I had messaged Kelly ahead of time to confirm pricing, but got no response. By the time I sat down, an assistant had already filed my nails, so I felt stuck with no real choice. On top of that, during the service, Kelly and a colleague spoke about me in their native language for much of the time, which made me very uncomfortable. While the quality of the nails themselves is great, the lack of transparency with pricing, dismissive attitude when questions are asked, and overall poor communication make the experience not worth it.
