Nice experience at this location today. As it was a weekday, it is typically not busy as it is more of an urban store. The store was clean, organized and a great experience overall. The Legos availability was amazing. Three complete aisles with very well-stocked and organized items. All boxes were in pristine condition and all items were at their labeled locations. At other retailers providing Legos (Walmart), the boxes are in disarray and not under their labeled locations. As it relates to Lego sets, we have noticed that Target's offerings are expanding (3 isles completely stocked with both large and small sets in all genres) while Target's competitors (Walmart) are drastically shrinking (Not even one isle). We did not see many discounts; but, the large build boxes were available and great to see. read more

I was impressed with the wide variety of snacks they offered. I was looking for fuel for a long hike and finding some energy snacks in the fitness/sporting goods section was a big score! Then to see the variety of dried, freeze-dried, and protein snacks was another win. One tip would be not to come too early after opening as not all the shelves were fully stocked yet--Although the place was near empty, which made for a pleasant and quick shopping experience. I always find this Target to be clean and organized. Parking in the garage is easy although I kind of dislike that you have to take the escalators up and down each time. I often try to find street parking on the side streets or right out front if I can. read more

I very rarely set foot in target. I don't get the hype. It's not that special to me and everything is over priced. I needed something the doctor recommended which is Aquaphor well I googled it and it was 30 cents cheaper at CVS. (And with all their coupons I ended up paying even less). This is why I walked out empty handed. I don't shop here for other items and I have a problem with their woke agenda so I keep coming to target at a bare minimum. read more

I went to Starbucks during my visit, was taken cared by Vannie (Older African American Lady), she was extremely rude and keep muttering under her breath about me. I know she was talking down to me, the order was also wrong and coffee didn't taste right so I discarded it. I went to guest services to complain but felt rush, they were very dismissive. If you need a better location I recommend 3107 S. ORANGE AVE. read more

Target Sodo in my opinion the best Target in town. For a couple reasons: -Not as many people shop there so they have items in stock. I went on Thanksgiving evening late after the crush and they sill had the items I wanted -Staff at the store are very friendly especially the guy who works evenings at the self checkout. He seems genuinely pleased to help you. Love that - They have a covered parking garage on top of the store so you can make your Target run even on days it is pouring rain. -Recently I saw a whole end cap of UK type specialties like you would see in a specialty market or World Market. My Grannie liked that kind of biscuit called digestives so I used to always be on the lookout for that. Blast from the past and I picked up a couple packets of Coleman's for Shepard's pie. read more

Sodo Target is definitely an asset to the community. As a corporate location, the expectation is that all the stores will look about the same and this applies to this location as well. Fairly clean, well lit and laid out, you can do most of your shopping in this one store. In the end, it is a Target, but good service, convenience, and ample parking make this store a solid 4 star. My favorite place to shop! Everything clean and in order. Good sales and clearance items especially in the clothes dept. Love love love that there is a Starbucks inside so I decided to try the Mango Dragronfruit lemonade and it was delicious! Here's a tip...try not to sneeze at checkout! I could not help it because I am allergic to the smell of strong sanitizers and the staff member was spraying the counter so achoo!!! And my husband got pale as a ghost however, no one got crazy and just said God bless you! So we had a good laugh and that made our trip to Target "normal" as before. read more

The absolute worst Target store ever. They rarely have what your ever actually looking for. The produce and meats are terrible, often nearing expiration if not already there. The layout of the store is atrocious. There is no sense to their layout. One product could be on one side of the store with a related item elsewhere. The staff is not helpful at all, often lost in their own worlds of stocking, walking, and talking to each other. The parking is a nightmare, with a parking garage and close parking spots never available. And avoid the elevator as Orlando Fire Department seems to be here often picking people out of the trapped confines. This is literally not just the worst Target store, But the worst store of its kind. So much potential just poorly managed with a terrible layout, inattentive staff, lack of supply compared to nearby competitors. read more

I do not get out to this Target that often. But when it rains, this is the first store that comes to mind. Covered rooftop parking and escalators/elevators makes this Super Target an ideal place to shop during inclimate weather. With a department store, grocery, and pharmacy, it is almost a one stop shopping location. And there is a Starbuck's and Pizza Hut kiosks inside as well. I am not big on the selection of meats in the grocery section. But as far as produce and the standard grocery items available, the selection is great. And the bakery has some great baked breads and pastries. I have never bought anything from the deli. But it looks like it has a great selection of meats, cheeses, and other deli favorites. And whenever I visit here, the store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. From the young man from Ohio sanitizing shopping carts who welcomed me as I walked in, to the cashier who rang up my purchases, both were quite friendly and helpful. And there is hand sanitizer and wipes for the shopping carts when you enter. And I always get a kick out of the escalator for the shopping carts. You know there is that inner child that wants to ride on that cart as it goes up. But we know better. At least I hope everyone knows better. Anyway, it makes for convenient shopping. Just load the cart onto the escalator, and pick it up as you get off the people escalator on the left. And exit Stage Left to the parking lot. Bad weather or not, this Super Target is ideal for shopping. You can get most anything here. And there are several neighboring shops, salons, and restaurants worth visiting. read more

One of the better locations for this chain, and I wish this one was closer to our place. It's a little hard to get to from where we are, but it's worth a drive every now and again so that you can get the full Super Target experience in. This one has a parking garage in the back with multiple stories, an elevator / escalator, and stairs that lead directly to the entrance, so it's easy to access. They also have a cart escalator which is mesmerizing, ha! It's much larger than most location in the area, and thus has more options to pick from when shopping. They also have larger sale and clearance sections with more options. Overall: A Worth a bit of a drive for more options at a larger location. read more

We are in this Target all the time, and it's definitely one of our favorite Targets in the Orlando area. It's got your usual Grocery and Retail options. It also has a full Pharmacy. There is plenty of parking in the attached garage on the back side, which means you don't have to worry about hot or rainy days. The store is always clean and well-kept, and 90% of the time so are the bathrooms. There are usually only a couple of manned check out lanes, however they do have 4 self-serve lanes which help speed things up significantly. Most of the time this is what we actually end up using. There's always somebody working the area, so even if you have a problem and gets fixed pretty quickly... Something you can't say with many other places that have self-checkout. read more

I've been using the Drive-Up service for the past few months at the SoDo Target location. So for I've been quite satisfied with the service. Once you let them know you are there through the app, they are fairly quick to come out to your car. It's been very convenient for this busy working mom. Not all items and coupons are available through Drive-Up, but not a deal breaker for me. Produce items have been a hit or miss. It's not always the freshest pick. A few reasons I prefer the old school way of shopping. I'm also a sucker for the Target experience of it telling me what I need when I shop. read more

I mean, it's a Target. So, what can you say? However, LOVE the covered parking. It's the cleanest, most consistently well-organized Target in the Orlando area, by far. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly and very helpful. I love that they give out free bananas and oranges to children to encourage healthy eating. The downside is that my son is addicted to bananas, and has been conditioned to know that when we walk through the doors, there should be bananas waiting for him. When there aren't, he's not too happy HA! But seriously, I'm glad this Target is close to our house. We are fortunate. I hate going to the one by Fashion Square mall, and the Waterford Lakes location is even worse, what a nightmare. Having been to several in the area, even if I didn't live so close, I would probably go out of my way to visit this location over all of the others. Well done to the team at this location. read more

I'm a Target lover and target is my go to store for grocery shopping, however this particular location is terrible. They don't stock their shelves! Everything is always half empty or empty. I find myself asking to get stuff from the back all the time. Not sure why they don't keep the shelves stocked. There should be some changes in management for sure. read more

I mean by far this is one of the best Target's in Orlando. The store is extremely organized and I feel always offers unique items that other Target's do not offer. This Target is like the Disney of Targets'. Also they have a parking garage attached to the store, so parking is never an issue. The location alone is supreme because it is surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants including Marshalls, A Beauty Spa, and a Jason Deli's just to name a few. This Target store is clean and well organized. The family rest room was in need of some attention as it smelled awful and there was paper on the floor all over the room. As typical of Target, there are many check out lanes but few cashiers staffing the registers, especially as there were many employees milling around the store. There were only 3 open lanes until one of the employees opened another. Fortunately for me, I was the next in line. Also had a little trouble finding a place to park but since I'm not from this area, maybe there are other options to park that I don't know about. Cashier was pleasant and efficient once I finally was able to check out. read more

I shop at Target in SODO because it is right next to where I work. It is so cool that you park on the top of the building. There is a ramp on the side of the store that leads you up to the parking garage above the store. It is two stories tall. I really think that is unique. That being said, my favorite thing about Target is the red card. It is a debit card that gives you an extra 5% off on everything you buy. If you get things on sale, or buy one free or at a percent off, or even use a manufacture coupon, you can save even more by using the red card. You can even use it in the Starbucks or in the food area. So, if you are going to shop at Target, use the red card. It's so easy to use and saves you money. read more

This is a NICE Super Target. I've driven past it a few times and finally went in to see if it was much different than other Super Targets I've been too. One big difference is the parking garage. For me, living in "melt your skin on a hot steering wheel of your car" Florida, a garage is a welcome addition. There was ample parking and easy access to the store. Inside, it looks like a typical Super Target but the store seems larger than others. There is plenty of room down aisles to push your carts, the clothing areas are nicely spaced to give you room to shop comfortably, there is a good sized CVS pharmacy in the middle of the store and their Starbucks seems to be roomier than other stores' Starbucks. The food section even looked larger and that they had more in stock than your average Super Target. Heck, they even had cleaning supply brands in stock that I've never even heard of ... and for the make up lovers, their make up section is also one of the best I've seen for a Target store. I also love that this Target is not in a highly populated tourist area. Don't get me wrong, I love tourists but sometimes I want to shop with locals. I feel like this Super Target is a "local" center and its nice to not be on defensive driving duties while driving in the area and driving my cart around the store. Dang. 4 Stars for a HUGE Target with a dedicated garage, a grocery section, and free healthy snacks while you shop. WUUUUT. Yes, it's true. This Target is flippin' giant. I'm used to the one on Colonial and was obviously a fish out of water walking around with my mouth open. An employee noticed and smiled while telling me to grab a fruit from the basket. They legit have free healthy snacks for while you shop! Where am I?! I thought as I wandered around the enormous women's clothing section. Surprisingly, I was one of the few people there. It was a pretty epic Saturday night, guys... The fitting rooms were standard with typical horrendous lighting, but overall very clean. All the employees I saw were overtly friendly. Pharmacists are usually nice but I just adore the staff here. Ashlee is so helpful. An er doctor prescribed me a med that would interact not well with something my regular doctor had suggested earlier on that I take. She even printed out information for me so I would remember. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. The second time I saw her she asked if I had any questions because I've been so sick and I actually did. She's super helpful and just... She's AWESOME! I truly appreciate the help. I've never really talked to Jay but every time I go in he's there with the biggest smile on his face. Love that. You can tell he loves his job. I usually pay with Taylor and he is just so sweet and kind. I seriously love this staff and even if I didn't live so close I think I could travel just to stay with this pharmacy staff. This has to be the best Target in the Orlando area. Not only do they have the largest selection. This store is always immaculate. Everything is always so neat. You have groceries on one side and everything else on the other. There is also a Starbucks coffee inside by the entrance. A really neat feature unique to this Target is the parking garage. It sits above the store. So when you leave with your cart full of stuff you can either ride the cavernous elevator to your level. Or, wait for it, you can ride the escalator. I hate to do this but Super Target has been letting me down. Lately things are out of stock or have very little stock. One of the biggest issues has been with the checkout process. One lane open for the entire store? The line is usually several people long. When I only have a few things I can use the self checkout and this isn't an issue but when I'm on a heavy duty grocery run I have to wait for longer than I've actually been shopping! I really hope they can work out these kinks so this place can be my heaven again! Previous Review: Heaven. Just heaven. This is a fantastic target with good groceries and good deals. My wife and I visit this Target at least once a week (as you can see by the fact that she is the Duchess). This Target is located in the heart of the Sodo plaza, so we are able to get our general shopping done and then go get massages or shop at specialty stores. This Target is very clean and all of the clerks are very friendly. The floor manager is often roaming the registers to ensure everything moves along quickly, and he will often open up a register for us if he sees we'll have a long wait. The food court areas are all solid. Whether it's the general Target snack cafe (with its excellent popcorn) or the Starbucks cafe, there is plenty to get to eat and drink right away. This Target also often has lots of sample ladies offering samples (they used to offer wine, but that stopped a few months ago), so you get to try a wide variety of good food and drinks. Everything that they have at this target is reasonably priced. I'm actually often surprised to see that some grocery items are cheaper than the BOGOs offered at Publix! They also have lots of fun discounted aisle end caps that have seasonal items and other interesting things to buy for good prices. While this isn't the biggest Super Target you will find, it is plenty large and offers a wide range of quality items. Overall, the Sodo Super Target is a great cornerstone store that provides great shopping at affordable prices. The Duchess and I will continue to peruse this jewel of the Sodo kingdom. read more

I was so, SO happy when this Super Target opened in SoDo a few years ago. I'm a Target loyalist, and certainly prefer their Super Target stores as opposed to the regular Targets. This one's a big plus because there's grocery shopping available (one of my least favorite things to do in life!). Now I can get all of my life essentials in one place; they even have beer and wine. Most of the time the store isn't even that crowded, which someone like me who loathes shopping really enjoys. Even during the busy times it's tolerable because the store is so large. It's also pretty clean on a consistent basis, which I appreciate. There's both a Starbucks and a food station if you need to fuel-up before or after a lengthy shopping excursion. Each are located at the front of the store. With regard to parking, there's a huge garage available which is a great benefit during the months when it consistently rains every day in Orlando. But when weather permits and you only have to grab a few items, there's a parking lot conveniently located just to the south of the store. (Note: If you opt to park in the garage and are using a cart, there's both an elevator and a lift mechanism that runs concurrently with the escalator. My ONLY beef, really, with this store is that quite often they have limited lines open. Particularly during busy hours. It's not that I mind waiting, honestly, but I recall one instance where I waited about 15 minutes to check out - this should never happen. read more

This is a great Super Target! It has Target's traditional snack Cafe and a Starbucks inside. I love to get a bag of popcorn to snack on while I shop. It's in a really convenient location and has a large parking garage attached. There's also a cart escalator that's really pretty fun to use. This Super Target has a ton of organic foods and grass fed/humanely raised meats. I moved to this area recently, and I used to be by a Whole Foods. Now, the closest one is too far away and I've been forced to shop elsewhere. Honestly, this Super Target makes a pretty decent substitution! The prices are reasonably, and you can find a ton of quality food for a good price. I also love that I can shop here and get (almost) everything I need in one stop. Paper towels? Check. Picture frame? You know it. Organic Greek yogurt? Yup. Additionally, the store is very clean and the employees have always been friendly.
