You're not rushed in and out like some commercial chain places. It feels personal, clean, professional, and genuinely welcoming every single time. And after calling around Orlando comparing prices, I realized their pricing is actually BETTER than many of the big-name wax places while still giving a much more personalized experience. I was referred to Chelsea for full leg & Brazilian. She was AMAZING! Super informative, really sweet and chatty the whole time (which I love so my mind wasn't focused on the pain) and she was very honest. I had shaved less than 2 weeks prior and she was like, I actually think we should reschedule! I said no let's do it anyways, and although some hairs were too small to pull, she did a fantastic job taking care of the areas and they were 95% complete pretty much! I'm excited to be a frequent customer now. The manager at the front desk was phenomenal too. She put together a whole plan for me and broke it down. None of the staff was super pushy or sales focused which I was happy about. Chelsea recommended products to help my concerns and the products they sell are really affordable and not outrageously priced. I love that she gave me a couple of options depending on how much I wanted to spend. Thank you European Wax Center!

Between the crowded atmosphere, the scheduling issue, and the quality of the service, I don't think I'd return.
