I gave a Low rating because I tripped over a mat with water and food on it for some kind of pet. After tripping and spilling the contents several of the employees stared a big conversation amongst themselves in their language. This was not my fault they put this in front of the area where you walk out of the facial area. I felt they were talking about me in a negative way. Consumer beware when you don't understand the language and the technicians start talking in their language makes it uncomfortable for the clients. Please refrain from showing your displeasure. My feelings were hurt and I may not come back.
