Got my pedicure and acrylic full set by tech Mara. She was lovely, her attention to detail was impeccable. She took time to remove callus with the grater and the stone. She really took care of me when doing my full set. She did a stellar job cleaning up my cuticles with the smaller drill, and with giving me the almond shape I wanted! She took her time and was lovely company and conversation. She spoke Spanish mainly but if you show her a photo of what you want she will deliver. I will be coming back to her! read more

I have visited this shop two days in a row to get my eyebrows arched. Both times I was turned away stating they were busy. I'm confused as to how this shop is busy when only one customer was being serviced and the other 3 workers were sitting down watching their cell phones. Very poor customer service! read more

Worst service I ever had in my life. Went in for pedi and eyebrow. I went through so much pain in the process, to the point I cried. They are ruff and inconsiderate. lucky I didn't have any evento to attend because I am swollen and cut. Do not recommend and will never return. We made an appointment for 11 o'clock for 2 pedicures. We arrived at 10:58 and no one was there. A man got there about 5 minutes later and unlocked the door and told us to wait a woman came in behind us and asked if she could get a fill (walk in no appointment) . He invited her over while we continued to wait. We left after waiting 15 minutes with no update on why we were not being serviced for our appointment. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! read more

I went here for the first and last time on 8/2/23 sat down at 540p. I left at 740p! The place was empty. Just Ruby and Kim. I needed 8 nails removed for a full set. The experience started off with the tech squirting acetone in the bowl but missing and squirted it all over my phone! She quickly grabbed my phone and wiped it with a towel then placed it on her available phone stand. No apology or anything. Kim talked in her language nearly the whole time she did my nails. Ruby was not listening and did not acknowledge her so I'm not sure who she was talking to and why she talked to herself so much which was pointless and annoying. Next she burnt my nail with the drill which isn't unheard of but twice and not apologizing is crazy! Not like I didn't verbalize if the first time. When asked what color I showed them a picture of a very dark purple and Ruby bright me light purple as if it was what I asked for. Are we that ignorant or in the wrong line of business? Smh Later another tech came in who was to do my design. She was very nice but also only spoke Spanish which I don't speak. Kim took a very long time to prep and do my nails. At some point after 7p closing they put both techs on my hands at the same time. Which for me caused some anxiety as they rushed to get done! My arms were crossed over and uncrossed for them to work on both hands. I never had a good chance to look at the quality of their work until dry and complete. The design tech quickly left. When they were finished I realized my design (only one on each hand) was totally different from the other. I was already dealing with the fact that it wouldn't be exactly like the picture and was trying to be ok with that after she told me she could do it. I stated that I was not happy. Kim tried to say 'I sorry I don't speak English' when I said I wasn't happy. Which she did speak minimal English to me throughout but WTH? Ruby said to pay and come back in the morning at 10/1030 so my designs could be fixed. I agreed. Not happy. I drove 35min to and from home. I arrived at 1030a the next morning and the design tech wasn't even aware I was told to come back. She had appts. Ruby nor Kim acknowledged me at all. Very bad energy and customer service here! While waiting there was a roach coming straight towards me. This was a very ghetto experience and I DO NOT recommend. If you want to try this place out ask for Mara. She was very kind spirited. Otherwise don't even bother! read more

The staff was not very friendly (maybe because of the language barrier), but they did take us right away. My husband and I got a pedicure. The water should've been hot, but it was lukewarm. Other than that, the experience was great! Both employees did a good job. They were thorough and my feet are pretty and smooth! I would come here again. read more

I also had a manicure done by a sweet young lady but didn't get her name. If I lived up here I would make this my salon. The prices are very fair and there is a 20% off special on all services. Before i rated this place 5 stars because there was a different owner. With this new owners, I feel as though they charge for every little thing. 3$ more for a polish that's displayed. Smh. Not only that they always have a whole bunch of family visiting them at the shop. It's loud and noisy. You would thought u were at a family reunion. Not professional at all! It's not as clean as it used to be. I wish the old owners would come back. The pedicure is mediocre.. it's day 7 my pedicure looks horrible! Geesh never again read more

I stopped by Paris Nails for a deluxe pedicure and Linda did such a good job! Nice massage seats, great exfoliation, leg/foot massage, and paraffin treatment. I even bumped my polish getting into my car and Linda graciously fixed it with a smile. It's a newer shop, so stop by and pay them a visit! The sign said $17 for a full set I got my nails pretty short, I got coffin And regular nail polish I didn't get gel and they charged me $30 I don't mind spending the money but when you have a sign clear in my face that says $17 that's when it goes wrong I questioned them about it and they said it was because of the "shape" they basically charged me $13 extra dollars for the shape so if you want a specific shape ask them how much it is to me that's kind of ridiculous ‍ read more

Horrible, worst customer service ever, nails had to be taken off because they were done wrong and popping off, had to go to another nail salon and have them taken off because the nails were not glued down properly, called and asked to talk to the manager and the nail technician talked to us and hung up on us and told us that we are a problem and that we don't understand anything. Before my vacation I was not able to get my nails and feet done so I found this place on yelp. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was looking for no chip nail polish and Nina figured out that I was looking for what they refer to as "gel". And even helped me decide on a color choice.
