This store is amazing!!!! Honestly, my favorite store. I love supporting a family owned business…read moreand this family is so amazing!!! They are all so friendly and so helpful. They have great products at great prices. Honestly, I don't have a single negative thing to say. If I had to say one negative thing it's the fact that I'm so addicted to going there and buying Legos that I will be in severe debt very soon lol, but that has nothing to do with the store. They have greatly discounted Legos, half of which only have damaged boxes and are completely unopened. The other half are opened boxes, but they go through and check them to make sure all the bags are there to sell as complete sets and if you have any doubts, all you have to do is go to the register and ask them to open it for you and they are more than happy to open and make sure that you get what you're paying for. They are 1000% transparent and trustworthy. At the end of the day, some of the boxes are open so you are still taking a chance, especially on the clearance ones missing some pieces, but it will clearly say it on the box and like I said previously, they will open the box for you and show you exactly what you're paying for before you buy it. Just keep in mind that you're getting this discount for a reason, because the Lego boxes are dented or somebody opened it but like I said before they go through and check all the boxes and you can check it again with them before you buy it. All in all, 10 out of 10 stars, I do HIGHLY recommend!!!

Just go. The staff was so nice and checked on us multiple times and asked if we needed anything and it wasn't like they were trying to get us to hurry they were giving us tips based on what we were looking for. The value is out of control. They have like 20% off cosmetics right now their already low prices. Then they threw in some stuff to make it even less. We got bags on bags of stuff for under $200. I mean BAGS. Just go and experience it for yourself.

Late spring cleaning found me here to grab some storage bins for sorting. Good thing I did! It has…read morebeen a while, and I was surprised to find a brand new look and feel at this Big Lots. Ooohhhh lah lah! The makeover fairy was here! First, as you walk in, there are wipes and spray to clean your cart as you walk in. Self service. Big lots used to be more of discounted groceries and household items focused. Now, it seems to be more Broyhill Home Furniture focus! The furniture takes up most of the center of the store, and the aisles of other items - decor, household items, kitchen items, patio items and pantry, are neatly arranged in the perimeter of the store. All seemed in order and very clean. There was also a section of seasonal items and travel. In fact, this is the neatest BL I have ever laid eyes on. Last note - while shopping, there was an overhead announcement that ALL first responders and military (Active and Veterans), are honored with a 15% off their entire purchase. THANK YOU. That's more than Home Depot and Lowes and many other businesses. My only downside to this store, it's in a shady plaza and one that's had many cars broken into. So while I'm okay going in and out, wouldn't feel right with an entire shopping spree. There are frequent pan handlers too...

Not gonna lie, I like this chain store. They always have some fun finds and cheap prices. They are…read morea discount store so the lack of being pristine rarely bothers me. It gets chaotic at times but on the whole it's clean and organized. They are one of the larger locations and have tons of merch but space to walk which is nice. Their bathroom and laundry items are super cheap, which I love. They do great seasonal finds too. They rotate stick pretty regularly but there are staple items you can usually find. They are always short staffed here and you rarely see anyone available to help except the cashier but usually they aren't needed for the things they offer. Overall: A- Can get hectic but usually great deals and seasonal jazz.

I did a pick up three Windsor Newton watercolor tubes for $1.27 each they were in the clearance section. Winsor newton is more of the high end watercolor supplies so I'm actually pretty shocked I found some in clearance. The lady at the counter was super nice; however with Christmas being 50% off the stores very busy and if you don't like crowds I wouldn't recommend going on an afternoon. I actually really like everything in Hobby lobby; I love the assortment of craft supplies to home decor to puzzles and candles etc. if you haven't been here I definitely recommend coming to this hobby lobby. 10/10

I have been a longtime Hobby Lobby customer and have used their framing department for years, but…read morethis experience was incredibly disappointing. My $350 custom framing order was significantly delayed, I was never contacted about the issue, and my daughter's birthday came and went while I repeatedly had to follow up myself. When I finally spoke with the store manager, Joshua, he was aggressive, condescending, dismissive, and made me feel as though the situation was somehow my fault--in front of other customers. He would rather remove my artwork from the completed frame than offer anything beyond a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect. Unfortunately, after years of shopping here, this experience has made me uncomfortable returning to this location.

The Legos availability was amazing. Three complete aisles with very well-stocked and organized items. All boxes were in pristine condition and all items were at their labeled locations. At other retailers providing Legos (Walmart), the boxes are in disarray and not under their labeled locations. As it relates to Lego sets, we have noticed that Target's offerings are expanding (3 isles completely stocked with both large and small sets in all genres) while Target's competitors (Walmart) are drastically shrinking (Not even one isle). We did not see many discounts; but, the large build boxes were available and great to see.

I asked for a price check and even went back myself multiple times to prove that I was being overcharged. The manager wouldn't even bother to come to address me. The company has gone downhill

Great spot to find a solid gift for a friend...or for yourself! They have everything from clothes…read moreto greeting cards at this location. It's a larger shopping spot than it appears from the outside. It's very well organized, super clean, and has a good amount of merch throughout to shop through. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and they were taking care of customers at the register. The pricing is what you may expect for their boutique style vibe, but they also have good sales, so you should check that out also. I especially love that they have different items than you may find elsewhere that are whimsical and would make good gifts for that person that's hard to shop for. Only real downer on this location is that it's in the heart of the Waterford Lakes shopping plaza, which can be a bit of a pain to get in and out of when driving around. Overall: A I'll be back for sure to grab up that gift that you can't find in other places!

It's a neat store for browsing, but for your paper supply needs, stick with Dunder Mifflin. I get…read morethe Gifts & More part, but the Paper Store part escapes me. With the lack of a Hallmark store which used to be just around the corner, this serves the need when looking for a gift or trinket for someone, but for cards, I found the selection pretty small and I'll stick with Dollar Tree for those (They carry Hallmark now). The store is pretty big for a store in Waterford as most of the stores seem to be on the smaller side. They had everything from clothing to chocolates to cards to candy to candles. I even think they had stuff that didn't start with C. This store seems a little out of place and may be better off in a more touristy place as it has a hotel sundry store without the $55 bottle of Jack. And if you drove around looking for it like I did, know that its next to the Nike store on the Alafalaya facing side of the building.
