I had a mixed experience here. As soon as you walk in, there's a strong acetone smell that takes a while to get used to. On the positive side, my pedicure was amazing. The technician was very kind, attentive, and did a great job. Unfortunately, my manicure wasn't the same experience. I got a French hard gel fill, and it took over two hours. It felt like the technician may not have been very experienced with hard gel, as each nail took a long time and the process seemed uncertain. While she was thorough with cuticle cleanup, it left my cuticles feeling very irritated. There was also some confusion with the color. I asked for a French manicure, but the base color used was a much darker pink that didn't match my skin tone. I tried to explain this, but there was a language barrier she only spoke Spanish :/ I wish I knew Spanish. After a few attempts to adjust it, I decided to skip the French and just go with a solid pink to keep things simple. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help finish my nails. Overall, great pedicure experience, but the manicure was disappointing and took much longer than expected. The pink I went with in the end is very cute the shape of the nail great. But I will not return because overall it was over 3 hours with both the mani and pedi. read more

A really great experience at this nail and hair salon. I got a pedicure from Ala, and it was amazing. It seemed like it was at least a 10 step process of massaging my lower legs, massaging my feet, giving a very precise nail pedicure. It just felt like a day at the spa. I'm gonna start doing this more frequently now that I have time. Ala was incredible, professional, and did not take any shortcuts during the service. Extremely thorough and I feel so much better. One of the best pedicures I've ever received hands down! The foot massage was great and so relaxing! My god daughter and I were looking for a place to get our nails done while on vacation. Of course I looked to Yelp for help! This place had some of the best reviews and was close to the hotel we were staying at, so it was a no brainer that we check it out. I got a manicure and pedicure both which I love, the reason for four stars instead of five is because the tech (can't remember his name) wasn't sure how to apply the nail design sticker...no big deal though, we eventually figured it out. They have a ton of colors and designs to choose from. The salon is clean and everyone is very nice. My god daughter loved her stiletto nails too! Wins all around. I was in Orlando for the weekend and needed a quick mani/pedi before Easter; it was alright. I got a French pedicure and was very satisfied with the outcome. However, my manicure was not very well done. It was splotchy and uneven, and for some reason they did not do any cuticle work or buffing or any of that sort (but they did do cut down and file) which may not come with the "regular manicure" but I didn't bother asking. So the polish looked messy, as it was painted over my cuticles. Although, the place is very clean and nice. The 2 workers who I interacted with were very nice. The boy, (in high school, sorry I didn't get his name) was very nice and we had a nice conversation. (Tried to give 3.5 stars but it would only let me add either 3 or 4) read more

Horrible service , so I went on Sunday & paid 60 dollars for something I could get done back in California for 36 , but I read some reviews and thought oh it's. Spa and family ran better give it a chance since it close to my hotel . So once I get home I noticed my nails seem to already be lifting and keep in mind I got gel manicure & paid 5 dollars to have a few of my nails the old gel taken off . something I never have to pay for or shouldn't like isn't it part of the service ? Any hoot I get out of the shower and notice that they are imperfect I try to ignore it & on day three which is Tuesday I have horrible nails seems like regular polish , I go back and have them fix it I ask if I can just get something else because I'm not confident they will be left done correctly , the main guy starts to speak in his tongue language & tells me to sit down they will fix it , I sit and all the lady does which is the owner as well , paint over the parts that were lifting and chipped hmm really this is fixing ?? I am beyond upset I said thank you because my mother always told me never to say anything unless it's nice , but really where is the customer service. I will never go back again , !!! It is a little expensive but if you know how to maneuver around it like I did, it's very cheap and very quality. I got regular paint on all my nails and paid $10 extra for 2 nails to have gel and designed. Staying at the Hilton of Seaworld and my lady wanted to get her nails done. Let me just say that if you're staying at there or nearby and want to get your nails done, you need to come here!! It's only a 5 min drive and it's in a very nice little plaza. It's very new(I was told they opened within the last year), VERY CLEAN, the staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional, and are used to providing great service to tourist! Just like any Asian nail salon; it's family own and ran, the kid(s) are in there playing, and they talk in their native tongue(never bothers me). I went in to get gel. Asked for "gel acrylic". Was kind of confused when they started cutting nails, but it had been a long time since I'd gotten my nails done. They're beautiful and it's my fault I didn't get the gel done. I JUST now realized it when the glue started to hurt later in the day- and it started to hurt to open things/I can't open little tabs on a bag of make-up wipes for example.
