My go-to nail spot (no pun intended) for the past 4+ years. They've gone through a few owners, but service and quality has remained consistent. Ann does fantastic nail art, including a beautiful gel X set for my wedding party back in January 2026. I go here regularly for pedicures, and Trang is very thorough and thoughtful -- and she has excellent color recommendations if you can't decide. They also offer affordable waxing services, in my experience. read more

I would not return to this nail shop. I got my natural nails dipped. Paid $47 just to have them start chipping after two days. By the 5th day they are all chipped up. When I left out everything looked nice, but that quickly ended. For how fast they started chipping I could just paint them myself. I do not recommend this nail shop. read more

I had a mixed experience here. As soon as you walk in, there's a strong acetone smell that takes a while to get used to. On the positive side, my pedicure was amazing. The technician was very kind, attentive, and did a great job. Unfortunately, my manicure wasn't the same experience. I got a French hard gel fill, and it took over two hours. It felt like the technician may not have been very experienced with hard gel, as each nail took a long time and the process seemed uncertain. While she was thorough with cuticle cleanup, it left my cuticles feeling very irritated. There was also some confusion with the color. I asked for a French manicure, but the base color used was a much darker pink that didn't match my skin tone. I tried to explain this, but there was a language barrier she only spoke Spanish :/ I wish I knew Spanish. After a few attempts to adjust it, I decided to skip the French and just go with a solid pink to keep things simple. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help finish my nails. Overall, great pedicure experience, but the manicure was disappointing and took much longer than expected. The pink I went with in the end is very cute the shape of the nail great. But I will not return because overall it was over 3 hours with both the mani and pedi. read more

A really great experience at this nail and hair salon. I got a pedicure from Ala, and it was amazing. It seemed like it was at least a 10 step process of massaging my lower legs, massaging my feet, giving a very precise nail pedicure. It just felt like a day at the spa. I'm gonna start doing this more frequently now that I have time. Ala was incredible, professional, and did not take any shortcuts during the service. Extremely thorough and I feel so much better. Also the price was quite fair as it was $35. read more

Acrylic, manicure and pedicure looks great and neat. Also super affordable!! Very quick too.

This is my third time at the Nail Spot. This time Sue did my nails ans she was incredible! I'm booking with her from now on! It's a very clean and quiet place, especially if you go on Sundays. It's the best way to start a relaxing day! Thanks Sue!! read more

Sue is the way to go, and I actually mean it. We used to see her all the way in Clermont and had to find out where she went. Her and Tiffany took over at The Nail Spot and we are so excited for them to start their journey. I've been going to Sue for the last two ish years and every time I leave I'm happy. They last the longest when she does them and her attention to detail is great. read more

I've been coming here for about three years now and I've always had a great experience. Mai does a fantastic job on my nails. I never go for anything too crazy (like designs or gems) but she never fails to do a great job. I like going during the week when they're slower. I will always be back!! read more

Decided at the last minute to get a manicure and pedicure while staying at I Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld for the weekend. The salon was immaculate and Paula did an amazing job on my mani and pedi, with meticulous attention to detail. I was warmly welcomed and quickly made to feel at home. Amazing service qnd quality. This is my second time visiting Orlando and had to come back to get my nails done. Rosado was so thorough and it was honestly the best mani/pedi I've ever had. 10/10. Highly recommend! read more

The salon is very clean and the techs are very nice. Went in for a fill and repair on my acrylics, the polish peeled off within 48 hours, went back again to have the polish redone and was charged yet again. The repair lasted 5 days. read more

I visited today and had a great experience. My technician was very attentive and did a great job on my dip. Highly recommend!!

This place is awesome! My foot massage was amazing and the attention to detail was as well. My manicurist was asking exactly how I like things the whole way through which is every other place should be. Also, it was nice and quiet and the chairs were great and great little normal conversation not chatting to upsell. read more

One of the best pedicures I've ever received hands down! The foot massage was great and so relaxing! My god daughter and I were looking for a place to get our nails done while on vacation. Of course I looked to Yelp for help! This place had some of the best reviews and was close to the hotel we were staying at, so it was a no brainer that we check it out. I got a manicure and pedicure both which I love, the reason for four stars instead of five is because the tech (can't remember his name) wasn't sure how to apply the nail design sticker...no big deal though, we eventually figured it out. They have a ton of colors and designs to choose from. The salon is clean and everyone is very nice. My god daughter loved her stiletto nails too! Wins all around. Will def be back next time I'm in Orlando! read more

I was in Orlando for the weekend and needed a quick mani/pedi before Easter; it was alright. I got a French pedicure and was very satisfied with the outcome. However, my manicure was not very well done. It was splotchy and uneven, and for some reason they did not do any cuticle work or buffing or any of that sort (but they did do cut down and file) which may not come with the "regular manicure" but I didn't bother asking. So the polish looked messy, as it was painted over my cuticles. Although, the place is very clean and nice. The 2 workers who I interacted with were very nice. The boy, (in high school, sorry I didn't get his name) was very nice and we had a nice conversation. (Tried to give 3.5 stars but it would only let me add either 3 or 4) read more

Very nice place for impromptu pampering! My daughter had just finished day 3 of AAU nationals volleyball tournament and needed a little TLC so my husband and I decided to treat her to a pedi. The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate me and my daughter as walk-ins. If you're local, you're lucky to have this place. If you're passing through and find yourself in need of a mani/pedi, I highly recommend these guys. read more

Great customer service!! The was very polite and caring of my needs. I went back twice (first a mani, then three days later a pedi)

Ken did an amazing job on my pedi! Lots of salons to choose from. I recommend this one.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Nail Spot! Was a wonderful experience. Very caring and PERFECT customer service.

Rude and unprofessional. Refused service for unknown reason. I'm disgusted. No one had ever treated me so poorly

Horrible service , so I went on Sunday & paid 60 dollars for something I could get done back in California for 36 , but I read some reviews and thought oh it's. Spa and family ran better give it a chance since it close to my hotel . So once I get home I noticed my nails seem to already be lifting and keep in mind I got gel manicure & paid 5 dollars to have a few of my nails the old gel taken off . something I never have to pay for or shouldn't like isn't it part of the service ? Any hoot I get out of the shower and notice that they are imperfect I try to ignore it & on day three which is Tuesday I have horrible nails seems like regular polish , I go back and have them fix it I ask if I can just get something else because I'm not confident they will be left done correctly , the main guy starts to speak in his tongue language & tells me to sit down they will fix it , I sit and all the lady does which is the owner as well , paint over the parts that were lifting and chipped hmm really this is fixing ?? I am beyond upset I said thank you because my mother always told me never to say anything unless it's nice , but really where is the customer service. I will never go back again , !!! One very sad customer like really it's my birthday and I get this horrible service !!!! read more

I was in the area for work and in desperate need of a quick polish change and Nail Spot was perfect for what I needed. The service is good and the place is very clean. let Me start off by saying I was scared by the 3 and a 1/2 star reviews but my friend had already gone there and said they were really good. It is a little expensive but if you know how to maneuver around it like I did, it's very cheap and very quality. I got regular paint on all my nails and paid $10 extra for 2 nails to have gel and designed. And I only paid for a color change on my toes so the total for everything my toes my nails the design was $40!! Mai is in the 1st chair and she's lovely! so sweet and cute. thank you Mai!! read more

Staying at the Hilton of Seaworld and my lady wanted to get her nails done. Let me just say that if you're staying at there or nearby and want to get your nails done, you need to come here!! It's only a 5 min drive and it's in a very nice little plaza. It's very new(I was told they opened within the last year), VERY CLEAN, the staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional, and are used to providing great service to tourist! Just like any Asian nail salon; it's family own and ran, the kid(s) are in there playing, and they talk in their native tongue(never bothers me). The best part about this place is that they know what they're doing and the prices aren't inflated! read more
