I had to come into this nail place because my nail lady from the regular nail studio that I go to, she was not available. Because I couldn't get an appointment on time somewhere else I have to come here and my experience was not good. The nails were super bulky and no one know want to do exactly what I requested for however they charge me a lot. I do not recommend this place and they were not busy. read more

I would recommend! I had a good experience and it was reasonably priced! It was very quick, especially considering I was a walk in! I g it a manicure, and at first I didn't know what color I wanted but my nail tech was amazing and helped me find a color that looked good! I didn't get their name, but everyone there was very nice! Honestly I cannot say enough about the quality of amazing customer service I experienced. To the outcome of my nails! I went in at 7pm and they took me right away, my nails were messed up from acrylics but we didn't know until they took the acrylic off. They offered me a glass of wine, helped me understand why my nails were so damaged, and came up with a cocktail of solutions for my nails based on each one. I will recommend this place to everyone ! Really said to write this...I've gotten my nails done as dip here multiple times and have been charged $40. Today I came in and I asked for the same thing, i was charged $50. $5 to do the cuticles which I didn't ask for and at the end there was still dip powder under my fingernails and i asked the lady to clean it off which was another $5?? This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I went in for a manicure/pedicure that my husband got me for an anniversary gift and you guys... The worst! They started off with my pedicure and that lasted about 15 minutes... It looked horrible and he skipped multiple steps. I finally said something when he jumped up from the chair and tried to rush me over for my manicure And said that I was not happy with the service on top of the polish looking like a three year old did it. He took extreme offense to me not liking the crap service that he gave and walked away from me like a child... Exactly like the three-year-old looking polish on my toes. The manager walks by and apologizes after she sees the mass he lost on my seat and offers to have someone else fix them... Great! But it was not. They looked just as bad. Like really really bad! They didn't even put a topcoat on and told me they were going to put the topcoat on after my manicure which makes absolutely no sense but I was still going along with this crap they were telling me. So the manager comes over to do my manicure and I'm all excited thinking that everything is going to get fixed... I was wrong! You guys, this was the poorest excuse for a manicure pedicure I have ever seen in my life. I'm actually laughing about it now that I'm writing it. I would like to mention that I got gel polish and these people are clearly not trained in gel. It was so thick and Columbia an hour after I left it still wouldn't dry. Gel polish is supposed to dry in 60 seconds flat. So I had to go back two hours later because I have this mushy polish covering my nails and they said they would fix it. So she "fixes" these disgusting nails that I was given and I had to rush out the door because I have a flight to make. Fast forward to 24 hours later sitting at another nail salon in another state having this crap removed and the nail tech at the new salon really told me to never tried gel polish myself again... I had to inform her that this was actually from a salon and you should've seen the look on her face. Do not go here! I called back to complain and was talked to so poorly and then hung up on. No thank you. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's not even about the money at this point... These people have no idea how to run a nail salon and I don't think anyone is trained properly. I would be shocked if everyone actually have a license in the salon and if they did... Who is handing these license out because they must be free. If I could give zero stars I would. Only reason they got one star is because I can't post without choosing. ZERO STARS! read more

When they first open, they were super great. However, I was there in July, and the lady doing my nails was talking smack about the owner, and how she can't wait to move and to get a new job. I honestly just wanted my nails done and that was it. It ended up being a therapy session for the girl doing my nails, she also did a very poor job. So I'm glad she's gone, but also the other four times I've been to the salon, my nails have been just as bad. read more

The space itself look very nice. It is definitely over priced. I got an acrylic full set and they are very thick. During my pedicure, the nice lady cut the side of my toe while scrubbing and when I pointed it out (I was bleeding) she started to tell me it was not her fault. The owner finished my pedicure to have her start someone else's pedicure, she noticed the cut and was barely apologetic. I paid a total for $95 (originally it would've been $105 but they have a "10% discount" going on) for a short full set and $35 pedicure. read more

I keep forgetting to leave a review but I need everyone to know that this place is phenomenal! I have gotten my nails done here about 5 times now and I will never go anywhere else from now on! A few different ladies have done my nails exceptionally well, but I have been seeing Hannah the last few times and really adore her. She is very kind, gentle, and takes everything really seriously! She always makes sure everything is perfect for me, keeps asking me questions to ensure that I am happy with the progress, and is in general fun to talk to. She found the perfect nail shape for me and most recently designed my nails for my wedding flawlessly. I can't wait to call them when they open to make my next appointment! The facility is clean, bright, comfortable, and appealing. They have a bar and always offer me a glass of wine, water, coffee, anything! Their pedicure massage chairs are some of the nicest I've used, and their polish selection is even bigger than it looks in pics lol! If you live in the Windermere/Winter Garden area this needs to be your nail place! read more

I really wanted to like this place, it is very nice and the people are nice as well. However, I got a full set of acrylics and I hate them. The first nail she did looked pretty okay, so I gave her the okay to continue with the rest of my nails. It was downhill from there. A few are crooked, some feel loose, there was acrylic all over my skin, there were a few where she clearly messed up but didn't care to fix, and my nails came out nothing like what I had showed them I wanted originally. (Nothing fancy, just an ombré.) And on top of that, there was no cuticle care or extra treatment besides the nails. Very pricey and not worth it. read more

An absolute rip off. I have been going to this location for a year and have always gotten a basic pedicure and full set acrylic and NEVER paid more than 80 bucks for both treatment. (that is including design) Then I go today and I noticed my bill was 115 dollars. Inwas taken by surprise and check the screen to see my charges and they charged me more unexpected goods. One charge said "long nail" when I have never seen that charge in my life, have been getting the same length for years on end, and I got short nails do to an establishment not allowing me to have long nails at all. On top of that they charged me an extra 10 for design when I got no design and only go basic acrylic with clear on top. I told them abt the charges and they only took one of the three unnecessary charges off. I will never go back due to their lack of trust when it comes to getting a truthful bill Also they state immensely over the counter when the top screen appears to see what you give and comment on it. how unprofessional. I honestly deserve a refund after that experience and after being a loyal customer for months. read more

If I could give the lady a review instead of the nail salon I would. I'm so disappointed with in my experience. When I wet to get my nails done they were talking about me the entire time and telling me that they can give me a fresh set of acrylics when my nails were real. I kept telling her nails were real and kept trying to convince me to do fake nails or get a pedicure. Than over filed my thumb nail bed so much it's pending like plastic. So I don't typically write reviews. My experience here was so bad that I feel like people need to hear the run down... so I ask for a fill on my nails, pick my color, sit down. The lady doing my nails tells me she's charging me 5 bucks extra JUST TO CUT my nails. Because apparently they charge if you want them cut down. We go back and forth, long story short she tried lying to me about how much I was being charged and why and kept coming up with random numbers not looking me in the eye. Mind you she already started otherwise I would've just left. I had to keep questioning the price to get a straight answer. She pulled my arm aggressively saying Don't move! When I literally didn't move. When I blew on my nails to dry she came out of no where smacked my hand down yelling no. She also yelled at me to sit at one point. I was basically treated like a dog.
