BEWARE - I am beyond furious and disgusted. I don't write bad reviews often so when I do, it's 100% warranted. My lashes have been falling out fast for 3 days and my regular girl has not returned my texts ( maybe she's on holiday break??) I spent an hour researching different places and decided to try this place based on location and that I wanted a place with multiple girls so I would or should be able to get an appointment anytime I need one quickly instead of waiting for an independent person to get back to me. They had a special that I filled out online - that went to the wrong location. That should have been red flag # 1 I called the location in the email I got and the lady was helpful but we decided the Dr Phillips location should call me directly once they reviewed the offer I had filled out. They did not call - they sent a generic text. Red flag #2 I called and spoke with Zoey. We spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing what I've had done previously. I was CRYSTAL CLEAR that I was not 100% sure what I wanted. She told me about a special they were having so I reiterated TWICE that worst case scenario for pricing refill or new set would be $100 - 1st time while discussing the options and second time before we hung up to be sure of what we agreed on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Victoria who went to work on preparing my lashes ( apx 5 minutes) and then she stepped out and came back and said since I was not getting a full set the price was going to be $165 instead of $100 How does that make any sense?? Zoey had said they would take off my old lashes ( if I wanted for free) and again worst case scenario price would be $100. Regardless of length or style. Nope.... Not doing this nonsense- I told Victoria to take everything off as now I'm pissed off. I spent 20 minutes discussing the lashes with Zoey who I was told was the manager. When I went to the front to find out where the girl was that I spoke with was / Macy told me Zoey was on her break but that she could honor what I was saying. Absolutely not going to start any "relationship" under those circumstances so no thanks. This could have been a great opportunity for this place instead the manager clearly didn't communicate with the staff and thought it would be ok to try to up-charge me. Do not go here unless you want to be lied to. To the business manager who replied, if you are truly going to look into this please also be advised that Zoe sent me a message later that day apologizing for MY CONFUSION- unfortunately for her, I was sitting in front of a ring camera in my home with her on speaker phone ( not intentionally ) and she. I replayed the video prior to posting review to be 100% I was not mistaken as I don't post 1 star reviews unless 100% warranted, not only can I be heard confirming not once but twice the cost information so the confusion was never I mine. While I appreciate your response here, I'm not coming back even if it was free. Hopefully better and more ethical training is put in place so nobody experiences what I did. read more

I have to do this for the sake of all of you ladies. This place I called and ask about a refill to my eyelashes. The person answering the phone told me that it was about $35. I made an appointment because that is a reasonable price for more than 50% of my eyelashes I still had. Well NO, when I sat there and Meg, who is awesome and I'll give Meg 5 * asked the girl in front how much will be my eyelashes. She says oh! $125.00 how in heaven not to say a bad word here it went from $35 to $125????? I had an event and had no time so I did them but, HELLO! That is a rip off false advertising right there. I don't understand HOW WE ARE ALL PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AN HOUR FOR A SERVICE THAT TO GET A CERTIFICATE YOU GO TAKE A 7 HOURS CLASS AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU LIKE THEY ARE A DOCTOR?? Can someone explain to me??? I know there is overhead but, more than $100 an hour??? Did they go to college for this???? AMERICA PLEASE WAKE UP!!! , read more

Amazing Lash Studio - A week old, still very full. I have also been in the ocean and in the sun - Eyelash Service Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Ladies DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is the Bradenton Florida location. I had my lashes done for the first time on Friday, the lashes lasted 2 days and when I woke up on the 3rd day they fell out all over my pillow and my eyes were swollen and painful and itchy. I called to speak to management because I thought they will give me a refund it's only been 2 days that I had them right? WRONG!! instead they wanted me to come back in to do a patch test. really I'm having an allergic reaction to the glue obviously because I didn't use the aloe pads due to being allergic kinda funny right? so the only thing it can be is the glue!!! But again they wanted to make matters worse and refuse to give me my 200 dollar refund. they say 99 dollars for first time but that too is a lie after taxes and fees it's going to come up to almost 200 and they finagle you into buying a membership which is another 140 dollars a month. Also if I could I would give them a negative 1,000. I am appalled by the customer service. I even asked for the number to corporate and they refused to give it to me saying they don't have a corporate office. I can't believe the balls on this studio. If I had just lost the lashes I would've gotten a refund but since I not only lost the lashes but had a terrible reaction to them I am pretty much screwed. read more

I was so excited to get my eyelashes done. The place is so nice and clean. My appointment was on schedule. The tech was very nice but, the lashes were not done correctly. By the time I got to my car 2 lashes had already fallen out. The lashes were not at the base of my eyelid they were done half an inch away from the eyelid. By the end of the day all the lashes were gone. I paid $199 but the work was of $5. I wish i had scheduled with a Master Tech. . Waste of money. You would think a place that charges this much money would make sure their Techs are on point. read more

Not here to bash....just being honest and truthful....I recently went to this location on 10/12/21....had a tech that either didn't want to be there or just unskilled on curly lashes....had a 2 hour session booked it ended up being an hour and a half...paid $99 and a $20 tip....driving home at least 10 lashes fell out so I call back the same day to request to get a few more lashes added for fullness thought maybe it was my fault..went back 10/13 better tech more skilled...she thought I was there for a refill...she said the other tech did not put enough lashes in....now this was only a 30 minute session at $50 and another $20 tip....still not happy but already done....this shop is in a very nice area....I live in Bayhill about 10 minutes away...nice shop for the most part....thought I would get a goody bag being a new customer...nope not even a spoolie....the second tech gave me the used spoolie she used on me....vibe is not good....staff is there for a paycheck not to provide and experience.....I will NEVER return...did'nt feel appreciated as a new customer or person....my advice is not to go here unless you only want your lashes to last a few days and to be greeted by unfreindly staff....not for me.....I shall take my time and money elsewhere.....treat everyone with the same respect cause you never know who you're customers are.... Your customer service is a negative zero and your staff may need some more training on how to work with all and any type of lash that enters your establishment. Unhappy and will never return. PLEASE READ!!! 80$ FIRST TIME CLIENT DEAL!! To whoever is reading this please please read this. I normally don't write reviews but this place deserves not 1 but 0 stars!!. Today I had my first appointment EVER with amazing lash studio. My experience was HORRIBLE!! First of all what attracted me was that they have a first time client DEAL!! YES LADIES THEY HAVE A DEAL!!!. The front desk recipient Martha was so rude. I worked retail before so I know customers always come first and she made me feel so attacked. So online they have this deal about first time client will get lashes done for 80$!!. I found that to be a very good deal so I went ahead and called to set up an appointment. I called and a girl called Leah I believe on the phone said that no they are not doing that deal anymore... that now the "regular price" for first clients is $139.99... but CLEARLY ONLINE they say FIRST TIME CLIENT $79.99!!!! Ok I went ahead and booked an appointment. When I arrived Martha was the front desk recipient she went back and forth with me for about 15 MINUTES!!!! Telling me that, that deal doesn't exist mind you im showing her that online it has the deal plus it has the business address and phone number!!!. Then she goes and says that the deal is only for people that have a "MEMBERSHIP" LOLL she insisted for me to get this membership that then it will be "$79.99" and then she lowered it to "$59.99". She was not letting me get the price it said online UNLESS I signed up for this $109.99 MEMBERSHIP AUTO PAY MONTHLY.... She pressured me so much that I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to walk out!!. Then she said "oh let me speak to my manager and see what she says" she literally "stepped out" which I saw her in the corner not talking to no one LOL. Finally comes back and say "Ok we will do a 1 time EXCEPTION for you" LMFAO how is this an exception when this is the deal that ALLLLLL amazing lash studios do as per online. I would be seeking further clarification from a manager or corporate team this was unacceptable. I suffer from anxiety already and while The lash lady was doing my lashes I felt suffocated and having really bad chest pains because of all the back and forth she made me go through. PLEASE LADIES PLEASS don't get FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE.... The deal is $79.99 FIRST TIME CLIENTS!! YOU DON'T NEED A MEMBERSHIP!!!!! read more

I have been a faithful client for as long as I can remember. I come in every two weeks to get my lashes touched up, and I make sure I tip an additional $20 after each service. I cannot believe I am writing this today! I walked in the studio today as I normally would, per my appointment. Wendy completed my lash service, but upon completion, I noticed lash glue in the corner of my eye and a lash slightly lifted. I informed Wendy about this immediately. (She had another client waiting that happened to be a Caucasian women, I am black). Upon my surprise, instead of correcting the mistake she made with my service, she asked if I could just find someone else in the studio to fix it because she had another client and quickly brushed me off and rushed over to her other client. I am appalled at her reaction! It was as if the customer coming after me, was held to a higher standard, and I can only assume/allege that is the case because of the color of my skin. I have never felt so low and little in my life. The fact that I've patronized this business for so long, and the mere fact that I am not valued the way another customer of a different race is, is disheartening. I have canceled my membership and every appointment scheduled after today, and I would advise everyone else to do the same. In today's climate, I cannot believe that this studio is one who does not value the black dollar or business the same as others. read more

The lashes dont last a week. Had them done 5 times there, never lasted 2 weeks. The staff is wonderful. I signed up for membership and only used it twice. So the price is just right... I suppose in comparison to other lash extension places. I pay $59.99 a month, as a member. I believe it's $90 for a non member price. I have basically had this membership for over a year now, and yes I got addicted, but it was not all peaches and cream all the time. A lot of scheduling mistakes were made.... which is not cool as I had an hour drive each way. The scheduling system and the way they deal with these issues is very amateur, once they work that kink out I think it would be a much better experience overall. read more

Please just don't come to studio. The last techs here are super sweet and very comforting. I've hear super good thing about other amazing lash BUT the Dr. Phillips location is probably the worst. I spoke to the AGM named Hannah that was so kind and 100% understood my problem. She told me she was going to be in by 1PM with her manger Nicole to get my problem fixed. Okay cool I call the next day at 1PM I called and the lady on the phone (I think her name was Lynette) said that Hannah wasn't in yet that she'll be there soon. So I was like okay cool can I just speak to your Manager Nicole. She puts me on hold just to come back and tell me that Nicole was in a zoom meeting and was busy till 2 PM. I said OK no worries I'll just give you a call back at two hopefully thinking that Hannah would be in in that I could speak to the manager Nicole. Of course when I call back at 2PM no sign of Hannah or Nicole being there today. So I took it into my own hands and decided that at 2:30 I would show up to amazing Lash studio in person to try to speak to either one of them. I think that the same girl that I spoke to the phone was at the front desk again her name is Lynette. Said that Hannah wasn't in today at all so I said how would someone be scheduled for a shift at one and just never show up?????? So then again I asked to speak to the manager Nicole and she told me she just left and I said how does she just leave if she was in a zoom meeting for two hours and she goes I don't know she just left. I don't know about anyone else but if you work in customer service and there's an issue where you need to get a manager, after my manager would be done with a zoom meeting I would definitely tell her to give a call to an angry customer that was on the phone. I had to call another amazing Lash studio to be able to get the corporate information and the manger since the lady at the front did not want to give to me. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GOOGLE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. I literally just want my money back. read more

Absolutely shocking! I used to be a member but cancelled my membership because I felt I wasn't getting value for money anymore I still had 2 credits with them and decided to use it after six months, so I went back there and was seen by a technician who was meant to be highly experienced- big lie!! she was so heavy handed she rested her hands on my head throughout the service. Three days after the lashes on the corner of both eyes fell out, I sent them an email and then I called them to let them know and no one ever got back to me this is 2 1/2 weeks later, and they had the gall to send me an email asking me to leave a review??? very disappointed in them I'm glad I have cancelled my membership! Un-Amazing Lashes! read more

I signed up for my membership a week ago. I paid $55 for a refill and went on my way. In 3 days i lost 75% of my lashes. I called to let them know and i got scheduled a week later.I was told I have to pay an additional $89 dollars for a full set because I lost 75% of my lashes... and someway somehow it wasn't their fault ... ok... so I did. During the full set service I was advised to do an upgrade to a 6D set so another $45 extra. I agreed to pay $25 extra so I can see the difference. Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if this looks like a $100 full set job or even better $170 spent in a week to have these eyelashes. Customer service is poor, ppl are not educated on the product and prices and when the manager called after my first session and I told her I lost a ton of lashes there was no apology, no solution offered, no please come in so we can take a look... Very disappointing! #justdont read more

I am not generally one to write bad reviews on organizations, but I have had a terrible experience with this studio. My first appointment there was Friday and I received a full set of extensions. I followed the post care instructions exactly and I've even had eye lash extensions before and only changed salons because I moved to a new location. By Sunday afternoon, 95% of the lashes in my right eye ONLY had fallen out. I called the salon Monday morning and they scheduled for me to come back Tuesday morning although on the phone she tried to say it wasn't an application error and I must have done something (mind you - it was only to my right eye and not my left - I generally do the same thing to both eyes). Either way, I believe in giving people the opportunity to correct situations, so I was fine with coming back in on Tuesday. However, as I was driving to the appointment on Tuesday morning, I get a call from the salon stating my appointment has been canceled due to someone calling out sick and they won't be able to fit me in until NEXT WEEK. When I explain the whole situation to the lady and how its embarrassing to walk around with only 1 eye having extensions and ask if there are any other options, I promptly got 'that's all I can do.' Given the terrible way that they treat customers, just go somewhere else and avoid the hassle. Eyelash extensions are awesome. This place is not. read more

I recently moved to Ocala and Orlando is the closest Amazing Lash Studio to me now. (86 miles). I have been to 2 stylists (first one left the business) and now Megan. They were both fantastic. Disappointed in the service here. A new full set took 3 hours to complete. I've had my lashes done several times at different salons, and they usually only take about an hour and half for a new set. Upon finishing the service, the technician brought me over to the items for sale, and went on saying "okay you need this and you need this," without bothering to ask if I actually wanted to purchase it. She just grabbed it and put it on the counter. I will not be going back here. read more

I regret not reading the reviews before going here. Complete waste of time and money. I have been getting my lashes done consistently for several years so I have a lot of experience with extensions. Wow - I've had my lashes done many times before both in Florida and New York and I have to admit....Amazing Lash so far has my loyalty in Orlando, now! Erin did my lashes - I hesitate to give you her name because she was so great I'm certain she is booked regularly! Seems to me all the staff was REALLY proficient. The quality of the product - exceptional. I'm always concerned the lashes will be too "plastic" - Not at all and for the very first time ever - NO EYE IRRITATION AT ALL! I left with my eyes comfortable and haven't had "a wink" of a problem. Loved the black sealer. Speaking of products - they have a range of products but for the most part I'm not one for makeup and I'm always leery of the hard sell - no hard sell but Erin graciously explained the clear sealer to me as a great choice for me since I love to be in and around the water. It made sense and I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Staff - Reception is welcoming and very well trained/knowledgeable. I walked in to see what they had to offer and scheduled an appointment, was able to do my paperwork then so on the day of my appointment I could completely relax. Quiet, clean and better music than most! I really did notice the music selection wasn't your typical spa selection but I nice mix of new and old rock/soft rock. They offer a membership program, (not too hard a push but enough where I was interested) I travel frequently and really struggle to commit to anything; I didn't sign up but when I got home I DID check their web-site to see where else in my travels they could accommodate me. Cost - great price/great product/great skill and talent. Definitely recommend you give them a try. Jeryl read more

I have been getting my eyelashes done by Amazing Lash Studio for over 2 years. I recently moved to the area and went to this location...worst experience ever! The master stylist that I requested left early for the day and no one bothered to tell me until my name was called by another stylist. I asked for my stylist and at that point I was told she left early. I was asked at that very moment if I still wanted to get my lashes done. I drove a hour there so at that point I kind of had no choice since no one found it necessary to inform me prior to getting there. The stylist did my lashes, before I left the parking lot my lashes were falling off. I went back to the salon and was told I had to wait 2 hours to get it fixed. My natural lashes are now damaged and my eye is extremely irritated. I called to speak to a manager and was told she would call me back. I have not heard from anyone since.
