Coming early morning or afternoon on a weekday should be okay for walkins. Any other time book an appointment! The employees are kind and honestly really good at remembering you even if you've only been a couple times. I've gotten gel x, sns, and acrylic and all have lasted pretty well. You pay a reasonable price for what you're getting. I prefer the regular pedicure because I feel it's just the right amount of things done. (File, trim, and scrub both legs and feet) read more

Refrain yourself from coming to this "spa" the owner is just terrible, nothing to do with the nail tech, but the owner is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Empty place and asked the person who is accompanying me to basically go seat in the front to wait for me. When this place is absolutely EMPTY, absolutely no one else, but us, and yet did not allow her to seat close to me to chat. I wonder why it was empty, well the same owner explained it herself. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I have had good service here. It's an older and smaller salon but you cannot beat their price anywhere in the Hunters Creek area.

Unfortunately this is what I was left with after requesting a dip manicure. Turn your brightness up & zoom in if it's not obvious what the issue is. Will not be returning. read more

Sassy Nails & Spa - poorly done dip manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Orlando, Florida

The lady that did my pedicure actually did a good job but the lady who did my manicure did a TERRIBLE JOB. I asked for a French tip I even showed her an inspired photo of how I wanted it done, she told me that she could do it but it looked nothing like the picture. She asked if she could re do it and I said sure. Then she still didn't get it right, a French tip isn't hard. I finally told her to stop and take it off because I don't like it and it's not what I wanted then she proceeded to get mad at me and starts talking about me to her co workers. I hadn't been here in years and decided to give them a try since we were in the area. Two days after my manicure the gel chipped. It was poorly done and I'm sure that a 5 year old could have done a better job. They are only getting two stars because their customer service was decent and so were the prices. Never coming here again. read more

I like the gal that does my nails but when you make an appointment they are NEVER on time. Usually 45 minutes late. So very disappointing.

My girlfriend has been using this business and it was her birthday so I gifted her a mani/pedi. She didn't want a mani so she made us an appointment for 2 pedis. We arrived on time, but had to wait 15 minutes. They put us beside each other but didn't mention the chair I was in didn't work. Who goes and doesn't want the chair? (Not me) I asked the lady if there was a trick to the chair and she said broken. The entire time we were there the woman (who I believe was the owner) was distracted by any and everything. She couldn't manage to keep her mind on what she was doing and it was very disappointing. Top it off with the next day my toes were already chipping. I don't pay for a pedi to watch whoever is working on me pay no attention to what they are doing. Bad experience. Instead of gaining a customer, you lost 2. read more

My favorite local nail salon. It's always clean and technicians are always pleasant while keeping prices competitive. I always get mani pedis and they take their time, I dislike feel rushed and that's not the case here. I've brought all my friends and family, will continue to come back. read more

I went here for the first time. I always get the powder manicure but I decided to go with the gel. I had the gel manicure and 3 days later it started peeling, I went to get it fixed which they did. 2 days after another nail started peeling. This has never happened to me before. I don't know if the quality of the paint is not good or if they rush in doing the nails but will not be going back. One week later and 3 nails with chipped paint. I paid $70 plus tip for gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows which they also messed up my eyebrows. Disappointed! read more

I have been looking for a great nail Salon since I have moved down to Orlando a year ago and I have found it! traycy was my nail tech and she was fantastic! She did a wonderful job on my nails and I truly have no complaints about her! She also offered to do my eyebrows at first and I was hesitant because I don't let anybody wax my eyebrows except for one person but she is in New York so I was desperate so I figured why not. She was understanding to how I wanted them not to be super thin and to follow the shape that I currently have. She was amazing. I would recommend sassy nails to anybody who lives in the hunters creek area. I'm so happy I found my new nail salon read more

The nail salon is fairly clean. Receiving a detailed and quality service can be a hit or miss. My review is on two separate occasions. My husband and I both had appointments for pedicures and once we arrived we waited 15 mins to be seated, which I find unacceptable for having an appointment. Once seated in the massage chairs our feet were soaking in water for another 10 mins, then only a nail tech to serve my husband, but not me. On another occasion I received an SNS manicure, which was fine until the nail tech was persistent in finishing the SNS manicure by applying a gel top coat and using the UV light. As you may know, this is not the correct way to complete an SNS manicure, but rather the quick way. I verbalized to the lady that I wanted it done correctly, but she was persistent to say that this way was better, that it lasts longer and blah blah blah. I didn't argue. As you can see this location is solely about quantity of clients and not the quality for the clients. read more

Got SNS nails done by Kim and they look natural and absolutely lovely! Also got a pedi from her that nearly put me to sleep! Kim will be my go-to nail person whenever I'm in this area! Very very happy with her work. She was also very gentle with me I'm one of those pain-in-the-ass customers with the "hyper-sensitive nail"s so that says a lot! read more

Sassy Nails & Spa - Nice nails fly better! - Nail Salons Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Went to visit this place for the second time to do a pedicure and manicure. Went with my partner and noticed staff was making fun of us by laughing and talking in their language. Then the staff member proceed to make an anti gay comment by offering to paint my nails in pink. Told her that was not an appropriate comment being a guy not a girl, had to stop her from insulting me. They should not discriminate against no sexual orientation or race because they speak their language at all times when clearly we cannot understand them and make fun of customers that support the business. Me and my friend decided to leave and will nevet go back neither refer them to anybody. They should not discriminate just because we were guys. The lost me and my partner as customers. Never again! I was polite and left them a tip after knowing what they did they begged for it. read more

I love coming to this location for a pedicure. It lasts longer than 20 minutes and feels so relaxing. The massage chairs are in great condition and feel amazing. I'm happy I get to hit the massage button twice during my pedicure. I have always opted for a regular pedicure but am still given the sugar scrub on my legs, which is more than what I'm used to. I definitely feel like you get your money's worth at this location and I always leave feeling happy with the final product. It's my new favorite spot. read more

Was on vacation in the Orlando area and happened to see this nail salon set back from the road near a restaurant I was going in to have lunch in. While waiting for my meal, I looked it up on Yelp and found one suspicious 5 star rave review. Could it be that good, really? Regardless, after lunch I did a walk-in and was met by friendly faces attending relaxed and happy customers. The salon was clean and the staff knowledgable and attentive. The rave review was every bit right. The only chat not in English was interpretation of customer needs by other staff members. Prices were fair and reasonable. read more

So I was in desperate need of a mani pedi, just having moved to Hunters Creek from the UCF area I needed to find a new place! Well, I walked in around 6:30 and it was so nice and quiet. They had a TON of OPI colors and a few Essie - I love both so I was happy. Got my manicure done first - I am so anal about having paint on my fingers so he cleaned all the edges to my standard. Pedicure was great but I wish people would use their muscles and give a good massage but regardless, I didn't feel rushed. The place smelled clean and they weer giving a discount because of the new ownership. One thing - you have to ask to add the tip before you put in your pin or sign. They don't ask you. I felt like crap leaving only a $5 tip for a mani pedi. I will certainly be back! and with cash to tip properly. read more

Make up your minds and be clear about your business. WALK-INS are NOT welcome! I was asked if I have an appointment. I mean I'm there in the pouring rain and all I get is "oh sorry" when I say I thought you accept walk-ins. My goodness it's hard to find good customer service! read more

I have been coming to this establishment for years. I take my family. Tammy and the team there are great.

I had a great experience as a walk-in the week before Christmas! Helen gave me a beautiful gel manicure and a very relaxing deluxe pedicure. She was very meticulous. The salon was very clean and despite being fairly busy they were running smoothly and maintained a calm and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely visit again! read more

Staff was nice and friendly. Called in 30 mins ahead and they were able to get me in right away. Now the gel was supposed to last 2 weeks (that's why I paid extra for the gel) but it didn't even last a week. 5 days later, it already started to come off. read more

I did not like how I was treated in this place, I walked in and there was not clients so I expected a good attention since there was no one. At first the lady that did my nails was ok but when a client arrived she was in a rush and messed up my thumb nail saying that it was my fault and she is not going to fix it. She made me pay before she did my manicure .. and made me pay tip in cash . I'm not going again to this place, really disappointed.... read more

Yahima is the best, The place was fabulous and very clean very comforting I enjoyed my day here

I was looking for a place to get my nails done one night. I stumbled upon Sassy Nails. I have been having really bad luck with other nail salons and really wanted to find a gooood one! It was a full house when I entered, a good sign! So I was helped by Kim and was very appreciative. She didn't drill much on my nails which I loved!! Some take that to extreme. She also did the acrylic very neat so again, not much drilling was needed. She ensured all the areas of my nails had acrylic and was clean. I have already made my next appointment!! Hoping I have found a salon I can keep coming back to! read more

The salon was clean and we were taken care of immediately. My leg/foot massage was more like a rub than a massage and she (didn't have a name tag) hurt my big toe a little bit, digging in the side of my nail. They were timely and plesant though. Nice selection of colors! read more

I came into this salon to get a refill, and let me tell you, I will never come back again! It has been one week since I've gotten them done and THREE of my nails have broken off. No wonder it is such a cheap salon, you pay for what you get. Service was fine while there, but very disappointed with the quality of what I got. All of the nails were different length and shape. Don't think I'll ever return to this salon again. read more

Really nice people, good customer service, good job! I was a walk in one morning while I was in town and they got me in and out with a mani pedi in about 40 mins. It cost $33. All the instruments were sterilised and in individual packets, which I really liked. Would def go back! read more

If you're needing a place to get your nails in Kissimmee I can't recommend Sassy nails enough. Not only do they offer you a drink when you first come in, they are up to date with their technology but both Ken and his wife are extremely accommodating and truly care about their customers. If you're not happy they will fix it, no questions asked. But their work is amazingly good. I've tried it all, pedis, gel, acrylics and waxing and not one complain from any of their services. I can't rave enough and right now they have 20% off !!! read more

Worse customer service ever! Was getting a gel manicure and I didn't like the color. It was a lot more pink than the sample. When I expressed my concern the lady said "you picked the color" I mean who says that!? Once manicure was complete and she was doing my pedicure I expressed how unhappy I was with manicure and she said she would remove and redo but I would have to pay for removal and pay for both manicures!! I unfortunately was going to a wedding that weekend and ended up so unhappy with my look. Would not return or recommend to anyone!! Very rude, clearly talking to a coworker about the situation in their language, and didn't do great on my pedicure, terrible service. read more

I've gotten a couple mani/pedis here and also have gotten my eyebrows waxed a few times, and I'm always willing to go back. They're very kind and considerate. I was called "my friend" which I thought was extremely nice and welcoming.
