I then decided to get my lashes done.... well ladies once you start there is no going back..... unfortunately I moved to Savannah GA which it was 4 hours away. I tried to find a lash artist but unfortunately noone was as good as the girls at the lash and body lounge. Luckily my retention with my extensions is really good and I do believe is because of the good work they do, also I really look after them..... So every month I will drive to Orlando and get my lashes done..... you may think I am crazy but honestly I haven't found any lash bar or lash artist as good, as experienced and as knowledgeable as the girls here.

After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

However, when I saw photos of my friends that had the eyelashes I couldn't help but be jealous of how fabulous they looked so I chose to step out of the box and give it a try. I followed the directions step-by-step that HD provided and I have to admit 3 years later I have not been disappointed. There was an instance that the eyelashes started to fall off a couple days later but that was due to the humidity outside and she came to my home fixed the situation using a different solution and the problem was solved immediately. Obviously, if you don't know what's broken you can't resolve it and if you don't speak up how was she supposed to know there is an issue. She is not a mind reader but I do have to say that she literally is a magician. Now having my eyelashes I cannot seem to live without them. I have learned to even live without even getting my nails done or even a pedicure but it seems that I must make sure my eyelashes are done because it simply changes my appearance on my face by subtracting years from my age. Not to mention so much time from doing simple things like I make up. I get numerous numerous compliments on my eyes which I never did before and they last anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks because I follow instructions on how to care for them. Not to mention the convenience of me going to her home or her coming to my home or business. She even came to me the day after her birthday and I even saw her right after she had her baby. Her work ethic can't go ignored because you can tell she has passion and love for what she actually does and you can see it in the work when she is completed. She just truly loves to capture the beauty in every single lash that she puts on your face it's like an artist with each piece that is produced because each person is a representative of her work. I have zero doubt that anyone that sees Heidi will be discouraged or disappointed in fact I challenge them. I honestly think I could not live without her in my life.

Jenny is amazing not only at what she does, but with her customer service too. I arrived at 6:30 for my appt but there must have been a little mix up with a cancellation and my appt. She came out to talk to me and explained it might be an extra 20 mins. I really wanted a perm before my vacation and had read so many amazing reviews about Jenny I didn't want to go anywhere else. After my wait, I went in and Jenny immediately off the bat apologized and offered me a free tint for waiting. Something she totally and completely did not have to do but she genuinely values her customers and I appreciate that. The process for the perm/tint was easy and she explained everything! When I looked at my lashes after, I couldn't believe how different I looked! Can't wait to come back again and see Jenny!
