With all the work going on vacation takes I didn't have time to get a pedicure back home. My mother and sister in law found this place and we all decided to go there. We didn't get appointments, but we all got seated next to each other as soon as we stepped in (thanks God). The guy who did my pedicure wasn't very gentle, but in the end my feet were very soft. I have to say he did a good job. Get all got regular pedis (not gel) and it lasted a very long time. I recommend this place. I got a mani pedi here and it was fantastic. My nail tech was very communicative and checked in with everything I wanted. They weren't pushy about anything and really put a lot of care into doing my nails. That nicked my cuticle doing the snipping and immediately sterilized the area which stopped any bleeding and then went right back to work. It was quite impressive! I enjoyed the salon too (although the nail smell is kind of overwhelming at first, which isn't only a Paris Nails thing, its most nail salons). I'm currently sitting in my car because i got here at 9:50 and first I asked the young woman to give me hot water she said it will get hotter as it fills it still wasn't hot enough btw then she walked away for 5 mins then she came back turned on the bubbles and wanted to start I then asked her to allow me to soak she said ok five mins this was my second red flag because she took 20 mins because she was talking to the lady in the front after the lady in the front was done working on whoever she came to the back and was talking to the woman doing my feet yes i was on the phone but was paying attention the entire time the lady she was speaking with said she did both feet she scrubbed on one food. Then they started going back and forth in their native tongue which is highly rude one u can tell she did only one foot because she was distracted. Then she refused to do her job and told me I was gonna wait for one of the men... NOT ASKED i should've just left when she left me sitting in the water but i didn't my fault but I will not tolerate lack of service when I am paying and was gonna pay for the extra paraffin because it something I like. I can't say that it was because I'm black the black lady next to me was receiving wonderful service while I was receiving subpar mediocre service and arguing about her doing only one foot I wish I could've really recorded this or they run back their cameras because that woman only scrubbed one foot. Maybe the men that work here do a great job because they all keep looking at her like why isn't she doing her job. I paid 15 for their water because I know Florida laws and i didn't need anyone calling the cops on me because I'm a black woman that was already upset i would've been seen as the aggressor. I had a horrible experience at this nail studio. The acrillic nail removal was painful with no Consideration for me. The lady technician initially cut my nails too short when I asked kindly to change them to longer ones with the tips she gave me a lot of attitude and started arguing with me for my preference on my nails. She was refusing to replace the tips to have my nails longer how I like it until her manager instructed her to do so after a lot of back and forth. She rolled her eyes and sighed heavily when I asked her to simply narrow my nails more as i asked to have coffin style nails and not square ones. I felt very uncomfortable with this experience and do NOT recommend anyone to go to this nail studio. The customer service is atrocious. read more

Found the nail salon on a whim since it was the closest to my resort and I'm so glad I did. Isabelle did such an amazing job on my nails. I've Always been afraid to get a pedicure because I have ugly nails but she assured me it was no issue. She really took her time on both my hands and feet. My toes have never looked this good. She's was so nice, and helpful. Everyone was very professional and took very good covid pro cautions such as wearing mask, wiping surfaces and keeping everyone socially distanced. I'm giving this review a 3 because I've been coming here for the past 3 years and I had the worse experience recently. I was on a huge time constraint and I asked the owner of the salon if I could get out in an hour. 2 hours later I'm still there and just with my toes done. I expressed my frustration to the owner and let him know that and he simply smirked and was indifferent. He didn't care that after 2 hours my toes were the only thing that was done and my nails weren't and that it was a complete waste of my time. He barely wanted to acknowledge the lack of communication or the total inconvenience of my time. I will never step foot in here again. We aren't perfect but a sincere acknowledgment of the time that I lost would have gone a long way. They are always busy because they have a small staff.
