This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I started laser treatments here and from the beginning their communication was terrible. There is constant staff turnover, so every time I went in it felt like I was dealing with someone new who didn't know my history. The last straw was when I had a scheduled appointment, went to the location, and found the place completely dark and locked. I waited inside in the dark thinking maybe someone was late, but no one ever showed up. I called, texted, and left messages -- to this day I've received zero response. Meanwhile, I already paid for the service. They are only open on "certain days," but clearly even then you can't rely on them to actually show up. I have called and been very polite since February 7th trying to retrieve my money! I keep being promised I will be taken care of but no money or phone calls from anyone! This place is clearly now closed. I went to my scheduled appointment and no one was there. Reception was empty There were a lot of notes from disgruntled customers on the desk everywhere. Clearly no one has been here for some time. It looks like it's becoming a pediatric office. There were packages everywhere. The number to call the laser hair removal technician or to change appointments didn't connect. Really annoying waste of time after I confirmed my appointment the day before. Txt message must be automated. I prepaid for my sessions. Doubt I'll get a refund as no one returns calls or answers phone calls left a note anyway with the rest of the annoyed customers. read more

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Rude and unsanitary technician, awful customer service and business management, and a SCAM. Lost about $200. (Details and screenshots attached.) Had my first three out of six laser hair removal sessions, paid upfront, starting July 2024, started off with a great experience with the technician Aliyah. After December, I have no idea what happened. My phone calls went unanswered and unreturned, they would never accept my appointments, or would accept and then cancel the appointment times. In February, I called multiple times just to finally get a text back from the company number, in which they informed me that they had temporarily moved to Winter Garden (an hour from where I live.) Since the sessions were already paid for and I had had a decent experience, I didn't mind the drive. It took TWO days of texting for them to be able to even confirm an appointment time, and when I asked for the address, they never responded. Since I lived an hour away, I texted early in the morning the day of the appointment, TWO more days later, and they did not reply until 15 minutes before my appointment time, and marked me as a "No Show," even after I had texted back saying it was too late and I could no longer make it. I called and left voicemails again multiple times between Feb 14th and March 10th with ZERO reply. I finally texted again March 10th, got a reply the NEXT day, and was able to book an appointment. AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!! When I arrived at the Winter Garden Location, they had a makeshift office set up in the back of a pediatrics office. I asked if anything was changing with the company and was told the Winter Park location was undergoing renovations. I have NEVER been as uncomfortable during a medical/ cosmetic procedure as I was with the technician in charge of this appointment, Amanda Soares. My parents owned a cosmetology clinic when I was younger, and I have worked in the medical field for years, in an ER, family medicine office, and in pharmacy as an immunizing pharm tech. I am extremely familiar with professionalism and proper hygiene and bedside manner- Amanda was the complete opposite of everything I know. As soon as I stepped into the room, she instructed me to strip, offering zero privacy or even the choice of it. I thought it was a little weird, but whatever. She TOLD me to go to the bathroom if I wasn't clean, which I found to be a very odd comment, but went anyway even though I always follow the pre-laser instructions. I noticed there wasn't any sanitary paper on the exam table and asked if they had any. Her answer was very short: "No, just lay down." MAJOR red flag. As she was applying the gel, she said "I have a rougher style than most techs, so you're going to be uncomfortable." What a WEIRD thing to say. She did not ask me any questions about my progress, or any specific areas I wanted focused on. I offered up the information anyway, and she completely dismissed me, saying that if I wasn't seeing progress, it was my fault for not shaving properly before appointments. She was definitely right about the rough part, she scraped me SO HARD on my private area with the wooden stick, it hurt more than the laser itself, which I am convinced was on a setting way too low for my fair skin tone and black hair (another thing she dismissed when I brought it up.) Again, I am very familiar with how these lasers work. The second half of the session, after I had to turn my body, was not any more pleasant, especially due to more snide comments and the lack of paper on the bed. It felt very disgusting. She told me to stand up and put my clothes back on, but there was still gel all over me, so I asked for a cloth. I had seen her open a whole drawer of the folded cloths that I usually used during previous sessions. She rolled her eyes at me, and ripped off two PAPER TOWELS from above the sink and gave them to me, STILL standing there while I cleaned myself and got dressed again. read more

I was a former employee there and let me just tell you don't go there. They are completely unprofessional. 1) they tell the technician to do very low setting on everyone so they don't burn and they continue to come and get more services. So just know you are not paying for a good service. 2) they keep all the tips. So don't give no more of your money to them because they are not giving that money to the technician they keep it for themselves and the cash tips they use for spa supplies. I highly recommend them if you want to return home injured. They are an uninsured place with unlicensed staff. This is what caused me to get burned during a laser hair removal procedure. I hate that I'm having to write this. Please think twice when using Dr. L for fillers- specifically lips. I saw him about two years ago. It's taken me this long to do this review because this is how long I've been suffering trying to correct my lips after getting them done by Dr. L. First, I felt extremely rushed through my process. He never asked me what I wanted. What my goals were. Just started numbing. He made my lips blobs. They lost their shape. No outline. No cupids bow. Nothing. He made such a big "key hole" that I couldn't comfortably close my lips all the way. You could see my two front teeth at rest. I expressed this at the time and was basically gaslit into believing it was just the swelling. I noticed my lip filler was injected outside of the borders and also was starting to feel lumpy across the bottom of my upper lip. Again, I was told it was just swelling. After a month went by, the lumpiness was prominent (looked like little peas in my lips) and the unevenness of my upper lip became very clear. I expressed this and was told to come in for a correction. I should've trusted my instinct and just had them dissolved at that point, but he was very reassuring in the fact that he could fix it. If anything, it was made worse. I waited about six months and had my lips reinjected by someone else. She did great work to cover up what was incorrect, but only so much could be done. I waited another year (about 3 months ago or so) to see if the filler would dissolve itself. Unfortunately, it hadn't gone anywhere. I started to have the old filler dissolved. The misplaced filler outside the edges and the balls/lumps in my upper lip are proving near impossible to fix. I have gone through 2 rounds of dissolving, which is very painful, to try to get the misplaced filler to budge. It has not. I paid $750 plus tip for Dr. L to exacerbate an insecurity I already had (my small lips) into an even more expensive problem I'm not sure I'll ever be able to fix. Please please please be careful in choosing an injector. Dr. L, there are other reviews echoing similar experiences as mine. Please consider updating your injection technique. Taking classes, getting experience under someone. Something, anything. These are peoples faces you're altering and they deserve better. I might have to live forever with something that you did to me. Saved for fillers as a special treat ahead of engagement photos and a trip. I was led back to a room about 15 minutes after appt. At which point I waited another 1hour and change... while lying down with numbing cream on my face the whole time I heard the dr talking and laughing in the hall for some time, possibly with a product salesman. He came in and never introduced himself nor did he look at me while he's was sitting up or directly on to assess my features. He put fillers in the nasolabial that are clearly lopsided from one side to the other. The worst is the Botox to lift my brow as it helps good hooded eye more visible. This has always been done in the tale in the brow and created subtle lift. He made no marks and just quickly pushed it in dead center on by brows and I have this this dropping brow and perpetual sad face look with my hooded eye now dropping totally over my lid and zero arch in my brow. Postponing pics. Very disappointed. Not sure what's worse, his blatant disregard for peoples time, lack of professionalism or shoddy work. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a lot of money to spend and I hope others consider carefully! read more
