I asked her to start with it longer then we can see if I want it shorter - and she definitely just went ahead and went for the chop. I asked for longer ends and that didn't happen as well. I'm leaving with my skin scraped/scabbed from the buffer, when I told him he's scratching me, he just said oh. Proceeded to rub lotion on it and didn't rub it all in. I asked him if he was going to before he started polishing and he said oh it's the lotion. I had to remind him to get a hot towel. Which he still didn't use to wipe off the lotion. My polish is sloppy and he rubbed half off trying to fix another. Then she tried to blame me. Never again.
