When we got to the cash register, Julian, the young man that attended us was kind, respectful and even apologetic for the error. Another person, female (didn't catch her name) came to the register, was arrogant and off putting. The young man even suggested to her to take the flyer down because it was misleading. The price advertised was for one modle and the one advertised was a different modle. The correct customer service approach for their mistake was to honor the price due to their error on the flyer but the female staff was hell bent that the advertisement was correct until I pointed out the HUGE ERROR. I'm so glad my husband told me to take a picture of the flyer to show at the register. She even had the audacity to ask when I took the picture, I said "TODAY!" She didn't believe me, became enraged, as she was making her way to the display, she knocked down some merchandise off a shelf. Just be careful of in store advertisement at this location and know they will not honor wrongfully advertised prices.

The owner of the store offered it to us for just over $400 including tax. We happily took the offer, as we were hard pressed to find anything that seemed to match the current aesthetic without breaking the bank. This warehouse type facility has a borage of items and hosts virtual auctions every weekend. You can find king Louis style bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, chandeliers, bathroom vanities, large area rugs, decorative statues, holiday decor, outdoor gazebos, and more. They are always updating their inventory which is shipped in from around the world. If you're looking for stately (and sometimes over the top gaudy style), bespoke and over sized furniture, World of Decor should definitely be on your list of places to check out.

Isaac was extremely helpful and very patient with us. My fiancée could not decide on the fabric and he helped us to find the right selection to match our other furniture and feel of the décor. He even offered up suggestions that would save us money, rather than what most companies do and try to upsell you to spend more. The furniture is made in Italy and will take 4-6 months to arrive, but it is worth the wait! What does a few months matter when you have a beautiful, unique and quality piece that will make a statement in your home and you will enjoy for 20 year to come?! So far, our experience with French Furniture Orlando has been exceptional! I will update this post in 4-6 months once I receive the furniture and let you know how I feel then. But so far....so GREAT!
