When we pulled into the parking lot and saw how small the store was, we were pretty disappointed. However, we had fun browsing the small selection they had. Posters, figurines, keychains, stickers, wall art, etc. There was merchandise from older anime like inuyasha, death note, DBZ, etc and of course newer ones like demonslayer. I have to admit selection was limited, though the employee did tell us they could order out of stock items for us (but we aren't local :(). What is truly special about this shop is the friendly community feel. There is artwork for sale (I assume) from local artists with many different skill levels and styles. My boyfriend ended up getting a cute Emilia (re zero) figuarts figurine which was nice quality. It happened to be the day before my friend's and my birthday (we are not twins lol) and once she learned this, the employee did this cute celebration, playing a prerecorded song by the employees (?). It was a little bit cringe but 100% wholesome. They also gave us each a choice of a keychain as a birthday gift! Even after we said we were flying out of Orlando that day. I rarely see such good will these days and it was a wonderful surprise. I would stop by if I'm ever in the area again.

You can easily find yourself spending heaps of money here. The downsides: Access to this Michael's can get a bit tricky and annoying when there is a lot of traffic on Turkey Lake Road. Whenever I've been in the store looking for something in particular that I can't get to through the virtual store map on the app, I find it hard to get help from the associates. When I tried to ask a question, she walked away and pretended not to notice, then went over to the shirts and was telling him "not to waste his money here" and holding things up to him to grab. For the store layout, it's truly just cards everywhere with little to no physical games. There are still plenty of other locations with physical releases, so I'm not sure why this one was just gatcha heaven. Completely disappointed, won't be coming back to this location again.
