I want to start off by saying, I never write reviews, let alone bad ones. I'm generally not a picky person, but everyone I've talked to has told me I need to write a review about my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started my appointment fine, I was prepped by one tech Lynn, who after I showed my inspo pic, she switched me to Mai. Concerned, I specifically asked Mai when I showed her my inspo picture if it was too hard to do and I would pick something simpler, and she ASSURED me it was fine. The reason I asked was because I had an event to go to and knew a bunch of people were going to be looking at my nails, so I didn't want to risk them turning out bad. First, I asked for Gel X which should be easier to do than acrylic or dip. Right? Wrong. Mai used a gritty primer before adding color to my extensions that make my nails so bumpy. She literally mentioned how it looked weird and retried to apply multiple times and it still looked bad and she just kept going. Then she applied nude for 6 of my French nails that were so patchy because she didn't do enough layers. Then for the actual design. She verbally stated to Lynn that she didn't know how she was gonna do it but that she would try. Not comforting to hear... For the design the first red flag was that she used a hot ass pink color for the base lines, keep in mind the design is bright red. She assures me that she's gonna add red and does the lightest streakiest red ever! At this point she starts to put top coat on and I speak up about how the design looks-- she's missing vertical lines in the gingham, the lines she does have are they're too spaced out so the white spaces look rectangular not square, the lines look messy uneven and didn't go all the way to the inside of my French nails, I truly hated them and I told her so nicely "I'm so sorry but I do not like them, is there any way we can just do French instead at this point? and she blew up on me! She started getting hostile and saying that my inspo picture was messy and she just copied the messiness of the picture, that "no one can do it completely 100% like the photo", and kept pushing me to answer what was wrong with the nails and I told her everything and she said she would fix them but at this point I just wanted something simpler. I asked again can she even just cover them with a solid color and she refused, and we literally sat in silence until I agreed to let her "fix" them. I had to instruct her on exactly what to fix and everytime I would ask for something she'd say "I'm not done yet!". She kept arguing with me that there were not vertical lines on the sides on the nails only one in the middle like what? It's a gingham pattern... and yes it is in the picture, when I point out that she's wrong and just missed that there were extra lines she completely dismissed me. I literally almost never speak up at nail salons and this was just such a bad experience and I hated my nails so much that it took all the courage I had to speak up for myself so I wouldn't have to leave with nails I hated and she legit pressured me into keeping them. Not only that but she tried to gaslight me the whole time into saying her poor quality was MY fault. She said it's because I have bigger nails and that I chose a different shape than the inspo picture... um what??? She just kept saying that I needed to pay her for her time that's why she wouldn't change the design but 1. I never said that I wouldn't pay her, I definitely would've she just didn't want to keep working on them because she was lazy. 2. she promised me something and did not deliver, at all. AND in the beginning she said she would test doing the design on 1-2 nails then ask me how I liked it and that NEVER happened. Matter of fact she not once checked in on me to see if I liked them or explained her plan so I just trusted her and the process. Big mistake. I cannot tell you how frustrating, embarrassing, and upsetting this was. The way Mai handled the situation was beyond rude and unprofessional. If you want cute designs DO NOT COME HERE, or rather DO NOT GO TO MAI. I specifically picked this placed because I saw photos of cute designs and thought they were capable and maybe some of the techs are but my experience was so horrible I will never be back. Everyone I have shown has told me they can tell that it's bad and i cried several times about it. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, money and mental well being by just getting gel x press ons and doing your nails at home by yourself. See inspo pic attached versus what I got and keep in mind that what I got is not even bad as what she originally did. I had to literally tell her what to do to somewhat make them look decent. Yeah it might look alright if you're 500 feet away and squint your eyes. But the quality is truly horrifying upclose. 0/10 would never recommend and honestly this is my last time going to a random fucking salon. read more

Walked in and asked for a gel manicure, showed them the design I wanted, and they nailed it! It's been two weeks and it's held up really well. If you ever need a last-minute appointment or a walk-in spot, definitely come here. I was a little nervous at first, but they did not disappoint. I paid $56 in total -- I feel like most places would've charged more for this! read more

Lynn is the best! I travel a lot for work and so have some experience with salons in different states. Lynn's salon is professional, friendly and fabulous. It is the most lasting nail work - four weeks later, I am still marveling at her work. Her team is great! read more

Really expensive and overall not a great quality. I got gel nail polish and within a week it was chipped and peeling. My partner asked for regular polish and I clarified as well but they still proceeded with gel - we were in too deep to stop the process so we just accepted it but keep an eye out. For two mani pedis with gel, no extensions or any design it was well over $300 after tip. I think gel was an extra $15 for hand and feet for each person. Not exactly what one expects to spend. read more

I was a walk-in here the other day. I needed a pedicure and a manicure, and they took me immediately, but I had no appointment. I enjoyed my dip manicure and thought they did an excellent job. However, I was a little disappointed with my gel pedicure. The pedicure looked nice, but the technician knicked me a few times on my big right toe. It is the next day, and now it hurts and feels sensitive near the cuticle area. I'm hoping it does not get infected. The only thing I was not crazy about was their color selection. They did not have a great variety, so I picked the best color I could find. Otherwise, the employees were nice, and the facility felt pretty clean. The final price was still expensive, though it almost cost me $100. read more

Nice salon with nail tech professionals of several different ethnicities. I appreciate seeing this, because it makes me more comfortable, (especially when I see someone of my same ethnicity working there). The manager lady who did my nails, was gentle, and worked to preserve my natural nails (after I asked her to not cut my nails down, and to not mechanically file my nails down, taking the layers off, weakening them). She took off several layers anyway (weakening them, even though she said she didn't) however the rest of her work was flawless. read more

Happy feet pedicure LOOOOOOVED them!!!! I had the happy feet and man were they ever! The massage was GLORIOUSNESS! For my poor tired feet this place was heaven! Looking forward to making this a must go whenever I'm in town! read more

Ladies who work there a great BUT the man who owns the place is rude and clearly doesn't know how to run a business nor communicate effectively. Learn customer service! Will never spend my money here. read more

Went here while visiting the area. Employees are friendly and attentive. We had the happy feet pedicure. It was great. I loved how my tech spent so much attention to detail on making my toes and feet look nice. They offer a bottle of water. The chairs massage amazing including your backside which was so nice for me since I have a problem with my tail bone, and sitting for long periods is painful but with this chair it relieved some of that. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to. There were 2 other customers that were there and also just passing through and said if they ever are in the area this will definitely be one of their stops. read more

I want to start this off by saying the tech I got was incredibly friendly and really seemed to like her job. If i got just a manicure and single color, this would be a 5-star review. She was quick, careful, and my nails looked great... until we added the decoration. I asked for a couple music notes, and even with a reference picture... these look like I did them with a sharpie. Off-center, crooked lines... she erased and re-did one of the white ones - which was a definite improvement! ... but then she forgot the top coat so I have one dull nail in the bunch. Ended up around $92 including tip for acrylics and manicure. I plan to give this place another shot- but only if I don't need anything fancy done. read more

Loved this salon and I absolutely loved Lynn! I was on vacation and I desperately needed to get my nails done. I couldn't wait until my next fill when I got home to California. Anyway, I found ML Pro Nails and Spa on Yelp and based on the reviews, I made my decision to go there. My manicurist was Lynn. She was amazing! Wonderful, personality, and easy to talk to. The next time I am in the area, I will definitely visit her again. Thank you for welcoming me to Florida, Lynn! read more

The first and last time that I'm coming here. And that truly makes me sad because I work right behind this place and it would be extremely convenient for me to keep coming here. I came in on a Friday around 10am to get a pedicure. I was seated and the lady doing my pedicure just made the whole experience bad. No "hello, hi, how are you", just "what pedicure do you want and handed me the different pedicures that they had. Since it's my first time here I decided to get just a basic standard pedicure and I'm glad I did. She cut my toes down so much it looks like I have no nails now. That was a first, never had that done to me before. When she started the scrub and oil rub it was like she was barely touching me and was not even 30 seconds long. After the pedicure she walked me to the front to pay and it had the Tip amount and the lowest was 20%, she barely deserved a $3 so I changed it to a whomping $5 tip to be nice and soon as I changed it I said "Have a Happy New Year", and she just stared at me as I walked out. SO, I'll never come here again and I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service. read more

Best gel manicure and pedicure I've ever had period! A clean, painless, and NOT rushed experience. If you've been following my profile you know I've been on the hunt for a new home nail salon. I've always had my eyes on this place but every new salon I visit I give up a little bit of hope. When I walked into the establishment the place was incredibly spacious! It had two sections of manicure tables and pedicure chairs almost as if two nail salons were under the same room. Which was awesome! This means that is is heavily staffed and wait times would be lessened! I got the happy feet pedicure which came with callus removal, a eucalyptus scrub, a mud mask, hot towels, hot stones, and an oil massage to finish. Lillie was my tech for both my pedicure and my manicure. She was so patient and kind. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, I had no pain, I didn't feel like she was rushing me at all. Her attention to detail was immaculate. While I was getting my pedicure she did an acetone soak off of my previous dip. By the time we started my manicure everything seamlessly melted off and my natural nails were in perfect shape. Lilly took her time and did the exact design I asked for which were red half moons. I forget the name of the nail polish they used here but it wasn't OPI or China glaze. I think this was the best manicure because of the nail polish brand as well. I saw no bumps from my real nails peaking through as I typically would with other polishes. Everything had a smooth finish and I couldn't have been happier with my service. I highly suggest ML PRO NAILS and Lilly! read more

I called ahead of time at 5:00pm to see if they had availability in the next 30min. She said yes! When I arrived, there was a small waiting area with a couple chairs. The right side of the salon had 6 nail desks. The left side had a handful of pedicure spa massage chairs with a sink in the middle and back of the business. I waited 10-15 min. Lynn was my nail technician. She was genuine. I asked a few questions about the products being used for my nails. There was good staff morale Light banter. Good relationships with customers. You could say there was good air. Lynn called one customer to see if she would still make her appointment. I could hear the customer's voice and she sounded very comfortable with Lynn. The customer showed up and was definitely a regular. She felt very comfortable with her nail technician and went on to talk about her holiday. The service I ended up getting is called dipping powder. I assume it is Nexgen. I had a rounded square look. I asked if she could shorten my nails. She said "yes! I can also make them longer." She told me this process is better for maintaining your natural nails. She's absolutely right. When I saw her take off my previous Nexgen, I saw my real nail and they did not look jaundiced or buffed down to nothing. So if you decide you don't want them anymore, it's an easy transition to go back to just polish. It took 45min to do. They are beautiful. It's my 3rd time getting these type of nails. They never chip and last until they grow out and you redo them for $36, not bad. read more

Today I stopped in for the first time, I needed a pedicure and a new acrylic set. As I entered I was greeted right away and directed what to do and where to do. The first person got me all set up to start soaking off my current acrylic set and once she did that she also did my pedicure. I got the level above basic for my pedicure and she did an amazing job and I felt very relaxed during it. The. Kendal took off the remaining acrylic and put a whole new set on. I got nude acrylic tips in almond shape with a Halloween design. She helped me pick out the design and colors asked me numerous times how I felt about the shape while working on my kale and if I was okay. In the end I was very pleased with my overall experience and I would go back and work with Kendal again without hesitation. read more

I've been coming here for months and I LOVE IT!! I've been seeing Annie, and she never disappoints. Her nail art is phenomenal. She can do literally anything. Her work is clean and precise. Everything always look uniform. I've been able to go many weeks before needing a fill. She's great! I haven't interacted much with the other staff, but the salon is nice. There are tons of colors to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I booked for my friend and I, they say us on completely opposite sides of the salon. There's a giant wall in the middle, so I couldn't even see her :((. So I would very much specify that you want to sit together. I think they could also offer some refreshments. Other than that, ML Pro is great! read more

Evelyn at ML Pro Nails & Spa is absolutely amazing at dip nails! Highly reccomend going to see her. She takes her time and doesn't rush you. She understands it's important to over file and drill nails and is patient. She makes sure to use foils to remove. Excellent service and excellent nails! One service I do not reccomend getting at ML Pro Nails & Spa is the paraffin wax treatment for your pedicure. The wax was beyond hot even after we waiting and tried a few times. It ended up burning parts of my feet and left little red bumps. I've had many paraffin wax treatments at other places and have had no issues. I think if the didn't overheat the wax it would be okay. Consider asking or warning them before receiving this treatment! read more

I was hesitant because I received mixed reviews about the place . Well I decided to try the place out and I'm so upset I bothered given this place a try. Great pedicure however when it comes to nails do not go In expecting they all understand or get it. I was very clear, sns dip, no file down, no cutting down, square shape which my natural nail was already in square shape. Told her the dip was super bulky on my right hand and thick she said she can't go lower I asked for white dip she did white with a pink layer why I don't know . My toes are perfect white my hands well they pinky white. She filed my nails down so much therefore the length I had is gone. One hand looks good the second which I asked to please fix looks like gum drops on my nails . One hand is square tip and the other hand my nails are rounded out . Disappointed and annoyed but shows awards do not mean much. read more
