I have been shopping at this Marshall's since Fowler's Grove opened in 2007. It has been a busy store since day one. It is rare that you will fond an employee on the floor willing to help you find an item. They seem to be focused in on stocking over customer service. If you need assistance it can become a hassle. All of the employees are pleasant...just busy. The store is always clean and organized. New merchandise seems to come in a couple of time a week. I noticed that over the years that this location doesn't seem to get as many of the popular name brand purses that they used to. It used to be a gold mine of great finds in the $150 range. Now there is an abundance of average name brand items made in fake leather or the new term vegan leather. The shoe department is a hit or miss. The good shoes and average sizes go fast. This is specifically for the Marshals side of this joint Marshals/Homegoods location. Not a huge Marshals customer. I prefer TJ Maxx but we don't have one close to the area so marshals it is. It's attached to a Homegoods and they share a till. As a result the like to check out is always egregious. I normality do a quick run through after a Homegood shop and only if I'm already purchasing something because again the line to checkout is intense. I rarely find anything. Also worth noting, on this most recent visit, a woman (with a child) decided to just not bother going to the fitting room to try on a shirt & instead opted to instead strip down to her bra in front of a mirror and try the shirt on there. Right in front of that child, me and everyone else. Truly wild, inappropriate and gross behavior. So I very much doubt in will vis the marshals side of this store again and will possibly drive to a different Homegoods in the future. I don't really went to be around people who think that thatMs normal and even remotely acceptable behavior. read more

Customer service and floor associates are rude. They didn't help on the floor when asked where items are located. One invaded personal space just to restock rack, repeatedly. Sighing every time as if I was inconveniencing them. No genuine greetings or asking if I needed help with anything throughout my visit. read more

Came in here around 10 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday as I need to pick up a few items for some birthdays this month. The location definitely feels like it has not restocked after the holidays as it was pretty limited. I will say the shoe selection feels pretty basic here and their purse selection feels really picked over. Home Goods, because this is a Marshalls and HomeGoods definitely feels like it has a little bit more but it also feels like its incredibly overcrowded right now. read more

Love the clothes - love the prices but the line is always way to long. Usually a 15 min wait ( this is the shortest length of time) regardless of what time you go. I arrived 15 mins after the store opened and I have been waiting 10 mins so far just to do a return. This is not good service. Not many other Marshalls have a line like this ! read more

Clean, well stocked and fun stuff for the whole house. I like to shop at this chain since they always have fun house deco and unique items for the kitchen. This particular location reflected that vibe and had all the usual goodies. All areas were mostly near and organized, save a few misplaced things here and there, most likely by a non caring customer. Standard clearance sections can also be found throughout, some good finds and some things that just need to be written out of stock. The parking was easy and check out was quick since they put all the customers in one line and check them out at whoever is available next. Overall: A House stuff! read more

You have to enter through Homegoods and follow the arrows. They have the doors for Marshall's closed off to help direct the flow of traffic. I will say, it's challenging to watch the arrows on the floor, navigate around people that don't follow the arrows, and it's really challenging to find the end of the line when you are directed to follow the arrows. We didn't 1.5 laps around the store to find the end of the checkout line. read more

This day the traffic was bad they had a line of at least 25 people with three cashiers though so it wasn't moving quickly. I wasn't able to purchase anything due to time constraints. Well, since these are two stores combined as one, this review mirrors that fact. Marshall's Side: This side was quite pleasant to shop as it was organized and clean. Racks were easily navigated with room to turn if you had a shopping cart. Items and sections were clearly labeled, which is always appreciated. So, as far as a Marshall's store compares, this one is pretty darn nice. Now ... to the dark side ... Homegoods: Whoa boy! This side of the giant store was a mess. Items were on the floor in the aisles and you could barely get around anything as the places seemed overstuffed. I ended up leaving shortly after trying to navigate through the mess. It actually made me anxious ... and I'm not stranger to Homegoods stores. I don't know what was happening the day I visited. A tornado? From other reviews, people like this store ... me, I couldn't wait to get out. Perhaps I hit it at the wrong time? I visited on Monday, 12/11/17 around 2:00 p.m. Was it because of the holidays? Were kids out of school and just knocking things out into the aisles? I don't know but I do know I won't be going back to find out. I've seen enough. Between the two stores (in the front) are the registers. This line was extremely long and people were complaining about the wait. I chose not to purchase anything from the Marshall's side due to this ... I simply didn't have time as they only had a couple of cashiers working. It was crazy. So, there ya go! I'm a fan of this Marshall's! The store is huge, the items are pretty organized,and the dressing room is clean. Half the store is Marshall's, the other half is Home Goods,and who doesn't love Home Goods!! You can find a gift for anyone, furnish your homes or dorms and your closets! Stopped in after calling first to make sure they had an item that I needed. Went through Marshalls & Home Goods doing some shopping & looking for item they said they had when I called about an hour before & couldn't find it. I went to the front & requested assistance. They called someone 3 times and I waited another 15 minutes only to be told they had no more and hadn't for day or two. Glad I wasted my time. Left without buying anything. This was a pleasant store to shop in but it has changed and not for the better in the last 6-7 months. read more

I can guarantee you could not leave this place without buying something. I know for a fact, that I at least never do. This place is dangerously good! It literally has EVERYTHING you could think of for decorating your home and being connected next to Marshall's well you have yourself double trouble. The store itself can be overwhelming, there are so many things and it does feel a little cramped because of well, so many things. But they are definitely well stocked. Despite all the chaos, it's maintained pretty well and fairly organized. There is lots of parking, so don't worry you won't have to fight anyone for spots. The only downfall here is that the lines can get ridiculously long, but I'm sure if you just leave your boyfriend/husband to stand in line while you shop it won't be such a bad thing right? ;) read more

I enjoy the Home Goods side of Marshalls more then the clothing side. Overall, I am just not goo goo over this store. What I do appreciate is their streamlined check out approach. It does seem to keep things on track and moving quickly. I do not like their strick policy on how many garments you bring into the dressing room and because of that, I tend not to buy things there. I hate returning things when they don't fit right. read more

This is the worst marshals and all of Florida. They need a lot more help and work in Seshan. You can expect long lines and a weight of more than 20 minutes every time you come here in a matter what time of day and a matter what day of the week. I'll never come back. read more

Excelent store! Possibly my favorite Marshalls in Orlando. Very clean and well organized. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Every time I go, I am treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Although, all of the employees are awesome; there is one particular associate named Jason that really is just outstanding. Jason is professional, helpful and so friendly. Not only was it extremely claustrophobic to move around the employees were so rude, you're looking around to find things and the employees don't even bother to say excuse me and decide to stock at the same time you're standing there looking I had to move out of the way and felt uncomfortable to continue to shop, they all looked miserable and the lack of manners to at least say excuse me instead of almost push people out of the way shocked me read more

So in the past I had seen the commercials for Marshalls stating they sell designer at less. I honestly didn't believe it and so I never shopped there. Recently I was in Winter Garden Village shopping and wandered in here for the first time. I was impressed! The commercials were true. Within 5 minutes I had already come across Michael Kors, coach, and Tommy Hilfiger along with tried and true brands like Steve Madden and rocket dog. I couldn't get past the shoe section, my arms were laden with too many boxes. The store needs an update, it's all stark white walls and linoleum floor with harsh lighting. Even the shelving is white. A little color would change the whole store and give it a less 90s feel. What is updated are their registers and I was impressed again. The registers are automated to tell you as the next customer in line which register number to go to so people aren't yelling "I can take the next customer". My cashier was so nice! He doubled checked that all of my shoes were a right and a left and verified the shoe sizes with me. It was a great shopping experience even if I only shopped in the shoes section. I'm a huge fan of discount clothing stores, as I view them as a challenge to find that gem among the sea of clothing racks. This Marshall's is laid out better than any other one I've been to. The store seems to be about 1/3 shoes, and according to my wife, the selection seems to be good. The men's clothing section is laid out well, and it seems they have more stuff in more sizes than other Marshall's stores. I am also a fan of their check out system, as it makes the line move much quicker forming just one queue than having to guess which cashier will have the fastest line, and which customer will be bringing up that item without a price tag. This store is connected to a Home Goods, which is kept up nicely as well. Needless to say, every time I'm at the Winter Garden Village, I hit up this Marshall's, because you never know what you might find in there. read more

When I lived in Jacksonville I only went to Marshalls a few times. Now that I live down the road, I am here all the time. The selection is fantastic and I have found plenty of great deals. I bought a Brooks Brothers suit on clearance for $189, a BB tie for $12 and golden fleece polo for $25. The clearance specials are fantastic and they have a good amount of clearance merchandise as well. Outlet shopping has become so popular with people looking to get a great deal that if you go to an outlet mall, the clothes they sell will be specifically made for the outlet. You are basically just buying lower quality product and still paying for the brand name. I hate that, and now I prefer to just go to a regular mall and look at their clearance selection or watch out for sales. At Marshalls you will find first rate merchandise and you will find a lot of product that isn't made specifically for an outlet store. For men I like that there are a lot of Polo Ralph Lauren products, but they also carry a lot of the lower end Lauren Ralph Lauren line. I love finding Brooks Brothers items too. The $12 tie I bought did say "irregular" and had a few tiny imperfections they you can only see up close, but that is why its $12. The higher end brands have high standards and for their typical prices they aren't going to pass their strict quality control. They also aren't going to throw away a garment with a few bad threads. The least expensive Brooks Brothers tie on their website is $55. I think thats a killer deal and an indication of some of the products you might find at Marshalls, especially if they only have 1 or 2 or the exact item. You never know what you will find but you will find some great things. It's easy to buy too much. When I brought in that Brooks Brothers suit to be finished, the employees at the BB store at the Millenia mall were amazed they even carry BB merchandise at Marshalls, let alone for the price. I also thought it was an even better deal that they will finish your suit jacket for free (hem and widen waist of pants for $35) since it is a Brooks Brothers suit. I think it really helps that HomeGoods is attached to Marshalls because both are great and its nice to be able to shop both. You wouldn't think it, but this is the place you want to look first for dog toys. The selection is good and mush cheaper than PetSmart. Easy to find something every dog would love. Good prices on other things too like leashes or bowls. read more

This store is absolutely huge! It's connected with Homegoods, so there's a section for all personal needs and all decorative needs! My only real problems with the store are very small, such as the store does tend to get very hot, there is times that items are strewn all over the place (but maybe the employees just didn't have time to reorganize) and the checkout is kind of brutal, people cut in front of you while youre walking to a cashier, etc. Other than that I love this place!!! :) read more

Prices are usually pretty fair but he best thing is you can usually find a lot of unique accessories to hang around the house or fill corners or counter space. I love Marshall's! I pretty much do all of my shopping here. They have great deals on clothes and shoes and UNDIES especially. We all know how expensive those are ladies.I wen't shopping today and everyone that I encountered there was so helpful. They pointed me in the right direction when looking for something. The dressing room lady was very nice. And the cashier even told me about a sale that was going on at another store because she knew I was looking. Yes, prices are competitive but you can't even really get the correct size or item on the floor. Cash registers so disorganized looking. Returned an $80 purse to Marshall's (strap broke). Presented the purse and receipt to cashier... who then asked me for the tags. Told him I didn't have tags. Was given major attitude and told if I return a purse I need to have the tags... I told the cashier - wasn't planning to return the purse till it broke.
