When someone walks into the store and it's clearly interested in buying the higher items. The least the shop person can do is provide them with a little bit of attention. This shows that the shop is interested in cultivating sales with real collectors. Unfortunately, after many visits, on my last visit. My interest in a higher an item was put to the side while another collector received attention. I stood and waited patiently for the shop person and the other collector to conclude. However, afterwards, the shot person just kind of walked away, and I had to chase him down. This after I already expressed an interest in one of the higher items. My time was limited and it got all used up with me standing on the sidelines, waiting to talk to the shop owner about an item I wanted to buy. It wouldn't have been so bad if the shop owner would've said just one moment I'm gonna be right with you. But there was no communication I felt like I wasn't valued. And that really kind of put me off because I drive out of my way to go to this shop. In any event, I don't know if I'll ever go back again. I spoke with another friend of mine and he kind of had a similar experience at this shop. It's like the owner kind of just doesn't care about sales or something. I don't know. If he doesn't care then why should I? I guess that's kind of where I'm at right now. But I cared enough to write this review. So you have to make up your mind if this is a place you want to visit or not. Good customer service services when you make each person feel special especially in a shop like this that revolves around nostalgia. It's not about just obtaining the item. The whole experience is a part of a magic. And if the owner isn't really invested in cultivating that then I don't know I guess the business might be on borrowed time.

Pop Mart in Florida Mall!…read more This Pop Mart is pretty centrally located in Florida Mall and right by Miniso, which can be dangerous for your wallet if you're into blind boxes. I've only been to the pop up of Pop Mart in Aventura during the holidays so this was my first time at an actual store. It was a bit smaller than I imagined but they had more than enough product. We stopped in specifically because we wanted to see if they had the new Frieren blind boxes which they sadly sold out of. We were told they only got a limited shipment for it so it was a bummer. We still left with some goodies and it was nice to walk around and see the products that were inside the blind boxes. If you're into blind boxes, a worthwhile spot to stop by.

It was very colorful and had a variety of of products, we went in, looked around. Labubus are sold behind the counter and you are required to create an online account to be able to purchased them. Service was very on point, we asked some questions, I like that the store was very aesthetically pleasing and theres space to walk around, it's spacious even though it's not a big place. Daughter was happy with her new Labubu, I had to check the map of the mall to be able to find the store, and took me a while to get in there, but once I was there and I was in and out in no time. I was satisfied the visit.

Looking forward to coming back here again! YAY!

Very wholesome store, but the location and busy times don't do it justice…read more The staff hasn't been the most welcoming or interested in talking or providing recommendations. The variety however is incredible. Plenty things i don't see in other card stores and their bulk and binder collection is really good too! PS: my friend taught me that you can choose any bulk you want and it's on a "pay what you want" system. So bring some loose cash if you're interested. What really turns me off about it is that the location isn't the easiest to get to, and on weekends? Forget about it. So many people in such a cramped space it gets nearly impossible to see the products or talk to a worker. Not a bad store, just not my first choice because of indirect factors.

When you walk in, you will see a long counter bar, on the left, with plenty of seats where you can order freshly made cookies and pretzels, along with a variety of floats. On the right side, you will see many products to purchase. Towards the back of the shop, on the left, there were a few couches surrounding a big screen TV where you can play games. Just beyond that, was a large table with chairs that can be used for things like playing board games, trading cards and enjoying the yummy treats they sell. Apparently they have some board games in the back that they can retrieve or you can bring your own. The right side had 2 mini arcade style machines, along with 4 gaming stations. They each had a docking station for you to use your own Nintendo switch. We were told it was all free to play. Wow! Finally, the bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in a Super Mario theme, which is so appropriate right now with the new Super Mario Bros move right now in theaters. What a way to get the kids out of the house, in a nice environment where the family can enjoy playing some games together.

They had tables set up in the back for us to play on and it was a great vibe. All the employees were super chill. They had drinks behind the counter you could buy as well, which was nice because it was getting a bit hot inside. There's also food places right near by. This specific location is located in a dying mall, so I'm not quite sure how much longer it's going to be around. But I hope they don't go away for good, because it really does seem like a fun place to hang around.
