My first time visiting this store and it was a bit too much for me. Racks and racks of clothing , shoes , accessories etc but you can't walk an aisle without bumping into people or racks. They have kids, men and women's clothing and accessories as well as an entire disney second floor full of all types of things. Depending on what you're looking for this place isn't bad but if you're looking for things beyond clothes you're going to be disappointed. I was really hoping they would have more accessory type stuff but it's few and far between. They do have some Disney stuff and it's fine if you like the standard Disney characters but I love Chip and Dale barely saw them at all in this store. I think this would be fine for some cheap Disney gifts that are going to be way more expensive at the actual park. It's nice that this store is not in the mall, so you don't actually have to go into the mall if you don't want to. It is a little chaotic in here and hard to find stuff if you're not looking for Disney. The store is probably worth a visit if you're already in the area. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for it and I have no desire to go back now that my curiosity is satiated. read more

I've been wanting to visit Primark and was not disappointed when I finally did! Located at the Florida Mall, finding the store was very easy. As you walk in, the different departments are clearly labeled. Great selection of clothing, shoes, home goods, and even luggage. The upstairs is fully dedicated to Disney merchandise - you can find more clothing, shoes, pillows, home goods up here. I saw mainly items featuring Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh, and Stitch. There were some others displayed like Marie, Bambi, and Inside Out. I enjoyed the time I spent here browsing. The prices are extremely affordable and hard to beat. There are self checkout options and reusable bags available for purchase if you forget to bring your own. You must scan your receipt to exit. It does get very packed on a Saturday afternoon, so be wary of that. But other than that, it was a great experience and I will be returning for more. read more

I first learned about this brand when I was in a trip in Europe. Knowing they finally have a location in America is amazing. The quality of their stuff seems pretty good and the pricing is nice. It's quite a big store so they have a little bit of everything. From PJ's to work outfits, beachwear, shoes and suitcases there's something for everyone. I can't say much on the service because I use the self-checkout when I go. The security guard at the door is nice though. I've seen him push the button for handicapped people before they even reach the door so they don't have to worry about the doors. The Disney area is on the second floor, so if you're looking for trinkets that are a bit more cost effective than what you'll find in the parks, I would definitely recommend this place out. read more

Another nice spot in the Florida mall that's a newer addition to the mall. This is a large store that's on the outside over by the American girl doll store on the newer part of the outdoor mall pavilion. It's a large department store with two stories that has a lot of clothing and a lot of cool household items . They have a huge selection of kids, clothing, and goods for kids, especially in the Disney section upstairs . They're actually pretty good as well, they're not expensive like most of the things in the mall . The staff are also very kind with directing you to the proper areas when you ask them a question and not rude like most mall employees . read more

I've been to the Chicago location and knew what to expect but I understand how it has been "hiped" up. At its core, it's an inexpensive store that carries clothing & accessories, but not high in quality. If you know that, and are okay with that, then it's great! Very large store with departments for the whole family. Lots of Hello Kitty Merchandise for those interested! The second story has all Disney items! Service is okay, considering it's retail. The store was pretty organized given the holidays and the large amount of people/tourists bombarding all aisles! It's located on the outside perimeter of the FL mall so parking can get very crazy but valet is available right at the outside entrance of this store. So I have been waiting for a Primark to open around me for quite a bit of time now. So I was absolutely thrilled when it was announced that the Orlando location was finally going to be opened in the Florida mall. My first experience at this location was on opening day and as expected it was a mad house. It was packed to the brim with people and the lines to check out were very long. It was actually a bit overwhelming. Since I didn't get the opportunity to explore during my visit on opening day, I decided to recently come back about a month later and it wasn't as crazy. The store was actually pretty organized and spacious. They sold everything from men's, women's, and children clothing to home decor and travel necessities... all at a very reasonable price. They even have a floor dedicated to solely Disney merch, which was amazing since I am a Disney lover myself. They also had multiple checkout lines and even self checkout kiosks. All the workers were very kind and willing to help. I think that Primark was a great addition to the Florida Mall and I can't wait to come back soon as they get new merch! read more

I didn't love on this store. I saw on Ig that people went nuts and had to line up around this building when it opened. I don't know why. I guess the lower prices, but I didn't care too much for the clothes. The price cheaper, but nothing stood out to me. Kind of reminds me of an H and M. It has women's, men's, kid's clothes, some home decor and accessories and shoes. That's the first floor. Second floor is all things Disney and perhaps that's why people are obsessed. It has its own entrance at Florida Mall. I did see sunglasses for cheap like $3-6 that caught my eye but I didn't feel like waiting in line. The people working they really don't care that it is super crowded since it's a new store. They won't get out of your way. You have to get out of theirs. Not the best customer service, but hey they are probably pissed it's so busy. read more

First time at a Primark and it's certainly an unusual experience. The clothes seem to be decent quality, and the price is very affordable. A few things I noted is that often whole selections of sizes are often out of stock in every color. The pants rarely include a zipper as they appear to prefer to use button fly. This was a bit odd to me in a pair of Chino's. You really SHOULD try on anything that you want to purchase since I found the sizes to vary greatly by style. For example you might be a Medium in one short sleeve style shirt and then need a large in another long sleeve and a small in a sweatshirt. I discovered for returns you MUST have a receipt (even if clearly labeled as Primark with tags attached) and be within 30 days. Otherwise, no receipt then nothing. No return, credit, exchange or anything. They also do not have bags. You can purchase a reusable bag there $2-$6 or be sure to bring your own bag if you might be purchasing a few items. I was overcharged on 3 out of 4 items at the Primark Florida Mall location on Tuesday Sept 16, 2025 shopping visit. It was my first time visiting Primark and I am on vacation and was impressed with the prices , stock and cleanliness of the store. Then it went downhill from there. After returning to my hotel I noticed 3 of the 4 items on my receipt were higher than the ticketed item. One item is tagged at $20 but I was charged $25, the second and third items are tagged at $12 each but charged $14 each. So overcharge was $9 plus taxes for total $9.59. My husband promptly called the number on their receipt. Customer support said their policy is we would need to return in person for a price adjustment and they can not do any adjustment over the phone. We said our hotel is 30 minutes one way! It would take over one hour of our time. So he asked to speak to the manager. He was very surprised at her unapologetic and very nonchalant attitude. She did not care if the customer was happy or not. My husband was not pleased at all! He has his own business for over 30 years and would never treat a customer this way. I decided I would call and see if there was anything else they could do. I spoke to Rueben who said it's not the first time and I wont be the last time for a customer to be overcharged. Apparently it is an on-going issue at Primark. This is horrific to falsely advertise a price and to knowingly be aware the scanned price will not match the tagged price on many of their items! I can't imagine the number of customers that have been overcharged or basically ripped off! I asked to speak to his manager and I believe I got the same customer service manager that spoke to my husband. She was unapologetic, inexperienced and quite snarky. She was awful and refused to provide her name. Then she hung up on me! I was in shock and mad. I quickly called back because I wanted her name. I got Rueben again and said I didn't get his manager's name. He put me on hold for a long time and returned with the reply, we do not provide personal names but she is one of the Assistant Store Managers. So I asked for the Store Manager's name because I wasn't interested in talking to her anymore. After another long wait on hold, Rueben said he can not provide the store manager's name too. I can not believe any establishment where the store manager or owner will not give their name to customers! It is the store manager's responsibility and reputation to provide excellent customer experiences and of course they will give their names whether for complaints or accolades. Primark you need to do better and train your employees in better customer service! read more

As someone from the UK (where Primark is one of the most popular shops), I was curious to see how this brand translated to the US market. I know that it's in a few cities in the US but I never had the opportunity to go. I went just before Christmas to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised. Although it was a little different to the UK, broadly speaking it had the same kind of merchandise and deals that I was used to. Primark has always been known for it's fun collaborations and cheap prices and both of these were on full display. In a world where it's become normal to charge $30-40 for T-shirts, it's refreshing to see there is an alternative option that is much more budget friendly. We ended up coming out with a few different fun finds, not only for myself but my partner and her mother too! The Disney floor is a little lacking for menswear, and is definitely more geared to children but otherwise we enjoyed our visit, no notes! read more

Primark finally made it down to the south! We went during opening weekend so it was absolute mayhem--but organized. Lol. Congrats on the team for the crowd control and quick check out. My kids love Primark and always go bananas when we're up north. The girls had a nice haul--the guys not so much. Not a good or large selection for the men's department.
