I came in for a pedicure. They weren't busy at all, which should've been my clue. But it's tucked away so I figured it's just not well known. It's hot, like the ac is not on or barely on. I'm leaving with my skin scraped/scabbed from the buffer, when I told him he's scratching me, he just said oh. Proceeded to rub lotion on it and didn't rub it all in. I asked him if he was going to before he started polishing and he said oh it's the lotion. I had to remind him to get a hot towel. Which he still didn't use to wipe off the lotion. My polish is sloppy and he rubbed half off trying to fix another. Then she tried to blame me. Never again. read more

Love my nails and how dedicated and focused my nail tech was when he was doing my nails! Although it took a bit longer than I'm used to it definitely was worth it when seeing the final outcome! I wish I would of found this salon sooner as it's close to my daughters gym and makes it easier for me on days she practices to take care of myself :) The staff is very welcoming and friendly when you walk in and while you are there. Update: I went back to the establishment the next day and Annie said she didn't have time to redo my nail that day (even tho I spoke over the phone making man appointment explaining to another lady what needs to done to fix it). So I had to wait ANOTHER day and I came in, she overbooked herself with appointments so she rushed tf outta my nails. Didn't clean up the under nail but I finally got what I wanted...after 3 days . No greeting but just a long stare. So unenthusiastic about the work they do. The woman doing my toes seem more preoccupied with what all the other nail techs were doing. Sad that I ended up downgrading the type of pedi I wanted so that I could cut the session short and not feel like I wasted my money. So I made an appt for 4:30, had been here once before didn't go bad so I was expecting to maybe not love my nails but at least leave with a color I liked and a simple gel manicure. Got there exactly on time, chose my color and the guy started, he was a little slow at first but then once they start painting my nails I notice the color seems way off ( I chose a dark burgundy the color being applied on my nails was sparkly orange) I make sure to tell the blonde lady who was working on someone else about my color, she then stated that it just needs another coat. So I wait patiently only to then notice that it's simply not the color I chose. At this point I've been there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The blonde lady then starts trying to find a color but none of them were even close to being burgundy. I ended to walking out with absolutely nothing done. I was extremely upset but just left. I think this place should either organize their colors better or just get better color selections. I also would've liked to hear an apology but didn't get one. So if your gonna go here I sure hope you have a better experience than me! read more

Absolutely love this place!! I am VERY picky and have been to a lot of nail salons and end up disappointed. Annie always does a perfect job and does exactly what I ask her to do. She always checks to make sure my nails are the way I like them throughout the process, which I really appreciate. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Was happy at first until my nails in 4 days starting lifting and popped off like they were fake nails. Then went to get fixed, then they try to charge me again after i paid $100 in Services. Had to argue then they said go. So that really didnt sit well with me. Now i have a damage nail thats in pain for same issue. My finger nail broke in my skin and i cant use my finger. My dip powder experience was the worst that I have ever had. Lucy did my nails and she burned my skin on two fingers with nail file in the side of my nail. I never pick apart my nails when I am a salon. However, I guess I should have here. I got home and had to file all my nail to look somewhat presentable and still not very pretty at all. She did peer pressure me into getting longer nails ( just to try ) but i had to turn around and get them short ( now allowed at work ) But the customer service isn't all that great when she's not there and that's disappointing. The moment you walk in, staff greet you. The decor and ambiance is well decorated. I like the whole set up. I immediately connected with this salon. Ann and her mom are just amazing people. Maybe I just got a bad nail tech but my nail tech left cuts all over my nails even after I told him he was cutting me. My cuticles were bloody the next day which has never happened. I only ventured in because I was getting an eye exam next store and I really needed my nails filled. The atmosphere inside Estella's was relaxing and they had Netflix playing. I had a nice pedi and then I showed a picture of what I wanted for my nails. The technician Lucy did a fabulous job and they even managed to find exactly the same color polish as my picture! I've been going to this salon for about 6 months consistently every 3-4 weeks and always liked my nails .Today I was not happy with my nail and told Annie this isn't the shape I always get well she wasn't happy that I told her but offered to remove them and have another tech redo them(god forbid you don't like what your spending your hard earn money on!! )After bee removed my nails she said she wasn't redoing them so I asked Annie who's redoing my nails ? She said she couldn't because she had another appointment and bee didn't want to do them and she can't make bee do them .(I was there for 4 hours Annie had no appointment and took walk ins) she said I could wait for the other tech I was there from 12:45 my appointment was for 1:00 I left at 4!!!! Shame on you Annie!!! you wonder why your Business isn't growing you and your staff has horrible customer service and is very unprofessional ! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Had a 4 PM appt and did not get seated until 5:15 PM. They soaked me and my clothing in nail polish remover, did an awful job cleaning my cuticles and filing my nails, and became very rude and disrespectful when I told them I no longer had time for color (I had to be at a wedding rehearsal). They then had the audacity to charge me $18. When I attempted to get clarification and tell them about my less than stellar experience, the girl at the counter would only reply "18 dollars" repeatedly. Completely unprofessional and rude with poor service provided. And no, I absolutely did NOT show up at 430 PM. read more

This place is amazing! My aunt and I went in and it had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My aunt told them what she wanted but I forgot to tell them that I wanted a pedicure with my manicure. But, they noticed and automatically got another seat ready for me! The have massage chairs that scans your body to see what settings are right for you! The man doing my pedicure was amazing! He took his time and made sure my feet looked and felt amazing. He also did my acrylic set, and he took his time making sure that everything was perfect! I also waxed my eyebrows, and they took me into a separate room for this! It was really nice because it was private and the lady doing them made sure the wax wasn't too hot and she shaped my eyebrows amazingly! I was really worried that she would make them too thin, but they were exactly how I wanted them! This is an amazing place, and is definitely my new go to salon! read more
