You can find king Louis style bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, chandeliers, bathroom vanities, large area rugs, decorative statues, holiday decor, outdoor gazebos, and more. They are always updating their inventory which is shipped in from around the world. Since I had to go into Orlando today for a business lunch I decided to call. The woman who answered the phone said she would check to confirm they had one available and also said she would gladly hold it for me. The store was easy to find and when I went inside I saw many nice things including one of the elephant banks on display. It actually was nicer than I expected. As promised they had one at the counter waiting for me in a beautiful gift box and after I purchased it they put it in a fancy bag so the box wouldn't get damaged. They also gave me the 20% discount that was available online for first buyers. I was very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service and may return to get another Elephant Bank for my other grandson.

When we got to the cash register, Julian, the young man that attended us was kind, respectful and even apologetic for the error. Another person, female (didn't catch her name) came to the register, was arrogant and off putting. The young man even suggested to her to take the flyer down because it was misleading. The price advertised was for one modle and the one advertised was a different modle. The correct customer service approach for their mistake was to honor the price due to their error on the flyer but the female staff was hell bent that the advertisement was correct until I pointed out the HUGE ERROR. I'm so glad my husband told me to take a picture of the flyer to show at the register. She even had the audacity to ask when I took the picture, I said "TODAY!" She didn't believe me, became enraged, as she was making her way to the display, she knocked down some merchandise off a shelf. Just be careful of in store advertisement at this location and know they will not honor wrongfully advertised prices.
