I came with my mom in a Sunday as a walk in. It was packed- which is not a bad thing. We wanted a pedicure each and I wanted a gel mani. They got her started first because there were appointments ahead of me, which is understandable. I ended up just getting a pedicure for the sake of time. I do like the atmosphere, it's clean, and they are good!! I will definitely make an appointment next time but I will continue to come here

After a long week I needed some self care. The staff is always friendly the establishment is clean with soothing music in the background. I was able to get a deluxe pedicure that included hot towels and a massage. My legs were like jello when I stood up lol. They will provide soda, juice, water or wine.

Pedicures start at 30 and they offer you a beverage or glass of wine. The staff is very friendly and listen to your needs and concerns. We got In really quick they have a lot of staff. Today they had a lot of manicure appointments for new years. I got the classic pedicure and had my nails buffered. They did a great job. Also got a glass of white wine and they refilled it again when I finished. They were great. They have a good selection of red and white wine. I went with the sweeter white wine.

I love the Nail Lounge & Spa shop! The shop is spacious, modern, and beautiful! They have many seats, so the wait wasn't long for a drop-in like me. I really didn't know what I wanted, so I trusted the technician and left my nails up to her. She chose a nice red with a matte layer on top. These nails are ready for the holidays and I am looking forward to returning! And the best part is that they have a bar! Red wine, white wine, moscato, soda and water! Would be great if they had milk tea, but I won't hold that against them. Highly recommend for those that are looking for a great place to relax with great service and skillful technicians.

Very bad service, some of them do not know the job correctly. I had to go twice to do gel, because the next day came off. The owner agree to refund only the gel job. When you enter, you do not feel welcome. I feel that nobody want to work. I do not recommend this place.

Been coming here for over a year now-- I call it my happy place!! The staff is amazing, very kind and so willing to make sure you leave satisfied and with a smile on your face. This place lacks some serious customer service. Every time I schedule an appointment they always take me 20-30 mins after my scheduled time. This has happen EVERY single time I come here. My nails also lift before the 2 week mark almost every time as well. Not sure if their products are on the cheaper end cause it's happened with every technician I've tried here. Prices are always inconsistent as well. I can get the same thing and be charged the second time around not explaining why the up-charge. Also found a roach when I was here last time while I was waiting to be seen. Will not be returning here.

My daughter needed to have her nail gel removed. I didn't see his name but he did a great job and he trimmed her nails. The salon was clean and very relaxing. The staff was polite. We will go here for our mani and pedi. read more

They used a buffer that was used on my nails . The staff is nice , but i did see an insect crawling on the table while the lady was doing my nails . I asked for a french tip and it was WAY too overpriced , and it sucks because the french tip wasent even straight . She rushed completely on one hand . read more

0 customer service. Dirty wine glasses. They skip steps. How does a gel manicure not come with your cuticles cut? Their response was "We already used a buffer for that". Not proper, not professional. They are overpriced. I don't spend money on myself ever so to pay $110 for low quality work is honestly heartbreaking. $50 for dip color I'm not happy with. $60 for a gel pedicure? Insane. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, it was empty. I should've taken that as a sign. read more

MY CUTICLES ARE GONE! I paid 200 dollars for a holy manicure, i asked for white nails and they gave me devil black. These people need to step up there game! the woman that was doing my nails said she doesn't believe in god? they also asked if my husband was single, and I said of course not. I walked out unhappy but after I went to church and prayed, I had to cool down for a second but now as god as my witness I feel better. read more

I didn't even have the opportunity to get my nails done here after two days. Be forewarned, if you are African-American, they do not want your business and they are clear about it. I walked in day 1, i was told "sorry, we are all booked. You have to make an appointment". Interesting because only 1 person in the entire salon was getting their nails done. The workers were clearly walking around, doing nothing. I decided to be a good sport about it, made an appointment for the next day. Arrived at my appointment time, "sorry, we are all booked, it will be at least an hour wait". Shop owner was rude and acted like she was happy to see us walk out of the door. In this day and age, it is ridiculous to patronize businesses that are as racist as this establishment. Two days in a row I go to a basically empty salon only to be told how they are so booked. If you are African-American stay away from this place and most nail salons in Lake Nona. The Asian community still holds onto racist and discriminatory practices here. Go to where you are valued. I decided it was best to just do my nails myself. read more

this is for the new one lounge 2. why make appointments if they're not kept. twice i've had an appointment with the tech and he was still with another customer or no informed or up to date with his appointments. that's bad for business. then i was told that since i got a pedicure it doesn't matter. that's not true. you just lost a good customer(s) for your lack of preparedness. i was late for what i had plans for and ended up not going. i'm pissed. even that manager got into it with him and said she's your customer not mine. the front desk person can use customer service skills too. if this is not affiliated with the lounge 2 that's right in front of the rolled icream shop.. then disregard other wise your staff need retraining.. another thing, prices need to be posted... i do take care of myself and spend.. $125 for what... my nails are boxed shape and i don't like. the nail tech should take care of the customers nails better. my hands dry.. etc... there is more but i'm done and won't be back and let my family& friends know not to go there too. read more

My first time here was good, good enough come back for a second visit. The 2nd visit though, blew me away. Great service, clean facilities, and an awesome pedicure. Unfortunately I get ingrown nails so this is very important to me. A lot of technicians will tell you they can take care of it, but don't really do the job right. My technician was Tony, and he really know what he was doing. I will definitely be back. I also got an eyebrow wax which was good. I do not use their services for regular nails, acrylics or anything to that effect. read more

My go-to nail salon for over 2 years now! Steven always takes excellent care of me. I go every 2 to 3 weeks for a SNS manicure and do pedicures as well during the spring/summer. I love that they always offer you a beverage as well. I cannot recommend this location enough! read more

So disappointing that a place is so rude, and so over priced! Their kids working there don't know what they're doing, everyone seems new. Even worse the utensils used for nails are NOT brand new, nor do they look cleaned. No sanitizing, not warning gloves and over all disgusted. Will not be back! read more

It was my first time here and although i was skeptical at first they came out incredible. They did the shape & design i desired perfectly. I found my new nail salon!! It's new, clean, amazing decor, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and great work! I absolutely love my nails! They did SNS very well. Nail tech was focused, skilled, precise, and did an awesome job! They play soft music, have tons of nail options, and every detail of the decor is gorgeous. I can't wait to go back! Also, you get points each visit which eventually gets you a discount. I am a very satisfied customer! read more

Amazing customer service as well as quality work. Aline is the absolute best, couldnt be happier to have found a technician that is both great at what she does, and very conscientious of her clients' needs & wishes. My SNS always comes out great. Perfect length, shape, color, down to every last detail. The spa is very clean with great massage chairs for pedis also! read more

The manicure felt rushed and the polish was chunky and had bubbles. The nail tech didn't apply the thumb evenly, then added sparkle on top. But didn't cover the nail fully so the base color was showing around the cuticle. With so many coats, on, it was also hard to dry so it smudged by the time I got home. read more

Place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and polite just went in to remove my nails and it was done pretty quick! only issue I have is that I left my child's tablet and I can't seem to get a hold of the facility the line keeps giving me a busy signal yet the phone didn't ring not once as I was there, hopefully it's still there! read more

Pristine Spa lash artist, Sarah, was the answer to my prayers. She took the time to understand how I wanted my lashes to look and made sure I was satisfied. Sarah is a pleasure to work with and her lash skills are sublime. I always leave feeling amazing because thanks to Sarah, my lashes are perfect. If that wasn't enough, Ashley and Alessia at the front desk are simply delightful, and I look forward to seeing them each time I come in for lashes. My first visit here I saw Veronica. She was the absolute best! I hadn't gotten my nails done that…read morenicely in a long time. I went back today to do a fill- Veronica had off so a different lady did my nails. It took her over an hour just to remove my prior dip nails - she never asked if I wanted the tip removed but she went ahead and did that. After watching her file my nails for an hour with still no color on my nails (frustrated at this point), I finally said I had to get back to work. It wasn't until I complained again saying I needed to take a break for work that she actually started to rush . She cut my cuticles . My nails are not even/flat and bumpy . I would have much rather she did them good rather than have lumpy fingernails . I would have gone out to my car for 10 min to make a work call and come right back . Instead she rushed, cut me, and my nails look like ogre shaped nails. I couldn't tell until I got in my car. The best is when I got charged an extra $15 for wanting the cat eye COLOR! I had no clue that was an up charge . The one thing that will make me NEVER go back is if they charge me $ for something without telling me. This was my last visit to this nail salon . Cut cuticles, ogre nails, and a $15 upcharge for a glitter color

I visited the Nail Lounge today for the first time and I will definitely come back! I got a Dead Sea Salt Pedicure with Tony and he was very gentle and detailed. It was very relaxing after a long day of work. Harry did my pink and white acrylic full set marvelously! Very meticulous and detailed, his work was perfect!!! My daughter and I made appointments for both manicure and pedicure. We got right in, grateful for the appointment. All the staff was very nice, gentle, and helpful. Beautiful facility, very clean and relaxing. I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine and my daughter was offered water or soda. Prices were reasonable too.
