I got a manicure there for 15 dollars and three weeks later, I was told after the manicure was done, the lady said 20 dollars, and I asked the owner and he did not have a plausible explanation. read more

i wish i could give less then one star but unfortunately i cannot, i walked into kim's nails with my mother and two little brothers so we could all get pedicures and me and my mom would also get manicures so we would've spent a substantial amount here. However upon arrival we were met with a incredibly rude owner of the establishment , we simply requested for a specific person to work with us since my my mom had been referred by a friend but the employee replied rudely and unhelpfully as the conversation goes by he is visibly and verbally uninterested in us we threw words and quickly left. This man has no regard for his customers and after reading the comments clearly only his black clientele have had issues with the "customer services. we need to stop supporting racist nail salons that can barely do designs and overcharge for shit nails and just go to nail techs! read more

My daughter and I love getting pedis together and we are frequent customers. Good prices and great service.

Small salon but super friendly staff and service! I come here because they make me feel so welcome and I leave feeling like a superstar!

I have been coming here for years so this is long overdue. It's not your posh nail spa but the service is excellent depending on which person you choose! I recommend Trisha or Vanessa. Call for an appointment to ensure you don't wait. I love coming here because for $30 it's a bargain for a pedi/mani. Their massages that come with the treatment is substantially long. Omg... they get in those knots and work it. read more

I've been going to Kim Nails for years as well as most of my family and friends. The staff is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I'm very picky with my nails and like to try different styles and they always impress me. It's my top nail salon of choice but one con is they don't do the "extra" style like marble style, the reflective nails and so on but still an AMAZING salon. read more

I love going to Kim's. Kaylee is the best nail tech I've ever had. She takes her time and makes sure each nail is perfect. I ask for a design each time and she does something cool and unique. It takes me an hour for a fill but it's because she thoroughly does my nails without flaw. If you need an awesome place to go, Kim's is the place and Kaylee is your girl for nails read more

I personally see Nancy for my ingrown toenails. I've been going to her for 10 years. She is the only tech that has ever gotten mine out or I would of had to have surgery. Highly recommend her. read more

very sloppy, rushing went to get my nails taken off with a mani and pedi. left right after she took the nails off multiple times pulled away the drill felt very hot, was rushing she kept stopping to check her phone all to leave with uneven now very very thin nails. SAVE YOUR NAILS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! very excessive with the oil. read more

Great prices and great basic pedicures. Very sweet and caring staff. Been coming here for years.

There was no one waiting and they told me to come back at 3pm. There was 2 techs not doing anything. I used to go to them years ago and had better service then this! So i went across the street to star nails and they took goood care of me! I love their pedicures and my full set looks amazing! read more

My daughter and I went to Kim Nails yesterday. This was my first and possibly my last visit. I wanted a change of polish on my toes and my daughter got her usual pedicure. I have arthritis and although it's nice, I can't take the leg rubbing and hot towels. The girl who worked on my feet had a change of attitude once I said only change of polish. She stopped the water running and wouldn't let me soak my feet. That's the best part. She did my toes so fast and said next time you do full pedicure. It will look better. I said I'm unable to. She left me there, never put my sandals back on. I left a tip for her but would not have if my daughter didn't use them. If I go again I will try someone else. The gentleman was very nice. My daughter said her name was (Cruella) read more

My friend and I decided it was time for a mani/pedi; being that we just got done eating lunch at the Cajun Seafood restaurant next door, Kim's Nails was a convenient location. We walked in, was greeted by a gentleman, I assume he's the owner. He answers all of our questions and even helps my friend choose a color. I was hoping for a memorable, positive experience, but it went downhill from there. My friend and I sat side by side in the pedicure seats and tried to relax. My friend lets her nail tech know exactly what she wants, and I do the same. I tell the woman who is doing my pedicure to cut my nails short, and she does. I want to relax, take out my phone and not have to worry about what she's doing, but I can't, not for long; she was very rough. I looked down and noticed I was bleeding from one of my toenails, and she tries to cover it up by putting my foot back into the water. My friend notices that I'm bleeding, too. I gave her the benefit of the doubt; it was just one nail, and mistakes happen, right? Wrong. By the time she finished cutting my cuticles, she managed to cut 4/10 of my toes! I was bleeding from FOUR toes. That is more than a mistake. It was ridiculous. I asked her to stop and to find someone else that could take over. I was so turned off from the entire situation altogether and was more concerned with getting myself home and soaking my feet in antiseptic to avoid infection. The manager apologized for her and even offered a discount, but I wasn't interested. Moral of this is: you can't trust every nail salon, and certainly not this one. read more

Consistently a great experience. I always get a spa pedi and gel nails using the match polish system, so many colors and styles to choose from. My nails look better and last many weeks longer than any other place I have ever been, and I have been getting my nails done for many years. This is extremely important to me because I dont get them done often enough. The same staff is on duty every time I go and they all do a great job. Everyone is professional and friendly, and I love the casual atmosphere. They make you feel like part of the family. I am grateful to have them in my neighborhood! read more

I'm a stickler for cleanliness, as my daughter got planters warts after a pedicure in another state. They didn't open clean, sterilized tools when she did my pedi, and she nipped my toe trimming cuticles. Price was good but won't go back for the reasons listed. read more

This place is awesome. I get my nails done about every 3 weeks and Tressa is amazing. They are always welcoming and really really cheap!

This is the first nail shop I have been to since I moved here to Orlando. First off I am very skeptical about nail shops because I have had bad experiences before. However, as soon as I walk in I am greeted with smiles and great customer service. I had LeAnn who was very sweet and caring. She did a great job. The shop is clean and very welcoming. The chairs were amazing and added to the relaxation of the visit. I highly recommend this nail shop. read more

The smell of fumes will knock you out as soon as you walk in. Greeted by a loud last yelling from the back. I waited there for about 5 min with no help and had to leave because the fumes were just that bad. read more

Girls are very friendly and do a great job.

I took my daughter there for the first time to put acrylic on her own nails & Tresa was the nail tech. She did a good job. Would recommend!

I was extremely skeptical of this salon especially after reading the reviews but after going in and getting a full set and pedicure I fell in love. I had to wait for about fifteen minutes (which is fine). But other than the wait time, the service was amazing. I will definitely be going back. read more

I have been here only once but my gel nails are on day 4 and they look as good as the first day I got them done! It's so surprising since I always get my nails done and after day 3 they tend to chip. I fidget a lot with my hands and even went hiking this weekend and there are no cracks! They have great prices and they do great work. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I showed a literal picture of acrylic nails of EXACTLY how I wanted and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like it .she suggested I do a slightly more expensive form of doing them to achieve the same look and in the end it ended up being a French in which she said "that's what you wanted " when it was ABSOLUTELY NOTHINNNGGG like what I wanted and she said because "I did the French" the color I ACTUALLY wanted would have the French showing through it because it's white ???? The nails were lumpy ,uneven. Paid extra for cuticle she barley touched and left them even more cut up and messy and ugly then they were before read more

I was feeling under the weather and decided to treat myself at this salon, unfortunately I must look young and stupid because they gave me the nail technician who was CLEARLY new. She chopped and filled at my fingers like they were a piece of meat and at the end I simply could not take how hard she was doing my nails I walked out without polish and unhappy. My cuticles are all cut up and you can tell she has never had an acrylic set on her nails before! read more

Kim Nails are terrible I got my nails done for my birthday and when she was done she was rushing me out telling me go go. I don't know if it wasn't because I didn't make a appointment but when I walkout my nails were uneven and she even paint on my skin. I mean they are good but they aren't all that because I showed them my nail design and they didn't even put no effort into it just terrible my mom and I will never be going there again and plus there like really dirty too. read more

I went to Kim Nail on Good Homes and Colonial on July 31, 2019 to have a pedicure and I was dissatisfied. First thing when I walked in was, What color you like? I feel like when your having pedicure you should be seated and then someone can bring the color scheme to you so you can select your color while you having your pedicure down. That is so rude. Second of all, I am no stranger to pedicures. She didn't put no salt in the water. NONE. My water was clear, no bubble. I wish I took a picture, because I don't want anyone to think I am making this up. She didn't scrub my feet with no soap AT ALL. She even showed me how much dead skin I had at the bottle of my feet. This is a service that you are providing and that is cleaning peoples' feet. HELLO.........Thirdly when she was almost done with my pedicure, she started to cleanup her area up. SHE TOOK A TOWEL AND STARTED WIPING THE BOTTLES ( THE LOTION AND OIL BOTTLE DOWN) AND SHE WAS GOING TO USE THE SAME TOWEL ON MY FEET. I TOLD HER, YOU WILL NOT USE THE SAME TOWEL ON ME. THAT IS NASTY. So my experience was not the best and I will not be returning to Kim's Nail nor will I recommend this location to anyone. read more
