I requested a short, nude, nail and this is what I left with. I've never had such horrible nails done before. I was the first one there when they opened so there was no rush, but clearly there was. All of the nails are thin and shifting upwards at an angle. I've had my nails done many of times at other nail salons and have NEVER experienced anything even remotely close to how terrible these turned out. I was in a rush and had to get to work, so I paid the $55 and tipped. I'm not one who causes a scene or doesn't pay, but I wanted to make others aware. read more

At first it was fine but he kept twisting my hand everywhere and it felt like it was about to pop and he also popped a few of my knuckles while he was twisting my hands and the filing was rough and there is space from my cuticle to the nail where there shouldn't be space and the nail size doesn't fit my actual nail it's smaller than that and he left grease left over and it's also lumpy and there's leftover glue oh my God so all in all it was not good I don't recommend this place especially if you're trying to do designs read more

I accidentally came to DK Nails after looking for another nail salon. I quickly read the reviews on yelp before going in, and did not go in confidently. However, I had a great pedicure and dip manicure with T today. She was amazing. She took her time, was very thorough and detailed. She made the whole experience fun with her sense of humor and conversation. I would definitely go back to see her again. The salon wasn't busy late afternoon and I was able to be seen right away as a walk in. read more

do not waste your time. I came here for the second time after coming 10 days earlier for a fill I had to come back again so soon because they didn't put on enough acrylic. I told the lady when I came in they were too thin so she said okay no problem, I go to ring out and apparently they charge $5 more if you don't want them done thin which I was obviously never told. also she was in such a big rush apparently that she couldnt paint my whole nail, the sides literally had no color. never again. read more

I have had my nails done at many different salons through the years, but this place is the best. I only go to Cindy, But at one time a long time ago I went to Molly. Both do a wonderful job. Since the Covid 19 "shutdown" , I can't wait to go back. My nails (although, I have tried to take care of them myself) look like they need pampering from Cindy very badly. And to think only a couple months ago, no matter where I went I always received compliments regarding my nails. read more

Subpar service and no one speaks. Won't even introduce themselves to you while their doing work on you. Unprofessional don't recommend

I enjoyed coming to this nail salon as a first timer in Orlando! They took really good care of us and we will definitely come back if we visit again. 5 stars for sure! read more

Fast, affordable and well executed. I only had my eyebrows done here, but was in and out in under 10 minutes with no pain or fuss. What more can you ask for! read more

The service was terrible. I came for a natural pink and white using dip powder and I even provided a picture example and the service was not delivered. My nails were uneven barely filed and the pink dip powder was entirely to dark for my nails. This service was rushed and sloppy. They are over priced for no reason. Please do not come here. read more

I went to get a manicure and the lady who did my nails was so unprofessional. She had an attitude because I was expressing how I didn't like the way she was doing my nails and kindly asked if she could fix it. She was doing the opposite of what I showed her that I wanted. On top of that she was very messy as if she was rushing just to get it done. My nails looks terrible. I forgot her name but if I remember it starts with a T. That was my first and last time going here. Don't even bother wasting your money!! read more

I wish I could give them 5 stars but the quality is not consistent. There is one girl there, Kayla who is amazing. My gel lasts 3 weeks from her. There is a newer and younger guy who sometimes works next to her who did my feet, and he was horrendous. The last time the same gentleman did my gel, I went back the same day and asked for it to be redone as all my nails were crooked and already peeling after 45 min. The positive is they fixed the issue, the negative is it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I will only go here if I have an appointment with Kayla, otherwise it's a waste of money. The younger and newer guy who I have a 2nd chance and allowed him to do my toes couldn't even file the nail straight. read more

Please do not come here, not worth a penny. It was painful, Unsanitary , and overpriced for horrible job I walked out if there with my feet drenched in oil, and she dropped a towel then picked it up to clean my feet. Hello? I just pray I don't get any infection read more

I love this place! I drive all the way from the other side of town just to see Jason. Their pedicures are better than some other places that I've been to. I even treated myself to a facial once and Cindy was fantastic!! Yes, they take walk-ins, however I would call to make an appointment. Some days they're really busy and can't fit anyone in. read more

I have been to every nail salon in the downtown, SODO, and south OBT area, and this is by far the best. The staff is incredibaly attentive and nice. I've never had to wait with an appointment (unlike other places where you may wait an hour). They do thoughtful, clean work. I am detail oriented about nails, and have never had a complaint here. I was relieved to find such a great place so conveniently located! read more

If I could leave -3 stars, I would. And here's why. I went for a mani/pedi with my friend, and the pedicure was fantastic. The manicure is where they messed up. First of all, my girl didn't speak English. That's fine. But when you cut my nail to the point where you're applying pressure to stop the bleeding, and put some mysterious green substance on it, and ignore me when I ask what it is? That's not ok. Absolutely not. I called the store because now the finger that she cut is tender to the touch, red and swollen. First, there's no "manager" and you are given an attitude when you ask for one. Second of all, they vouch for their own. Of course. Human nature. The pseudo manager I spoke to said "well she told me she followed protocol." Of course. She's not going to tell you, "hey, I took a shortcut and didn't sanitize anything." And when I told him I'm not paying for services that caused an infection, all he could say was "well, take it up with your credit card company." Believe me, I already did. they also asked me to drop by so they could examine it. Last I checked, there were no MD's here. When I told them I would be physically unable to due to having to catch a flight, they basically told me I'm SOL. So in short, don't waste your money. All this time I've been getting my nails done and this is the first and only infection I've ever gotten. Stay away from this hell hole. read more

Today I had the worst experience with the staff and I am talking about the owner and one of the techs. I have been going to this place for years now since they only have two people that were there from prior management and the tech that took care of me gave me the worst service and the owner it's very unprofessional, rude and loves to make scenes in front of other customers. Never again will step foot into that place. I feel sorry for the only two good people that they have working there that are from prior management. Learn how to deal with customers if you can't then find something else to do. read more

This is the worst managed nail salon I've been to in the neighborhood. I received a gift card last year and wanted to redeem it but Jason(the manager?) did not accept it because he claimed this gift card was administrated by the previous owner before he took over. I even brought in the gift card receipt that had $25 transaction fee to prove there was credit on the gift card. He mentioned many customers came in and were unable to redeem their gift cards because he doesn't have the gift card reader. You would think Jason would figure this process out before taking over the business! Who runs a business like this? It's absolutely a poor customer service model and a really bad customer experience for people who drive out of their way to find out the nail salon doesn't except gift cards. Do not come to this place, it's a scam! read more

I've been to many salons in the Orlando area, and as far as cleanliness and friendly staff, they're very good. The one thing they do that really bugs me is accept a set appt. and then when I arrive, I have to wait an inordinate amount of time. They also need to update their stock of gel polishes with matching color for pedicures. Opi has so many great colors...I'd like to see more selection. read more

Yesterday I got a pedicure and gel manicure...the girl who did my pedi was ok but my gel nails are already chipping and starting to come off...super disappointed for I thought he did a good job...but I did notice after we were done he filed the tips of my nails...I've never had that done before...at other salons they always bring the polish over the tip of my nails...and they've never come off the next day...however these are!! Very disappointed after $70 later...will not be back read more

So normally I come to this salon and usually they are great.. Today was not the same I asked for an extra massage which costs me more.. But instead of it being relaxing I had to listen to them chatter in there language. Which made it so I didn't get a relaxing massage cause she kept stopping because she was too busy talking to her friend and on her cell phone.. read more
