This was my first ever manicure and the lady that did my manicure had 0 english knowledge. Not even the bare minimum required to do her job like "square or round". It was just a lot of pointing and gestures. At one point she was literally painting over little hair bristles that came off the brush on to my nail. I left with my nail coats uneven and the paint was textured and not flat. I was in to much of a rush to complain but even the fact that the lady thought this was a good manicure and let me leave with it was annoying. Terrible experience. read more

Don't do it! Ok so I went for a pedicure today and here's the back story. I broke my toe in April 2018. It was a clean break and was supposed to heal but didn't and I needed surgery, long story short, I just started feeling well enough to treat myself to a pedicure but it has been so long that I really didn't know where to go, so I just stopped in at this local spot. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I was hopeful when I saw that there was plastic in the pedicure tub, but I did not see fresh tools come from the sterilizer and it didn't dawn on me until I was already so dissatisfied with the service that I started thinking about everything and that popped in my head. The towels were dingy too. My niece is a nail tech and previously did my toes but she no longer has a chair so I was stuck with this lady who cut me and tried to cover my foot with her hand like I couldn't FEEL the pain of the cut! She also washed the pumice that she used on my feel in the water that my feet were in when she was done. I really hope I don't get some infection from this place. I did the deluxe pedicure ($30) which included a scrub, massage and peppermint spa treatment. The massage consisted of her digging what must have been a wedding ring under the glove, into my heels and excessively grabbing at the back of my ankles... WTH? There was nail polish all over my cuticles and I had to ask her to clean it up AFTER she supposedly did it. I want to kick myself for putting myself through this. I have frequently done my own pedicures and have done a better job myself in the past. Also, the place wasn't full, there wasn't a soul waiting, and this chick was rushing like she has a line out the door! DON'T DO IT! read more

I've been searching for a place to get my eyebrows threaded... little did I know that there was a great one, right under my nose! I came in today, without an appointment. There were two people ahead of me, waiting to get their eyebrows threaded. I waited about 10 minutes and it was my turn! Tina is very friendly, fast and talented. Stopped by here today for a fill even though it is not my usual salon I was in the area. Walked in and waited about 15 minutes which is not a big deal but it was EXTREMELY hot in there especially when you have to wear a mask it's not enjoyable and not relaxing at all. Also the man sat me down at his station right after someone had just gotten up he NEVER wiped down the chair,counter or anything in his station in general. My nails look alright but was a little shocked when I went to the counter to pay and find out a FILL WAS $38! I get a BRAND NEW full set of gel for $40 everywhere I go so definitely will NOT be going back ever. read more

Um, no. I came to this establishment while visiting my parents during the Memorial Day Weekend because I was in great need of a pedicure. I was provided a nail technician that had no idea what she was doing. She apparently was in training and I guess I was her practice client. She was even provided training instruction demonstration on how to trim my toe nails while she was trimming my toenails. I've heard stories about this happening to people and I was completely devastated that it was happening to me. Also, when I thought it couldn't get any worse. The towel used on me looked like it's was used on clients all day. I wasn't even given a hot towel after they applied lotion. As I remained calm through all of this, I paid my bill, and left peacefully knowing that I will never return to this establishment. read more

I was in St. Cloud and was in a rush to get my eyebrows done, I found this place and it was great! I walked in and was basically walked straight to the room where they threaded my eyebrows. I was so scared they were going to mess them up, but they turned out great! I have really difficult eyebrows too. Only $8 and I'd definitely recommend. read more

For those who get their eyebrows threaded Tina is the girl to go too. I use to go to Aisha over in Hunters Creek, but she raised the prices. Don't get me wrong they were good but to spend on gas, toll and then raising their prices. No thanks. Tina did an excellent job. :-) read more

Great Place! The staff is super friendly. Tina is the only one offering eyebrow threading in Saint Cloud which is a huge plus and she is great at it. Takes her time and does a great job with my eyebrows every time I go in. Eyebrow price is perfect only $8.00. I would give them 5 stars but I just recently went in for a Gel manicure and regular pedicure where I was charged $52.00. That is way expensive, especially when there is a nail salon on 192 that does the same combo for 15 dollars less. I will continue to go back but only for my eyebrows. read more

I should have read the reviews before I tried this place. I started what was one of the strangest pedicure experiences of my life. For some reason, one woman was doing the pedicure, and another woman was there... Inspecting? Watching? Learning? I'm not entirely sure why? While the one woman began the pedicure, the older woman pulled out her reading glasses and was REALLY REALLY close to my feet. I'm not really sure how to describe it, but it seemed odd. If someone were training, wouldn't they notify the person they were training on? They were chatting amongst one another, very oblivious to my discomfort, while I was sitting there very unable to relax. Then the actual pedicure started. All I can say is, it was equivalent to being poked hastily and angrily my a metal tool. It hurt. It genuinely hurt. I squirmed and said "ouch." She finished pushing back my cuticles. Then she started cutting my toe nails. It took three toenails before she cut me. That was when I noped out. I've never walked out of a pedicure before (and I've been getting them for a very long time). No pedicure should be that uncomfortable for the patron, and it certainly shouldn't hurt that much. I would strongly advise you proceed with caution. read more

Very disappointed. Waited 1 hour as three people walked in after me without any appointments and got taken care off before me. I am a regular client/customer and usually Tina sees me. Tina was out today and I've never felt this dissatisfied and disappointed that her staff would ignore the fact i been waiting for an hour. Great local business where the customer always comes first. Very accommodating, they accept walk-ins and usually little to no wait time. I always ask for Tina, she is the best! My gel manicure from Miracle Nail lasts 4-5 weeks, I visited another local salon and the gel manicure chipped in 2 weeks. Reasonably priced and always friendly. read more
