Tonight I stopped in to grab school supplies for my daughter and decided to browse the aisles since the weather is terrible. I was disappointed in the girls clothing but found some super cute bathing suits and dresses for me long with matching workout sets ( mom & daughter ). I also found some really nice bedding for the new house and bathroom towels and a gorgeous shower curtain for my pool house bathroom. The store was super messy as it's the week before school starts but I understand so I won't complain too much. Service tonight was off big time, only one cashier working and the rest self check out that wrapped around to the beauty aisle which is insane ! You'd think they would have better coverage knowing everyone is back to school and daily errand shopping especially since it's no tax week ! read more

This Target on Colonial has been here for SO LONG. It has gone through a refurbishment and has that new look and set up to it. They also just got new carts that are AMAZING. Light to drive. With side grips. They have the same stock as other Targets so its an easy stop to grab what you need and move along. The prices are all consistent with other Targets in the area. I have had to return some things and the customer service here was very nice as well. All in all this is a nice Target to stop at. Don't forget to get your Starbucks on the way in as its free refills on the same visit. So grab one on your way in and get a refill on your way out for the car ride home! read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for a big chain like this but I felt compelled after my wonderful experience at the pharmacy. I was there to pick up a prescription and ended up having the most wonderful interaction with who I assume was the pharmacist. He greeted me with a smile and we started chatting. He asked if I wanted to get my flu shot and initially I said no but then after chatting some more I ended up getting it. The whole time we talked and just had a genuine human interaction. It's unfortunately not often that those kind of interactions happen often but it was so refreshing and brightened my whole day. I left the pharmacy feeling like faith in humanity hadn't been lost. Not a bad Target. I will say this location is always busy, and they never have enough registers open. The u scans move quick tho, so as long as you're ok with that, no need to worry about that. Five stars for Mimi at target today! This target is always a nice target to go into, The entrance is super close to the hotspot, literally, literally! So, I went in today to look for some two tiered trays that I saw online, brace yourself, yes, Instagram! I had gone to two other targets and even sent my husband to one. Poor thing, LOL. I finally saw the spot that they belong in, but it was empty. I saw an employee stocking masks in the Christmas section and I approached her. I asked her if they had any more stock of the items in the bull's-eye section. She walked over with me and took a look at the section, she then said she will be right back with a scanner. She brought the scanner back and she scanned the item barcode. She then said that they might have some in stock and that she would be right back. Not even about five minutes later, she came through! She said that it was a little difficult to find, but she found them! I told her that this was the fourth target that I had been in and I was looking for this. She was so sweet and so kind, she did not even seem bothered that I pulled her away from whatever she was doing. It's employees like that that will make me continue going to a big chain store. I love target but since this one is smaller it does feel like I miss out on getting a chance to view all the products since it seem a like half the inventory isn't there where as if it was at a bigger location you'd have more variety and options. By now, we are fairly familiar with the layout of this store, and in the grand scheme of things, the fact that you can buy underwear, a bike helmet, a video game, bird food, hummus, wine, and toilet paper, all in one single place makes you realize how lucky we are that places like this exist. Parking is a bit of a hassle but, I can walk and it is not snowing and 30 below freezing, so I enjoy parking far and taking in a bit of sunshine and Vitamin D on the way in. read more

I also went to this location on Christmas Eve because they closed at 10pm when Walmart closed at 6pm. So I went to grab a few things & left with more than expected of course. I asked an employee for help looking for men's socks & he was helpful. Later in the movie section I saw the same employee and was looking for "A Christmas Story" which shocking he he never heard of.lol He did look it up though & took me to where the movie was. This one can be a bit difficult to find parking because it shares a lot with several other businesses, but one inside you'll find your standard well-lit and clean Target store. This Target is at a great location, however, I wish management stocked it better. I came in to pick up an item in baby department, many shelves were poorly organized, prices were incorrect, dirty, no assistance around. They have done a great job updating the cosmetics department, but the team could definitely brush up on customer service techniques. I also couldn't find any shopping carts available at the store. The demand for certain items is definitely higher in the area, so why not bring in more merchendize? This was our go-to location when we lived in the area. Although it's not a Super Target, it has plenty to offer and getting in and out is easy. We would pop in here to grab something quick for dinner, or head here to kill a little time before a lunch, since it's a nice place to walk around and browse. I will give them five stars just for being open AND having toilet paper in stock! Anyway, my niece turns eighteen next week and will be going to college in the fall. So a little birdie ( my sister-in-law ), told me a Target gift card would be ideal since my niece will need things for her dorm room. And they have plenty of gift cards. Unfortunately, there are some items they do not have plenty of. Or are out of completely. Going through the grocery sections, eggs were in stock, but running low. And I did not see any flour. The produce section was well stocked, but the meats section was running low. There were some stockers loading up shelves, so it is good they have some goods on hand. Other staples like bread and milk was well stocked, but many of the canned goods were in limited supply. Expect a line for check out. The line I was in was practically to the back of the store. Trusted, reliable, and good value! An upscale Walmart but brighter, wider aisles and better quality.

For whatever reason, I go to target when I am on this side of town. The target closest to me is right by Millennia and truly a huge hassle to visit. This location is easily accessible and is right across from the remains of Fashion Square Mall. The parking lot is plentiful but during rush hour time, Colonial Drive can get backed up big time. Dax from the online order or toys department just made my daughter so happy. I purchased this lil woodzeez playhouse for my daughter's bday at waterford and after a few minutes I got a notification that it was out of stock. Then I placed another order at winter park and in a few minutes it was also out of stock. So I placed the order again at east colonial and called the toys department or customer service and spoke with Dax. I told him my situation and he listened and told me he has the order but it hasn't been processed yet. I know they are very busy since this is the weekend before xmas and he did an outstanding customer service by telling me to look for him at the store bcz he will be there until 8pm to hold on to that item. I am so amazed that someone is actually willing to help at this crazy busy weekend. Please let him know I said thank you so much and he definitely made my daughter so happy. I have been to this Target location several times. As always, in typical Target fashion, I see lots of red, and bull's-eyes. Oh wait that's part of their decor. Seriously the service here is always very, very attentive. On this particular visit, I witnessed an employee assist a customer in an electric wheelchair I need some help getting out of the building and getting to her vehicle. The employee was very gracious and assisted her back up and guide her out the door. Two guests behind me were given their drinks first and I heard the cashier tell the batista making drinks to skip mine and make the others. I asked for a refund and was told no. This Target is kind of hidden and can be missed very easily coming from both sides of 50(colonial) but if you use your GPS you should have no problem getting here. The store is not very huge about the size of a regular Target but has your normal things like appliances and clothe but they added food now and have a whole section with frozen and dairy products and even some meat plus your normal items like soups,chips and jelly's and also condiments. The staff was nice and the cashier was really nice and even explain to use what the Target card is that gets you a discount here. The parking was not so bad like other reviews have said but the parking area is not so big like at other Targets. The prices at Target are good when it comes to clothe and appliances but the food seemed expensive and the selection is limited. This location has a nice grocery section considering its size. Do not go here for pharmacy needs. Worst customer service, the lead pharmacist is rude and unwilling to help. I showed up to my booster appointment, which I waited for 2 weeks only to be turned away by the pharmacist when I got there. I had two other vaccines I requested, apparently those were out too. I affectionately refer to this as The Worst Target in America(TM). I kid of course...but it kind of is. First, this Target is SMALL. It only has one set of doors. Think about that. When was the last time you went to a Target that didn't have two giant banks of doors? Never, probably. They all do! This leads to the next problem, parking. The parking lot was designed by...no one. There was not a single thought put into it's creation. There are a few precious rows that are all crowded around the single entrance, and they boast an incredible 11 handicapped spots (which are uber-important of course, but I've never seen more than 1 or 2 occupied at a time) and are approximately 14,000 cars long. OK, maybe it's 30-40 cars but NO ONE wants to park that far away! It's also an unusually dark and creepy parking lot (for the whole shopping center), so I try to go during the day. The store itself just feels old. It's not terrible, but it's just kind of dark and unwelcoming. They layout takes some getting used to, and you'll quickly notice that selections are LIMITED. Sometimes shelves are empty and don't get restocked for days. Sometimes they don't have the size/flavor/brand you want. At the Worst Target in America, sometimes you walk out empty-handed. But it's not all bad! Since this Target is pretty small and out of the way it's rarely crowded and does have plenty of Target-y goodness. If you live in the area, it's definitely the best place for one-stop shopping to pick up a new shower curtain and shampoo and a few groceries and then impulse buy a sweater you don't need. Crossing my fingers that the Target Makeover Fairy gives this location a whack with her magic wand sometime soon, but until then, The Worst Target in America is better than no Target. read more

The parking lot is a little scary and I have been approached by random men asking to return my cart for me, and then asking for money. The store is smaller than I'm used to and it must not have a traditional layout, because I can never find what I'm looking for. After drinking some of it, I looked in the bottle and see black fuzzy specimens floating in the water. I called and also went into the store, genuinely concerned that they are selling spoiled water to people. The customer service rep gave me a refund, completely unapologetic about it and tossed it in the trash and went about his business (scrolling on his cell phone). Bravo, Target. I frequent this target often only because it's the closest to my house. Usually it's an ok visit , despite the fact that they are usually out of a lot of product on their shelves. Recently they've been going through a "remodels" which is nice, but it's made it even harder to find things. Some of the isles are so small you can't even push your cart through. Lipstick isle with the cleaning products, other makeup stuff in the little girls clothing section? Some of the employees even have a hard time helping you find stuff. read more
