They've got a huge variety of new and preowned classic video games as well as the latest video games such as the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and whatnot. Everyone makes you feel valued as a customer and they even hooked me up with a free Vita 2 SD Card adapter after I bought my Sony PlayStation Vita power adapter. I didn't even ask for it! Whenever I need to do my laundry at the next door laundromat/dry cleaners/real estate agency I pop in here to see what's new and indulge my nostalgic video game needs. They also have lots of Funko pops if you're into that type of thing. I even like the way they use the ticket gun to price various items in the store. It reminded me of the old school candy store with the little stickers label posted on it. The items look well cared for and wrapped very thoroughly and methodically. I believe lots of the items are fairly priced and not overwhelmingly expensive. I was most impressed with the miniature video game console that sat at the front counter that pre-dated the Atari. What surprise me most about this location is that they had a actual arcade in the back with various games from the 80s like contra, galaxa, pong, Qbert, dig, dug, streetfighter, or Pac-Man, and they even had a racing game. There was one sales person working the register and another employee hanging out next to the register. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store or when I walked up to the register to make a purchase. As soon as I handed over my purchases and asked a question the staff came alive. My question inspired them to open up and become chatty, informative and helpful. GameStop has a rewards program called Powerup Rewards Player and Powerup Rewards Pro. The Player is free and the Pro costs $19.99 a year. Both programs benefit those who shop often. The Player gets 10 points for every dollar spent and the Pro gets 20 points for every dollar spent and a few other incentives. I do not have a membership but since your identification is your phone number I was able to get the points on the account of the person that I bought the gift for.

For instance, I purchase a Disney Nuimo that sells for about $20 brand new for only $10, which makes sense as it is a used item. But, what I tend to see with more recent resellers is that they would sell that same item for $30 simply because "you can only buy it in the parks." I will certainly be back in the future.

Not only that but they have an impressive collection of available collectible card games including Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, One Piece, and all the usual games. They also had a nice selection of comics. My main collecting focus right now is old Mattel Secret Wars figures, while I didn't see any of those the Horror Figure section caught my eye. We ended up leaving with a set of Halloween 3 Toony Terrors and 2 of the 2012 Figures Toy Company reproduction Mego Mad Monster figures. All in all a solid shop we'll stop at whenever we're in town.
