I went in for a pedicure. When I went back to the chair I was assigned I was disappointed that the water to soak in was cold. When I mentioned it to the girl she said that it was fine. I then told her that anytime I have a pedicure the water is always warm and enjoyable. All nail files and drillbits were not sterilized/brush in blue liquid for sterilization, the brush to scrub your nails had mold on it. I looked up and saw an Employee was drilling her own toes and then put the drillbit back in the drawer non-sterilized. My young lady that did my service was extremely kind and nice. I don't know if she is in charge of her own sterilization. She had to clean the station before I got my nails done because it was disgusting. Nailed dust and crap everywhere. The sterile bag she pulled out the instruments did not have the sterile mark on it.. When you take a bag of instruments out of the sterilizer, they are marked and a little brown from sterilizing. I guess I haven't been to a regular nail salon in a minute because I was floored when I saw the prices of a pedicure. I sat down and was looking through the colors and the different types of pedicures they offer and the first book I was handed said $118 and in my head I'm like "omg $118 for a pedicure?" So I keep looking and the cheapest one I found was $47 and that was the lavender pedicure. The pedicure overall was ok, I always look forward to the massage part and the guy doing my pedicure was so fast and that was disappointing. I did happen to get gel on my toes so at check out my total was $67 for a mediocre pedicure. I don't think I'll return just because I could easily go some place else like MC Spa and get more for my money. The employees that work there are extremely nice and I was thankful that someone asked me if I would like something to drink while I got my pedicure. I've been to this salon several times and always wonder why I go anywhere else. It doesn't have much for curb appeal but they are incredible. I had Sonny today and he was awesome! Super friendly and great attention to detail. I'm a dip girl but hate when it's super thick, Sonny did an amazing job. Super thin so you can't even tell it's dip. They have 2 rows of stations for manicures and two rows for pedicures. All pedicures have massage chairs that recline. They're incredible! I have been going to another salon for over 2 years. I am very happy there but gave this place a try because I got a call last night that I could come in today to have back surgery on a cancellation which meant I had to get my nails and toes done as early in the morning as possible. I looked around and found this place. I was not sure how I would feel in the days after my procedure and did not want to risk having to be a mess if I did not feel up to going out. They had a clear website with prices that seemed in line for the area. I like that they have add-ons for a longer massage etc The salon is very nice. If you have a little one - They have two pedicure chairs child size so cute - I have never seen that before!! They have Wi-Fi at the lady put on my phone which was nice since there was no Internet reception as soon as I walked in here. The lady who did my nails and pedicure is named Amy - super fast on the pink & white fill in and wow one of the best pedicure massages I've ever had! The gel on toes here is $20 verse $15 at my regular place - so that was the only downside. I misunderstood the lady - I thought she said $10 so I was happy to save the money but when I got to the register I saw the difference on the screen they were nice enough to give it a one time courtesy for the $10 now I know going forward it's $20 for the gel on the toes. Also she gave me an aloe pedicure instead of an olive which is what I requested which was three dollars more not a big deal but the point is to make sure if the ladies first language is not English to maybe make it extra clear so you don't have the same problem. I picked the Olive Pedicure - hot stones and paraffin wax treatment today but think I will work through all the pedicure options in the future as I will definitely be back. Thank you!! read more

I visited the salon for the first time recently and did a dip manicure & gel pedicure. Although the tech was super nice, I'm honestly pretty disappointed in the results. On my index finger, you'll see a weird white cloudiness. The tech dipped it in the wrong white powder and tried to cover it up but it shows all over my nail making it look dirty. I left the salon with weird dents in my nails too. Also, it was kinda weird that they didn't do anything for my heels during the pedicure (cracked) or anything for my cuticles. So...update. This was my go-to place for myself, my daughters & our friends, however their new management not only raised the prices an unreasonable amount, but they also "nickel & dime you" every chance they get. They almost immediately had turnover of really terrific, long-time employees, & started up-charging without notification - 2 up-charges from the previous time we visited when we basically had the same service. Not going to get me again. The high percent increase up front didn't sit well with any of my friends that were loyal customers. Also, the new salon looks beautiful, but owner/manager customer service is far more important. Made an apt 24 hours in advance called the afternoon to confirm only to get there they take my guest to get a pedicure have me sitting there claiming someone was coming only for me to ask multiple times how much longer multiple times. One nail tech comes over starts to drill asks if I want a pedicure I said no she puts away her drill and walks away. I sat there for another 15 mins asked again the same Tech comes back to drill off the color. She drilled off 2 fingers she puts away the drill and walks away. I notice her taking a gentleman and a female who they sat to get her hands while her husband to get a pedicure. That nail tech had no problem doing hands then but that's 2 services as opposed to the 1 service and best part about it is she could have finished my nails before they came and could have benefited from multiple but instead I sat there waiting! A second mail tech comes drills off another fingers color off asks if I wanted a pedicure and which color I wanted and puts away her drill when I said no to a pedicure claiming she was going to get my color and walks away! My guest finished and I was still sitting there waiting! Then one of the other techs comes and claims oh they needed to soak me UMM COULD HAVE DONE THAT WHILE I WAS WAITING! This place does not respect people's time and have a preference of services they prefer to do over others! If you are in the market for a pedicure or both services they will love you but if your there for just a refill or a new set don't waste your time they will make you wait EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APT!! read more

I dropped my husband off here for Father's Day he loved the service that they provided . Price was $200.00 and I asked him is this service what you wanted and worth the price. He agreed with me and liked the service of course . As soon as I take my next trip to Spain I thought it was a great idea to come back to this nail salon for their customer service . I went there last week , I asked for a soak off and they agreed to do this service and mid way in my pedicure I see the employee finishing up and I still have acrylic on my feet and I ask her I said soak off and she comes at me with a unacceptable answer saying the acrylic is good for your feet until your nails grow out. My toe nails were completely fine nothing wrong with them . Seemed like to me that she was just lazy and didn't want to do all that work just for a soak off , then continue to charge for a soak off, the lady up front took my payment and was just smiling at me with her messed up teeth saying I have you $5.00 for your big toe. Which was so random . But $120.00 for a $5.00 off is nothing to be honest. What a crappy service that was provided in a high class neighborhood. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! To make a very long story short I went with a gift certificate my parents bought me in 2020 as I wanted to wait for my vaccine before going to this type of environment. During my time I was told the certificate was unaccepted because they did away with them. Told my mom (who bought it) and she called to see what happened as the gift certificate wasn't even a year old. When talking to Boa he was extremely rude with the attitude "to bad so sad" and said to call the police then because he refused to honor the gift certificate or provide her a refund. Claiming they haven't done gift certificated in over 2 years. I paid for my services and left returning a few hours later with not just the certificate but the RECIEPT from when my mom paid for it showing not only was this bought in the last year but by them personally. What a scam! They tried to pull a fast one and when presented this the most they would do is apply the gift certificate to my bill like it SHOULD HAVE in the beginning. Barely an "I'm sorry" and the manager even tried to shift the blame to my mom for how upset she was about that fact they tried to scam her out of money. What an embarrassment and the worst part my service was trash. My nails by Andrew chipped that very night and my French toes were uneven. I've seen press on nails look better. Avoid this place and go legit anywhere else. read more

A friend suggested this nail salon when I had a terrible manicure at another salon right before a destination wedding and I was panicked about the state of my nails. Angie saved the day. Ever since I have gone back every 2-3 weeks to get a powder dip manicure (they do last that long even though I'm not the most delicate person with my nails). Felt like I was in a car dealership with all the, "do you wants". Staff was very friendly but probably the worst pedi I have gotten. I agreed to one of the "do you wants" because of the little bit more it gave than the generic pedi with a rock massage and lavender scrub. It was the quickest, least impactful massage ever. Helen did my nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said I wanted the length in the picture, came out a little shorter however after she cut them. She did an amazing job on my nails, no lifting and they came out beautiful! Would gladly go back agian, the atmosphere was great and they asked me if I wanted anything to drink right away.
