Every pharmacist I talked to, and I had to go through three of them, stated that they clearly marked the bottles number one out of three, two out of three, three out of three. I told them the only number written on this bottle is the number 23 and they said that that means that's the second bottle and he must've lost bottles one and three. They kept insinuating that my grandpa didn't know what he did with the medication and must've lost it or dropped it. I explained that my grandpa is completely competent, still drives, and did not lose his medication. I was the one that opened the stapled Walgreens bag and only pulled one bottle out. She said I should've called the immediately and that I should've known that the number 23 meant bottle two out of three. I had thought they only gave him a 30 day supply as opposed to the 90 day supply. The specific pharmacy has done that in the past with his medications.
