreciate and quality massage. Being that it was my first visit I received the deal for $59 introductory 50 minute deal, I decided to use the rest of my gift card with an express 30 min facial from Cinita (I think that's her name). It was an unique experience with being in placed in a pod that is heated, aromatic and vibrates. She also gave a wonderful lymphatic facial massage while applying the yummy smelling products. I walked out spending money on the Skinceuticals Blemish and Age defense treatment and was given some moisturizing samples to take home. All in all, this was a great experience with professional front desk presence, aesthetician and masseuse. read more

My wife and I had a fabulous spa day. Cindy is a great massage therapist, she knows how to work all the knots out without hurting you. I've worked with Cindy before at another local spa. I still work there. I get employee discounts there, yet i signed up at spa810 because they offer a true spa experience that I just don't get at the other 'franchised' clinic. And Cindy is truly an amazing therapist. And Chi! Her facial was beyond amazing. The capsule they put you in is different, but man does it make for a great experience. The heat and vibration was an added bonus to an already great experience. My face looked and felt wonderful. We purchased a starter kit from their product line, Eminence. I went a couple months ago for the first time and saw Nathan for a facial and Abby for a massage. Both were absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend spa810 in WP and Nathan and Abby. I am partial to facials, just because I am older and will do anything to prevent a wrinkle or two so I have been going back a couple times a month for a facial with Nathan. He is the best, you should definitely request him when you make an appointment! However my next massage will most certainly be with Abby! I buy their organic product line now because it is fabulous.
