Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

During the service, my nail tech sliced my cuticle badly enough that it wouldn't stop bleeding. At first, he tried to hide it instead of properly addressing it, which was concerning. Despite the injury, there was no apology that felt sincere and no adjustment made to the bill. On top of that, the gel manicure started chipping after just two days. I regularly get gel manicures elsewhere and they usually last at least 10 days, so this was especially frustrating. Overall, between the lack of care, the way the situation was handled, and the poor quality of the manicure, I wouldn't return or recommend this salon.
