She told me about a special they were having so I reiterated TWICE that worst case scenario for pricing refill or new set would be $100 - 1st time while discussing the options and second time before we hung up to be sure of what we agreed on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Victoria who went to work on preparing my lashes ( apx 5 minutes) and then she stepped out and came back and said since I was not getting a full set the price was going to be $165 instead of $100 How does that make any sense?? Zoey had said they would take off my old lashes ( if I wanted for free) and again worst case scenario price would be $100. Regardless of length or style. Nope.... Not doing this nonsense- I told Victoria to take everything off as now I'm pissed off. I spent 20 minutes discussing the lashes with Zoey who I was told was the manager. When I went to the front to find out where the girl was that I spoke with was / Macy told me Zoey was on her break but that she could honor what I was saying. Absolutely not going to start any "relationship" under those circumstances so no thanks. This could have been a great opportunity for this place instead the manager clearly didn't communicate with the staff and thought it would be ok to try to up-charge me.
