I have been hearing about " dirty Dillard " for months and decided to stop in while on colonial. This store is located in fashion square mall but only accessible by their personal entrance. Tons of parking spaces so it was an easy park and shop. Once inside it was racks sorted by departments just as a normal dillards just minus all the fancy mannequins etc. I browsed the entire store as it was really organized . All items are 65%off the original prices but final sale. Shoe selection was mehhhhh, it was a bunch of older lady shoes and super bling shoes which are not my style but if you are 7-8.5, there was a bigger selection. I loved the formal dresses and mens suits and the prices were amazing. This store seemed to have a beach / west Palm vibe for women casual and summer though which again isn't my style . Tons of winter stuff and denim for kids. Swimsuits ---- oh I could've easily purchased 10! Huge selection of beach wear, accessories and swim for the family. Service is like an outlet so some nice some non existent . there are fitting rooms and one check out area. I plan to visit the other one in west Colonial as well but this is a great clearance rack store ! read more

I shop here frequently and just found out most locals call this "Dirty Dillards." Also a lot of people joke about trying to find the door. Many entrances are blocked and the single entrance has cashiers/security and is fully staffed. I have found that you can never know what you will find. This is good so lots of deals and bad because when it's gone, it's gone. There is another clearance outlet on West Colonial, same concept, operated separately with different weekly sales and merchandise. They have two entrance/exits. Stock ships from various standard Dillard stores to these locations. It does not seem to have any season although I just saw Halloween items at this location in August. The Dillards seem to stock in hauls and will eventually tag it beyond the pink tag for additional savings. Posted Tuesday or so Dillards store management will have a prerecorded phone message on that week's deals. It is long so I sometimes I zone out before the end. You don't have to listen to it but it is helpful in deciding when to drive over to the store. They are open Tues-Sunday which basically equates to 7 hours, shorter on Sunday. They close promptly and provide several public address announcements to move you to the register. The fitting rooms are shut down before closing. The gist is they want everybody to GTFO out by 7 pm, 6 pm on Sunday. There are lots of deals but all sales are final. No exchanges or returns. There are 2 ways you can play this. Buy it when it is available since when it's gone it is gone. Something that is not a must have you can come back and hope it turns up on a rack for a weekly markdown. A lot of time they will have a bigger sale around a holiday. July 4th they had many clothing items priced 4.99. This is all merchandise clearances from their regular retail stores so there is no stock in the back and you may have to dig. There is staff at the registers but not so much on the floor as this is not a full service store. The shoe deals are great. Name brands sometimes at blowout prices of 7.99 or 14.99. They take cash or card and you will see they tape up you bag on purchase. This is to prevent retail theft. They offer similar items from retail Dillards but minimal home and only occasionally cosmetic or personal care items. If you are in need of retail therapy you will find items that you did not know you needed. read more

Anyone that lives within distance of a Dillard's Department store and has shopped here knows that it is an upscale store. I have shopped Dillard's many times throughout the years. Everything they sell is QUALITY! Don't get me wrong,I shop here when I need a very nice pair of shoes, clothing, etc. I'm definitely not made of money. I just treat myself now and then. I haven't once run into an employee with attitude; they are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. TikTok really hyped this place up, so we were excited to try! It's laid out similar to a regular Dillard's, just lower prices. We did notice that most of the prices weren't that cheap. A lot of them seemed to have been marked way up, just to be put on clearance to make it look like a great deal. We noticed that if you are looking for mens swimwear or polos, this is a great place to go. They had a ton of women's dresses and tops as well, but it was disappointing for someone who wear an XS size and only had 5-10 things in each section. I went in looking for a white dress and only found 1-2 options in my size. You can't really go in looking for something...just keep an open mind. The home section was little to none. They had a small room with some sheets and comforters and then another section with a few plates and other kitchen things. I'd say less than 20 items total. There were tons of women's shoes, but the lack of choices for men was disappointing. Moral of the story is - you should visit, but make sure you don't go in looking for something. They have great clothing brands and some nice stuff. The best part about this store at the absolutely pathetic Orlando Fashion Square "Mall", is that it's a clearance store. Also, they blocked off the Mall Entrance so you can only enter from the outside. That's probably a good thing. The clearance prices are amazing! You can find some expensive stuff on the cheap. They recently added a $4.99 rack so I ended up with a cool $80 shirt for five bucks. Take that Five Below!!! Keep your pool noodle and plastic crap, I got a nice shirt. On other visits, I loaded up on clothing as they have some cool stuff. Men's shoes are a bit lacking, but the women's shoe section is a bit more substantial. It's semi-organized by size, but you may find sizes in the wrong areas. This is probably more due to lazy shoppers than the staff here. If you're in the market for new clothes, it's worth a stop here at Dillard's at Orlando Fashion Square. Entrance is on the East Side of the mall. Be a Survivor! read more

My friend received a notification that all summer dresses were on sale so we decided to check it out, we have been here before, but like previous times, we could not find the sale dresses. The items that were in the store, supposedly deeply discounted were still pricey and the sheer expanse of the store makes it overwhelming. But the most memorable thing about our shopping day out, was the temperature in the store, all the employees had on coats, it was freezing. Several people, including myself asked about the temperature, and the salesperson told us they had to choose, either hot or cold, so they chose cold and wore a coat? I'm sure if one had the patience to look through the massive racks of clothing, there might be some great bargains, but unfortunately, that's not me, live to try another day. read more

I was afraid to go in here because my past experiences were in a location that was absolutely PACKED and you had to wait for like an hour to try anything on. This location is clean and open. They have clear signage for departments, which is great. Also, lots of Petites but not my style :( I was on a mission but did not find anything I was looking for so I left empty handed. This is my first visit here in quite a long time. With stores that sell men's big and tall clothing being few and far between, I decided to go to this Dillard's location. Unlike the locations at Florida Mall and Altamonte Mall, this Dillard's is clearance merchandise. And it is great if you are shopping for clothing. I was able to find some men's casual shorts and boxer briefs. and all were for a great price. And in my size, too. Most retail stores sell men's clothing up to sizes 42-48. Makes it difficult to find a size that fits. Especially for seniors. And there is quite selection of women's clothing and children's clothing. As well as footwear. There are some housewares available as well. I came across a display of some nice cooking pans that were marked down. I am set as far as what I need in the kitchen. But if I was starting out on my own or looking for new cook ware, I would have been on this. This place is always busy. Which brings me to a couple of pet peeves. First of all, parking. I was able to find a parking space near the entrance. But on other visits, you have to park a ways from the entrance. Second, it can be crowded. Expect to wait in line. The cashiers do a really good job of getting customers checked out. Unless they have a cart full of items. And maybe it is me, but I do not like to have someone in my space when I am out. I know sometimes it is impossible, especially when it is shopping during the Christmas season. But when I am looking at something and there a shopper comes up and is in your way, I find it unnerving. A very overwhelming outlet store store. Occupying the first floor of what was once a regular two story Dillard's location, this spot now houses discount merchandise from stores all over the area. There are tons of deals to be found here if you're willing to undergo the task of finding areas you want to look in. There is a massive amount of merchandise here! They do keep it well organized and labeled though so that's a huge plus. Staff is pretty non existent here except at registers. They do offer an additional 40% off the lowest discount price from time to time, so be on watch! NOTE: They have very limited hours that are outside of regular mall hours. This is a crazy place to look around but could be fun for the shopper that loves looking through tons of garbage to fine a diamond. They have great prices, you just need to have the time to search through this store to find what you need. It was converted from a regular 2 story store, to a 1 story Dillard's clearance center. Since this store receives clothes from many other Dillard's stores, the 1st floor is so packed that it takes quite a while to go through their hundreds of pieces of merchandise. Placed an order for a handbag for a gift paid extra to have it wrapped. I received notice it was delivered to my porch and when I got home no package was there. I checked with neighbors and no one received it. I called Dillard the next day and was told to call their delieverucompany which I did. All in all I got the run around from the delivery company and Dillard's also and in the end they REFUSE to do anything about it and informed me that I have to pay for the item I never received! Dillard's clearance store in the Fashion Square Mall solves that problem for anyone looking for quality clothes for decent prices. This vast store has a huge inventory of clothes. While most of it is for women (and an interesting shoe area that often looks like a war zone), there is a decent sized men's area with a wide range of clothes. Whether you are looking for nice suits or good weekend shirts, this place has you covered. I spent several hours in here with my wife looking for clothes for me as well as gifts for the holidays. Wow! This is like finding the Mecca of bargain stores - I didn't even know Dillard's had a clearance only store where every single item is 65% off the price. I had purchased a Calvin Klein dress in a black colour for over $100 and the next stumbled across this store to find the same dress in a plum colour on sale for $52 and the applying the 65% discount the final price I paid was $33!!! It's not a full 5-star because they don't have an inventory and I reckon that should be fairly easy to implement. Let me preface my review with some caution. This is not your average Dillard's. As others have said, It's a clearance Dillard's. You can get amazing deals for great prices. That being said, it does take some patience. This place isn't really organized. They do sort things into men's, women's, home, shoes, kids, etc., but there's not really a rack for each designer - unless you want a higher end designer dress. You have to sift through lots of clothing you probably wouldn't wear to find the gems. Once you find things you would like to try on, you can only take six items into the fitting room, but the lines are always long. The fitting rooms really do smell, but then again, they don't maintain the store well. Make sure you inspect your items well. There's no returns, exchanges or refunds at this store, but you really can find a lot of good deals. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the mood for new clothes but not necessarily with something specific in mind. read more

We went in here a few months ago not knowing it was a clearance store and were pleasantly surprised upon finding out. I haven't done a lot of shopping here yet but Frank got a pair of shorts for $12 that are typically $60. They have a wide variety of both men's and women's clothes and women's shoes. Most of the store is well organized, especially compared to other clearance and outlet stores. The employees are incredibly helpful, kind and go above and beyond for their customers!!!! The very friendly salesman told us that there are different sales going on each week on top of the already low clearance prices and while we were shopping, BOGO sales were being announced for certain departments. Guys, move onto the next review. Ladies, LISTEN UP! I popped into the Intimates section of Dillard's because, after a significant weight loss (and subsequent gain of that same weight - ugh), I had no freakin' idea what size bra I needed. One thing was certain though, my drawer full of old VS bras wasn't gonna cut it anymore. I was warmly greeted by the sales clerk and when I explained my situation she immediately asked, "When was the last time you were measured and fitted?" Ummmm, never? She escorted me to the fitting room, took a few measurements and asked a couple questions to decide what type of fit/shape would suit me. She stepped out for a couple minutes and returned with 3-4 options for me to try. I hesitated for a brief second when I realized that she wasn't going to leave and let me try them in private but I thought what the hell, it's not like she hasn't seen it all before! Literally within 10 minutes I was at the register paying for my new unmentionables. I felt (and looked) amazing! Who knew that the right bra could give you an instant makeover?! Seriously, I looked at least 10 lbs lighter. The woman who helped me identified herself as the "Senior Fitter" and boy did she ever know her stuff! I'm kicking myself for not writing down her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves; I think it was "Chita" but I'm not 100%. read more

I understand that this is a no-frills, low cost clearance center but I still have some complaints. Not about the prices, you can definitely find some great deals, especially if you focus on the sections that have an extra percentage off, as noted on the sign in the front of the store. But the whole place feels dirty and dingy, there's not enough fitting rooms open, and there's never enough staff. Management comes off a bit lazy. While I was standing in a 20 minute line to checkout, 2 male managers had a chat about a pretty pathetic perfume display while ignoring all the customers glaring at them. I used to love this location for the big New Years Day sale, as it was never too crowded and I could always find great deals. This location is now a clearance center, which means you don't have to wait until New Years Day to score some deals. The store is pretty organized, with round racks now replacing the former setup of merchandise separated by brand. It's not like your typical Ross or TJ Maxx where items are overflowing all over the place, everything is neatly organized by size. It still doesn't seem that crowded, but that could be because Fashion Square Mall is in decline and will be facing renovations soon. A lot of the big retail brands have closed up. Hopefully this clearance center will stick around after the mall renovations are complete. read more

I decided to visit this place, after I saw a friend with five dresses in her closet, for $100! She informed me that this was a clearance center and that they had an additional 50% off dresses on top of the lowest price. I just decided to visit, and I went crazy! They have designer dresses there for anywhere from $40-$90 and an additional 50% off this past weekend. Apparently, they have different promotions that are going on, and you can call to find out what is going on. I am not sure if they will still have the sale or for how long it will be on for her, but I got six dresses and three pairs of shoes for $226! I was stunned! One of the dresses was a kArl Lagerfeld, Calvin Klein, as well as some other Dillards brands. I definitely need to stay away from this place because I believe that I could spend all of my money in here, I was not even able to visit the pajama section or even the kids section. I spent about four hours between the shoes and the dress is. The only thing that I wish I could change, was the dressing room line. It was very long, and it kind ofmove very slow. However the young girl that was in there, was very sweet and kind, and I was able to come out and have her zip me up or zip me down. She was very sweet. From reviews of fashion square it will become apparent that yes this mall needs work. There is a new management company that is hopefully taking care of things. One of the biggest complaints of mine is the lack of selection of brands of clothing, shoes, purses that I like in general. Dillards seems to be ahead of the curve on this one with its selection at the Fashion Square mall. However, the store itself needs some comestic work. There is an old, dirty, moldy smell throughout the store and carpets are in dire need of replacement. If Dillards fixes these things I think they will be on track to be awesome. read more

Dillards lost me as a regular customer today. But I am assuming they don't care because of the way they treat you in this store. I went to the store to take advantage of the 04th of July sale . After selecting several blouses i went to the fitting room where the clerk told me that I only can enter with 6 pieces at the time . After tried it on I went outside to get the rest of my clothes and she told me that I have to go back to the end of the line and wait for my turn again . I told her it doesn't make any sense and she said that is the policy and There were people waiting . Well, Dillards you can keep my clothes because I won't buy from you again. WOW! I'm from Miami and we don't have a Dillard's. I'm surprised to see a lower star rating and think some people may be forgetting just how lucky they are to have this gem nearby! The prices are unbelievable. To give you an idea, they had brand new Tahari designer dresses for about $24 (normally closer to $400). This location is a Clearance Center and as with any outlet type store, you do have to dig a little, but if you have the time it's definitely worth it. read more
