I gotta say this place is nice. It is very very nice and the staff are very friendly they make you feel comfortable. My tech was Ms Sina, she did my pedicure and she did a great job. She was very gentle and communicative. She spoke English and her language, which is Cambodian. Also, there is a bar and drinks and water is available upon request. Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. When I returned to have them corrected, the response was dismissive, and I was told that the color was simply "supposed to do that." I did not feel that the quality of the service matched the price, nor was the issue handled professionally. Despite that experience, I later decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
