I had a full set for hybrid, the first week looked fine I didn't pay too much attention but gradually as my natural lash cycle comes off I notice the false lashes had a chunk of glue on it. I looked closely and many of my lashes were in clumped and stuck together, not only that most of the lashes that were applied on had a heavy amount of glue on it. Also during the full set not sure why she had to pull some glue off and it was really painful at some point. I never had such experience, my eyes were literally watering because it was hurting. I also noticed my eyes were red the next day possibly due to pressure that the lash artist put on my eyes but it went away so it wasn't a big deal. My overall experience was really uncomfortable and the quality of my lashes were not great for what I paid for.

We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.
