Excellent service. I highly recommend anyone in need of printing to visit Xerographics. Call and ask for Staci, she is the best.

Actually, from what I observed while I was there, the other employee working was giving great customer service while also being efficient and careful with people's items. So maybe the other reviewers were helped by her or someone like her. Unfortunately the other employee, who helped me, seemed like she did not want to be working there or helping anyone. I walked in around 15 minutes before closing (6:45pm), which I hate to do, but due to my schedule I didn't have much choice. I needed to print a couple of things (including a label) and ship my Nintendo Switch 2 in for service, but didn't have an appropriately-sized box. There was no line when I walked in so I went to this employee after she finished helping the person ahead of me, and told her I needed a couple of things--firstly, to print a label. She immediately waved me away and pointed to a sign on the opposite wall about the email address to send the label to. I had a question but she immediately waved up the next person who had just walked in before I had a chance to say anything else. I had an email already drafted so I was able to send the documents quickly (a label + a sheet with information about the service). Once she was finished helping the next person, I told her I also needed a box to ship the item in. She seemed extremely inconvenienced by this and asked if I also needed bubble wrap. I asked how much that would cost and she sighed and punched it into the computer and then gestured at the screen for me to look at. It was $18 for everything which seemed steep, and it was not clearly itemized, but I felt like I was already bothering her immensely so I said it was fine. She charged me for it, threw the label into the box, gave me the receipt, and said "have a nice day," then took the box and threw it on a counter next to the registers and went back to the register and waved the next person up. Since the Nintendo Switch 2 is a $500 item, was in a box clearly labelled "Nintendo Switch 2", the counter was in a spot that is easily accessible to guests, the item was not packed or even bubble wrapped, and was being left completely unattended, I was a bit flabbergasted. I had just paid $18 to have the item packed? The other employee was taking her time and carefully packing everything and making sure the customers were happy with it. I totally understand being stressed out close to closing time, but the attitude was absurd. I didn't want to leave without the assurance that my item was safe, so I waited for her to finish helping a couple of people and then asked if I could see the item be packed before I left. She rolled her eyes and then went over and quite aggressively packed the item in bubble wrap, then turned around and made eye contact and held the item up before dropping it in the box, then aggressively taping the box, tossing it around the whole time. If I hadn't packed the console well in the inner box, I would be worried it was broken even further. I thanked her and left but the whole experience was unpleasant. I don't think it's unreasonable to want to make sure an expensive item is treated with care, but I was made to feel unreasonable. I'll be sure to go to the Winter Park location in the future, where they treat customers with kindness even after 6pm.

I can't recommend this UPS Store enough!…read more The employees are always quick, efficient, and super friendly, even when the line is out the door (which is often). Here they handle every package and request with such professionalism that you barely notice how busy it is. Their services are reliable, inexpensive and comprehensive, making shipping, printing, and mailbox needs completely stress-free. Definitely my go-to spot for anything UPS-related things and Amazon return.

I had a package scheduled for Saturday delivery for my boyfriend's birthday, and since it needed a signature, I stayed home waiting for it. I also had an event to go to, but I didn't want to miss the delivery. When I checked my phone, it said they "missed me" and couldn't get through the gate. The office was open, and my number was listed, but I didn't receive a call or anything. Trying to reach customer service was a headache. I kept getting automated prompts before finally reaching a real person. They told me they couldn't give me any details because it was a "secured package" and that I needed to contact the shipper, which didn't sit right with me. I asked for a manager, and he agreed that wasn't correct. He ended up giving me the location where my package was being held. I drove to that FedEx location and spoke with a lady up front. She checked and told me my package was still on the truck but that the driver would swing back by to deliver it. She also stated that they do not call the residents when delivering the packages which is why I didn't receive a phone call. They couldn't give me an exact time, only an estimate. My event started at 11, and they told me it'd be after 12. I waited, and thankfully, after 12, the driver did show up. The woman apologized for the confusion, which I appreciated. It was definitely a stressful morning between customer service, the mixed information, and having to drive around trying to track my package down. I'm not sure if I'd rely on FedEx again, but I'm glad it ended up working out. I really wish there was a way to contact the local store directly instead of dealing with the general customer service line. Still, I do appreciate the driver for coming back, especially since they're closed Sundays and my boyfriend's birthday was the next day

It was easy enough to find, but note that the entrance you'll want to use is around the side and marked for visitors / guests. The remainder is for staff and employees. It honestly felt a little odd just walking in to the office. There are a couple of desks with computers up front and we were greeted by a staff member. We showed her our delivery pick up tag and explained the situation. She went to the back and it took a bit to grab our package - which is not surprising given the number of packages they receive. We talked with a couple other staff members while we waited. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We made small talk and they brought our box out. It was an easy process and didn't take too much time. Overall: A Good facility with friendly people. If you miss a package deliver this is where you'll go!
