My dad, whose first language is not English, tried his best to explain what he wanted as clear as possible. He told them that he wanted his logo printed on something magnetic that he could stick onto his truck. Reasonable, no? The worker told him that printing his logo onto a magnet was doable, and that he could email his logo to the company. My father did exactly that and then called the company once again to make sure they received his email. He then asked them to check over the logo and see if they can still print it and the worker responded with just a plain, "No." There was no explanation, no "we're sorry but we can't do this for you," just "No." ***They refused service to my dad without further explanation! Highly do not recommend this place solely based off of poor customer service and rudeness***

Indicated the earliest I was available was 11:30 am. Attempted to tell me that they could only do it at 8:30, but then later changed it to 10:00 am. Finally agreed to the 11:30 time, but by this time I did not trust their service. Requested a refund of the installation, and was given excuses as to why they could not....Was going to outfit my entire fleet of vehicles with them, but after this experience, I will definitely be going to a different sign location. Employees do not listen to their clients. Business is there to service the needs of the client, not the other way around.
