I arrive soon after they opened and interacted with the employees immediately. I was told and if I need anything to just let them know, and I just said, dice. They appointed me to the back of the store and told me where they would be. I wandered them back and took a look at their selection. I immediately found a set that would fit the bill for this occasion. I looked through a bunch of the store before having someone get them from the cabinet for me. I felt that I did really good because I only bought one comic book. I love these stores because everyone is friendly that works in them and I can always find way too many things that I want to buy. If you have young children that are struggling to start reading, you should consider starting them on comic books and getting them to actually read the words in them because it has been proven that children who start with comic books tend to learn to read younger, and then read throughout their lives . Obviously, you should only buy things that you feel are safe for your children, and there is always something to fit that bill.

I did find a ton of really neat merchandise and a couple things that I considered purchasing, but I was more window shopping on this visit. They have a lot of different anime related items for a variety of tastes. There were a lot of action figures and plush throughout. In the counter they had a good selection of magic the gathering cards, including some that interest me personally. I found a small section of Stitch items at the back of the store that I liked as well. The mall has quite a few different stores that cater to pop culture taste, and all of them have lots of good merchandise. There was one person that I saw working in the store, but she didn't even greet me while I was there. I walked past her a couple times as I was looking looking around. Most of the prices are pretty much in line with other places that carry similar merchandise And I know quite a few people that do shop here. There are a couple things I might come back to get next time I'm here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. While we wish they sold more masks and costume accessories, we were pleasantly surprised by how many cool items they did have. The store is very clean and well-organized. Highlights included the giant Gremlins and Pokémon vending machine, though sadly it was out of order, it was still fun to see! We also noticed a neat speakeasy out back that we definitely want to check out next time. Overall, this is a great spot for any nerd, collector, or cosplayer. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to come back!

Nice shop and Great customer service…read more While I mainly look for vintage figures the shop seemed to have a nice mix of modern and vintage depending on what you're looking for. They also had a nice selection of comics. My main collecting focus right now is old Mattel Secret Wars figures, while I didn't see any of those the Horror Figure section caught my eye. We ended up leaving with a set of Halloween 3 Toony Terrors and 2 of the 2012 Figures Toy Company reproduction Mego Mad Monster figures. All in all a solid shop we'll stop at whenever we're in town.

The staff was nice and welcoming. They had new legos, old ones, and retired ones. I was kind of hoping the prices would be better. They were pretty much selling for the same prices as online or in stores. It was cool seeing some of the ones you don't really see anymore but ultimately we didn't splurge on anything. They do have a trade in deal where you can bring in one you've already built and they'll give you money for it or store credit.

He greeted all of the regulars and was giving out tips and talking about special purchases. He spent time talking to us about where we were from and what we were interested in. He went into the back for a few minutes because my daughter asked for Supergirl, there wasn't much of a selection on the floor. He found a few items that she liked and made the extra sale because he went above and beyond. I even got to play Super Mario Brothers on the Super Nintendo that was set up. It's a great store. Definitely worth checking out.

However this comic bookstore, in general carries a lot of joker and Harley Quinn items which I absolutely love it because my partner loves Harley Quinn. They had a lot of large figurines that I didn't get the price of because they were in a case. Not only does the store sell comic books, it also has a little game area where you can buy a game and play it in the store they also sell boardgames as well, and lounge fly backpacks and anything to do with Star Wars!!! Definitely stopping here for Zack's birthday gift I have half of it right now and I can't wait to give them the rest in October.

I haven't actually been here since my boyfriend and I broke up; however, I was in the area at beauty master and I decided to stop and see what they had and I'm so happy I stopped. I spoke to Gabe at the counter when he rang me up all the opened Funko's or four dollars so I snagged Mr. Oogie boogie. I will be cleaning him up and dusting him off and then I will be bedazzling him. Most of the comics I got besides from the two dollar comic were $.50 apiece and then he also bagged them up and put a paper backs in them as well for me. They sell them for I think $.15 apiece for the bags in the bags; they also own the store next-door, which is called last pack magic it is a trading card game store. If you are ever in the area, Mike's comics and collectibles has a wonderful selection of $.50 comics as well as comics that come out now I highly recommend stopping here. If you're going to have back issues or comics at all I behoove stores to have them bagged and boarded nice as it makes me as a customer more likely to buy. It has another side for Pokémon cards and stuff too.
