I'm not a person that keeps up with their nails very often. However, I had an event that I was going to and wanted to make sure I got a Mani /Pedi So I didn't look like the unrefined hillbilly that I really am. Anyway, this place is really close to my home and it's got great reviews on yelp so I decided to come here. My pedicure was good. The gentleman that did my feet pay very good attention to my heels. He scraped them with the cheese grater a little too much and they were sore after but to his defense, they were looking really rough. My manicure turned out really great. I just got a gel manicure. I'll let them know that I wanted a designs on them to match the dress I was going to wear for the event and After a little deliberation they decided they could do it. I think they did a fantastic job and everyone comments on how great my nails look. I will definitely be back. I see a lot of people getting their eyebrows done here as well. There was kind of a line so I wasn't able to get mine done but they do threading here too. I should've taken a picture right after it was done but they look pretty good after two weeks. read more

So my mom is a regular gets her nails done with Yizandra which is great so she gets 5 stars anytime I show up she asks me about our family, my son, etc super sweet woman but the owner is terrible. First of all when you walk in he sounds angry and just rude and standoffish. Secondly, after waiting an hour and a half and I'm finally up next he lets someone else go after me and proceeds to look at me while sending the next person off. Thirdly, as I show I'm frustrated instead of being sincere and apologize or offer any type of acknowledgment he just proceeds to be rude about the situation. I will never step foot here AGAIN. I'd like to come to a Nail and Spa emphasis on SPA. To relax! I don't mind the wait at all I care about people cutting me and then the owner doing nothing about it. I went in for gel nails and they were so rough with my nails, they cut my cuticles too short I started bleeding, they filled my nails and left all the nail dust all over my hands and started painting my nails then left my nails in the UV light for less than a minute at a time. First off the shop was disgusting. There was a roach in the store that I noticed when I was having my terrible manicure. The lady who was doing my nails had her food and coffee all over the manicure station. Completely unprofessional. The nail technician was rushing through my manicure the entire time. I needed acrylic removed and a regular manicure. She was SUPER rough and made me bleed 3 times while drilling off acrylic. She didn't even ask if I wanted to cut my nails and went ahead and cut them anyways. She cut my skin and my finger was bleeding profusely. I use to go to Latin nails all the time but then they started getting sloppy with their work. The last time I was there, I needed them to take out my tips and the girl did but never filed it down. Bad customer service, rude, inpatient, and the lady I had recently do a gel polish manicure looks like a 7 year old did it! she painted all over my cuticles and did 2 extra clear gel coats and looks terrible and all bubbly and extremely trick, she was very impatient when I was looking for a color to pick and making suggestions over and over and not letting me pick on my own! Save your 20-30 bucks and go somewhere else! this place is not worth the penny. read more

Came to get gel nails here with a friend (she was getting acrylic). I originally wanted a light pink gel color with glitter ombre. The manager told me that it wouldnt look good, only if i changed it to acrylic. My natural nails are long so i didnt understand why, when the reference gel nail picture was exactly the same length as my nails. So they made me pick a new color and instead i decided on placing one small gem on each nail and went with a solid color. The nail tech i got was clearly new, he did not know how to place the rhinestones and the manager had to come and help him various times. I feel as though they didnt do the glitter polish because he didnt know how to. One of my nails he had to file off the gel polish and do it over because it was rippling and he noticed. The polish was placed right on the cuticle, so as my nails grew the polish started to lift and get caught in my hair within just a few days. He would paint the skin of my fingers and wipe it off with his own nails, which i thought was unsanitary. The gems also started to fall of within that first week. My friend with the acrylic nails was so unhappy that she got her nails redone the next week at a different salon. I only put two stars because this place is pretty inexpensive, you get what you pay for. read more

I had been here a few times before for a simple gel manicure and pedicure...this will be the last time I go there as the manicurist greeted me with attitude and when I told her what I wanted she made a snarky remark..then she proceeded to dig in my cuticles and I began bleeding and I had to request for a napkin to stop the bleeding as she completely ignored the fact when she clearly saw it...she did a shorty job on the gel manicure as a good majority of the gel was all over my thumb and she didn't bother to clean up the edges...they definitely do not give you the full attention you would want while at a "nail spa"...the venue is dingy with very limited color selections for gel polish and has roaches crawling on the nail desks...space is overcrowded and loud...lesson learned and will not be returning there read more

Long story, I've been going to this nail salon for about 7 years ANYTIME I need my acrylics done. Recently I've come across a problem the last three times I've visited. It's either the lamp they use to cure the gel polish, or the polish being too thick and not drying all the way. The first time I was on vacation in NY last December and my thumb nail wasn't cured all the way. The second time it happened, about two weeks ago, my gel nails chipped and I spoke to one of the owners and she told me its the polish being too thick, and I payed $35 to have my nails re-polished with gel. I am not too keen on refunds because I work in a Salon and I know its hard BUT I had payed my $35.00 to have my nails repainted only to have 3 of them chipped worse than the first two times, and it's only been a week! I came back to the salon today and spoke with another one of the owners and explained this whole situation and he told me we cannot refund you your money because it's been a week, but we can fix your nails. This is gel it's supposed to last 4-6 weeks. I didn't want to waste my time having my nails "fixed" that was my original problem. By seeing the dedication to 100% customer service I might have actually stayed a loyal customer. So with that I will definitely say to anyone reading to definitely give this salon a chance because maybe this is just my nails and for the most part they're a good salon. Thank you to the owners I know they tried to reason with me and I wasn't at all upset, but this is the third time I've had an issue and I really didn't feel like they truly cared. Not because he didn't try to resolve because he did but the nonchalant attitude wasn't very appreciated. read more
