My wife has been going to this salon since 2018. She used to walk in, but because of her limited work schedule, she started making appointments. She always booked with Nerith because he did a great job. Unfortunately, her appointments with him were double-booked not once, not twice, but three times. The first time, she arrived for her appointment only to be told someone had double-booked him. She let it go because she understood that mistakes happen, and she saw another technician instead. It happened a second time, and again she let it go. Last Thursday, she specifically told the receptionist to please make sure her appointment would not be double-booked because it had already happened twice. She was assured everything was confirmed. On the day of her appointment, Nerith called to tell her he had already been booked with three other clients at her appointment time and couldn't take her. He asked if she could move to 5:00 p.m., so she adjusted her work schedule. Within five minutes, he told her that wasn't available either. He said he'd call her back, but never did. She even texted the personal number he had given her, and her message was left on read with no response. Since he doesn't work weekends and she needed her nails done for a wedding, she called the salon on Saturday and asked if either V or Leah was available since they had done her nails before. She was told Leah was on vacation and V was off, so she was booked with Tom. About an hour later, she received a call from the receptionist, Valentina, telling her that the technicians she had been seeing + TOM AND COCO no longer wanted to work with her because they hadn't been able to satisfy her and that she should find another nail salon. I was shocked, and more importantly, so was my wife. In almost eight years, she has NEVER been rude, disrespectful, or demanding. She has always tipped every technician and has rarely asked for anything to be fixed. On a couple of occasions, she noticed bubbles in her polish or asked for the nail shape to be even. Even then, she was polite, accepted the service, and still tipped. When she asked for a reason, none was given. She was also told there was no manager available, but later the receptionist said a manager had instructed her to call, which was confusing and made it seem like she wasn't being truthful. Looking back, my wife ignored too many red flags because the salon was convenient and close to our home. She should have left after the second double-booking. Instead, after years of loyalty, she was simply told to find another salon without any explanation. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we've had. My wife was left feeling hurt, disrespected, and completely blindsided. After being a loyal customer for nearly eight years, she expected honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, she received none of those. Needless to say, neither my wife nor our family and friends will be returning to this salon!!!!!!! read more

I am extremely happy with the services I requested today. Michael did an amazing job with my nails (ombré with a chrome on top) I love them ! Tammy did my pedicure and normally I'm never relaxed but she was fantastic! Even helped me pick out a color (white with a chrome on top)! I always go to this nail salon but recently I have had a horrible experience. Yesterday, I went in to get dip/french. I can't remember the exact name of who did my nails but I know it was a man. As he was doing my nails he cut my fingers multiple times with the electric nail drill machine they use to where they are bleeding. I told him that he was cutting me and he just chuckled and shrugged. Usually, I wouldn't leave reviews but this is a HEALTH HAZARD. It is disturbing because once they use those utensils on you they don't soak them, and imagine how many other people he has cut. You don't know what health diseases/issues people may have and to be cutting people with utensils that you don't clean is DANGEROUS to your clients health. My new favorite nail salon. Very spacious, has about 20 pedicure chairs. Very comfortable with variety of massage functions. Came around 3pm on a Saturday, no wait, but majority of chairs were full. Staff is very friendly and was very good. They aren't rough on your feet, like I have had other places. We had the coolaid pedicure and it was very relaxing. Haly and Victoria was good! Didn't have a manicure so can't comment on that. Prices are competitive with other nail salons in the area. This is going to be my new place for a pedi! Coco is amazing. She's a very busy woman with many appointments. If you are going to be 20 minutes late, you should not expect your appointment to occur, even if it was an accident on the road that held you up. I don't know of any salons, doctors, anyone really who will wait around 20 minutes because you're late. I've been seeing Coco for many years and would recommend her to anyone! I had the worst experience ever at Luxury Nails and Day Spa. My daughter broke a nail and her regular salon was not open on Sunday so she booked an acrylic set here. I decided to go along and get a relaxing pedicure. Pedicures are usually reasonably priced and something that you can do as often as you like. Their prices are very high for the amount of time and limited process that they complete. It does not take much to please me when I get a pedicure. I just pick a color and sit back and relax. With such low expectations I felt especially insulted that I wasted every penny of the 35.00 cost. My pedicure was more like a $35.00 color change. It is the first time in my salon history where I did not leave a tip. I will never return and I will never personally recommend exposing anyone else to the poor quality service. To make matters worse my daughters nails came out looking poorly shaped and chunky. The polish chipped the first few hours of the first day. Unless you get gel they do not guarantee any of their regular colors staying on after you leave the salon. read more

I've given this place two chances and now I'm done. The first time, I got a pedicure that lasted no more than one week. Chipped and looked terrible. Now, my normal nail guy at Oasis didn't have availability so I walked in to this place for a dip manicure. The powder was almost empty and it felt like there was barely any on my fingers after each dip. (I should also mention it seemed like the guy doing them kept asking for direction from the technician next to him.) then at the end he put a GEL top coat on them and stuck them under three rounds of UV light. This is a process I have NEVER seen in a dip manicure before and I feel confident is what cause total discoloration on them after a few days. I got these done for a wedding I was in and they looked horrible only 4 days later (you can see from the photo how my nails have hardly even grown out and yet are already discolored). Waste. Of. Money. I will stick to Oasis Nails down the street and not make this mistake again. read more

Update: I went again today (June 5 2019) because my now regular place parking lot was full and I didn't have time to wait for a spot. I got right in. My pedicure was fantastic! I got a gel pedicure this time by Tina. She was so nice and funny. She did a really great job cleaning up my feet. The water temp was perfect. I had Haly for my manicure. I got a dip mani which is what I usually get. The chairs were comfy. But I felt like she didn't care to clean up my hands or even cut my fingernails. They are all different lengths now. I would go back now if only for Tina. I wanted to wait to right this review to see how my pedicure lasted. It did not last very long at all. I usually get 2-3 weeks out of a pedicure. I maybe got a week and a half before it started chipping like crazy. The salon was clean and people were friendly. They had nice massage chairs (but who doesn't these days?) I definitely made a mistake straying from my usual spot. I don't think I will be back. read more

I scheduled an appt a month in advance with a nail tech, Coco, who I kept hearing is really good. I left the house an hour ahead to make sure I arrive early. This appt was for my daughters sweet 16th bday. We end up getting trapped in standstill traffic for 40 minutes because a semi truck crashed. I immediately told her I will be 20 mins late and she wrote me saying I will have to reschedule because she has a client booked right after us. That client could have waited 15 to 20 minutes. I see it in salons all the time, clients waiting for their nail tech to finish up with the previous customers. It's not the end of the world. She told me I can still come in and that someone else will do my daughters nails. Well we arrived exactly 20 minutes late and had to wait almost an hour and a half for someone to finally take us in. She was kind, in fact she had an appt client that had arrived when we were half way done and the client had no problem waiting. However, this nail tech did a terrible job. The nails were thick and stubby and the tips looked sloppy. It was nowhere close to the inspo photo that we showed her. Bottom line, I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service from Coco, she could have easily still honored our appt with her and had her next client wait for a bit. Because I saw all the other nail techs do exactly that. I will not be coming back to this place. read more

Find somewhere else to go. I went in for a classic pedicure, let them talk me into an upgrade (not their fault). This lady started digging into what I didn't notice was an ingrown toenail. It wasn't bothering me at all but I left the salon with bloody, throbbing big toes. I wasn't even aware they weren't supposed to do this. I trusted her judgement but immediately knew it was wrong once I left. My big toes hurt SO. BAD. About 1/3 of my toenail ended up falling off a few days later. Aside from the unnecessary ingrown digging, the quality of the pedicure was mediocre. The polish lasted a few days at best. Before I tried this location, I had classic pedicures last for weeks. This was pretty lame experience. I got a mani & pedi. It was older Asian women with grey hair who did both. Pedi was fine minus I had to go back and grab my shoes caz no one bothered. Manicure she wouldn't stop being aggressive to pressure me into dip or gel and was super careless with my manicure when I didn't want to and acted bothered. Terrible manicure, I could have done better at home. Very Uneven. I did smudge a nail and she acted very bothered by it. Yet they all looked terrible anyway, sadly very dissapojnted. Then she proceeds to tell me how she should have told me to get my money out to pay first and tells me she'll get my money for me mad proceeds to grab my purse and reach INSIDE MY PURSE TO GRAB CASH and I'm like I'm im not paying with cash I'm paying with my card - like what a violation of my personal belongings. So she's like ok where's that.. I'm like it's on that side but I can wait no I'll get it - and then brings it back with receipt like here, tip me now and just standing over me. Didn't appreciate the pressure poor service and poor mani. Then saw her take the cuticle clipper spray with some alcohol acetone spray spritz wipe it with SAME TOWEL she used to wipe my hands...and put back in the CLEAN SEALED BAGS they r supposed to have for each customer like it was unused. I don't think that's supposed to happen spray wipe with dirty towel used on customer and then put in sanitary bag...hmm... I won't be back sadly. I go regularly to get my nails done. This is the only place I have ever done an SNS manicure. It is not cheap by any means but I like it because no matter who I have it done with, they last 3 weeks. Everyone has been great so far and the place is very nice. My only complaint is that when they do a manicure it would be nice to have some sort of hand massage and more cuticle removal. I don't know if this is common practice when getting an SNS manicure specifically but it would be a nicer thing to have done when getting a manicure. read more
