I've only been to the pop up of Pop Mart in Aventura during the holidays so this was my first time at an actual store. It was a bit smaller than I imagined but they had more than enough product. We stopped in specifically because we wanted to see if they had the new Frieren blind boxes which they sadly sold out of. We were told they only got a limited shipment for it so it was a bummer. We still left with some goodies and it was nice to walk around and see the products that were inside the blind boxes. If you're into blind boxes, a worthwhile spot to stop by.

When you walk in, you will see a long counter bar, on the left, with plenty of seats where you can order freshly made cookies and pretzels, along with a variety of floats. On the right side, you will see many products to purchase. Towards the back of the shop, on the left, there were a few couches surrounding a big screen TV where you can play games. Just beyond that, was a large table with chairs that can be used for things like playing board games, trading cards and enjoying the yummy treats they sell. Apparently they have some board games in the back that they can retrieve or you can bring your own. The right side had 2 mini arcade style machines, along with 4 gaming stations. They each had a docking station for you to use your own Nintendo switch. We were told it was all free to play. Wow! Finally, the bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in a Super Mario theme, which is so appropriate right now with the new Super Mario Bros move right now in theaters. We found a worker to ask the price but she showed us her scanner wasn't working and apologized saying they were under new management. Another disappointment was when checking out they said their membership was down so they couldn't add my number in for rewards points and no one seemed to know how I could get credit for my purchases. The workers were nice but all of them were clearly stressed out.

My son went in and purchased a funko pop collectible. Left the store and found it for less on…read moreAmazon, so we proceeded back to the store with my son and wife. Upon returning, we requested a refund, the store person, pointed to the bottom of the receipt to inform us there were no refunds only a 7 day exchange. There were no signs posted at the register or anywhere else in the store so the only way to know was after your purchase. Store person proceeded to txt then call someone else, spoke some other language on the phone. After a few minutes this other person came into the store and had brought along mall security. I'm thinking great, they are planning on helping the situation. Find out the person behind the counter had told the other person I had threatened to punch him, which was never the case and we were all very calm during the whole process. I had talked to mall security and they said also the store should have posted signs of the policy. Then told us to file a complaint with mall customer service. At this point I would have walked away had we received our refund. We have filed a complaint with the mall and I am posting buyer beware of this store in the Orlando Mall.
