Had my lashes done here about 3 weeks ago. The aesthetic of the shop is really pleasing and I really like that they are cleaned. Unfortunately, I want to like the new lash artist as she was very nice and friendly but her work wasn't the greatest. I had a full set for hybrid, the first week looked fine I didn't pay too much attention but gradually as my natural lash cycle comes off I notice the false lashes had a chunk of glue on it. I looked closely and many of my lashes were in clumped and stuck together, not only that most of the lashes that were applied on had a heavy amount of glue on it. Also during the full set not sure why she had to pull some glue off and it was really painful at some point. I never had such experience, my eyes were literally watering because it was hurting. I also noticed my eyes were red the next day possibly due to pressure that the lash artist put on my eyes but it went away so it wasn't a big deal. My overall experience was really uncomfortable and the quality of my lashes were not great for what I paid for. read more

My first time at the location was February for a eyelash special. I heard great things about Allysa so I decided to try her out! The address in the confirmation email was incorrect but I was able to contact her via Instagram and get the correct address the day of my appointment. My first appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM but she frequently travels back and forth from FL to NY so my appointment had to be rescheduled to 9:00 PM due to her plane being delayed on her flight back. The No biggie but it was a slight inconvenience for myself traveling about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. I loved the outcome of my lashes! They started coming off about a week later. No issue though, I only wanted them for my birthday which was the following day which is why I decided to reschedule. I booked her again two days later for her eyebrow Blade And Shade special, the appointment was on Feb 28th & took approximately 3 hours but it felt like an hour honestly. Minimal pain, numbing cream was my bff. After my appointment she explained I could get a touch up and it would be $50. I loved my eyebrows soo much I referred about 5 others. She explained my eyebrows would take about 3-4 weeks to completely heal and get their true color so that would push me to about April 2nd as far as seeing my brows. I didn't receive any ointment like others have received, nothing but an eyelash brush which I requested. As time passed I noticed the strokes done in the front were completely faded and there were spots in my brows. One of the other people I referred eyebrows turned gray. So in June I contacted her to ask which touch up should I book as thats how we frequently talk, through IG. She told me 6-8 week touch up. I booked it the following day once she responded. The next available date was showing July 18th. The night before my appointment she called and told me it would be an additional $50 (total : $100) because my appointment was outside of 6-8 weeks, I explained to her I booked what she told me I should and she kind of apologized with a "this is what it is tone" I felt from a business side and consumer side it should have been handled differently but I most likely won't patronize again just because of that miniscule situation. The girl has a great personality, very real in my opinion! I'm leaving this review to make her more aware than anything kind of like constructive criticism, I don't honestly care about getting the $10-20 credit that was promised if we left a review. The shop is very nicely decorated, inside was a great temperature. The music was nice as well and she even let me record the process a bit to publish on my Youtube channel which I will review soon! read more

This review is so long overdue! I've been going to Alyssa for my lashes for the past 2 months for mega volume lashes and I've been getting so many compliments since. For starters, I'm definitely not new to the lash extension trend, I have been wearing lash extensions since 2004. I've been to at least five other salons in the Orlando area for the past 5 years and every single time, I was left disappointed because of either the look I wanted was never achieved or the way the lashes were applied was ruining my real lashes. I have an obsession with eyelash extensions, and I was to the point of traveling out of state and even to Canada (I know what you are thinking, I am crazy!) to achieve the look I wanted (mega volume otherwise known as Russian volume)​ until I found Alyssa! I had been going to the same lash tech for a decade, but then she moved, since then I was forced to find someone else, some of the places I visited were considered "top lash artist" in the Orlando/Metro area, but they never really gave me the "mega volume look", they either have me a mixed set (which is a mixture of volume and classic lashes) or lash quality was poor and/or work did not represent pictures they advertised as their work. Ladies with Permanent Beauty you will not have that problem, every picture you see is either Victoria's work or Alyssa's. To start with, when I arrived at the Permanent Beauty location, the spa is beautiful, it's very bright and clean, lounge couch in waiting area is very comfy, there are delicate flowers placed at the ​checkout area, giving the spa a feminine and luxurious feel. Upon entering I was given a warm welcome as if I had been a ​client for years. The ladies are so sweet and warm, Alyssa is so professional​ when I started talking to Alyssa, I felt like I was talking to my best friend. I showed Alyssa a picture of what I wanted and had absolutely no expectations, as I have been let down for over 5 years, so I closed my eyes and talked to Alyssa for the next hour and 45 minutes, when I woke up and she gave me the mirror I couldn't believe what I saw. She gave me exactly what I wanted, first time EVER! I was so relieved that I didn't have to go to Utah, California or Canada to achieve the look I wanted; Alyssa gave me everything I had dreamed of. Her work is amazing and most importantly consistent, those fans were everything and more, you cannot see any clumps of glue or anything like that, just pure perfection. She is truly a perfectionist who will do her best to please you and give you the look you want, she is extremely skillful. These girls are so good, I am having a lip stain, waxing, and eyebrows scheduled in the next coming month. If you want to maintain your lash health while having the look you want, see Alyssa or Victoria. You will not regret any service done by these ladies. I really can't go anywhere else. Amazing price for the BOMB lashes you get. Did lots of research and I'm so glad someone referred them to me because I wasn't too happy with what I found and especially the prices. But i definitely think price is 100% worth it! First got my lashes done back in 2018 with Alyssa and ever since then I fell in love with my extensions. Almost get many compliments on my lashes and where I get them done and I gladly refer them to Permanent Beauty Studios because they are always clean, hygienic, and I always walk away loving my lashes.
