Let me tell you about my story- I went to get mega volume full set by ronni this past Thursday , looked nice . Morning after I woke up with half of my lashes all over my face , the fallout was so bad I sent her a message and no response , Two days after that it was a Sunday I got to a point I was left with 3 eyelashes on each eye (when I payed for mega volume full set) After 3 days she finally answered all my messages saying how she will fix it and reschedule me . It was a lie . One week has passed ronni blocked my number and my Instagram . With no response to rescheduling me at all. If your looking for professional work that lasts more then a day don't even think of getting close to this unprofessional lash tech ronni . Another thing that got me super mad is that when you book your appointment online it says that mega volume costs 250$ , in order to book you need to put 30$ deposit that comes off of the 250 when your done with your appointment so all your supposed to pay when your done is 220$ , in the end of my treatment ronni charged my 310$ , I tried to understand for what but all she said was this is the price for mega volume meanwhile online it says 250$. I wish I had the option to rate half stars as I would give an honest rating of 3 1/2 stars. Please, read this entire review so you know to ask the right questions prior to booking. I came across Ronnie when searching, via Yelp, for an eye lash tech in my immediate area- I live in the College Park downtown area. Her website says she's located within a 2 mile radius from where I live. I text Ronnie and asked her availability; she then text me her website to book an appointment. Upon scheduling, I was prompted for a non-refundable deposit, which is no biggie, and the time was set. I began receiving automated reminders for the appointment. The day of the appointment, I notice the reminder states she is working out of her home and provides a different address than what's on her website. This information was NOT disclosed on her website upon booking, nor did she provide this information when I text her. This is HUGE for anyone looking for and placing a non-refundable deposit for a service to be conducted in the Orlando area. Her business address should be changed to reflect that. Her home and where this service was now taking place was nearly a 35 minute drive outside of Orlando, with tolls. Not to mention I would not have scheduled this in her home considering COVID. I make it to her home and I was uncomfortable. She was not wearing a mask, and did not much of the time she was applying the eye lash extensions, and her home was not up-to-standard in terms of sanitation and cleanliness as a business facility would be. The reasons above are why I docked her 2 stars on this rating. Now for the positives: -Ronnie welcomed me warmly and was very friendly -The lashes look nice and have kept for the few days I've had them. I wanted to wait a few days to see how they would wear, before I left a rating -She played music that helped with relaxing during the service In terms of quality of lashes, I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first time getting false lashes. I purchased a Groupon for Lashed by Ronni and when I contacted Ronni she refused accepting my Groupon bc she requires a deposit for any appointment made online and she refused setting up my appointment any other way even though paying a deposit would put me over the amount of the service. Instead what she recommended was not using the Groupon and booking with her directly. When I told her that this is wrong she should accept my Groupon and not try and make me pay her directly so that she avoids the Groupon fee, she sent me a nasty text back advising that she does not think she is a good fit and I should not tell her how to run her business Please be careful purchasing any Groupon or deals from this person she does not keep her end of the deal. At the end of the day it is her loss. I was ready to spend my money with her and continue the service for as long as I can. There are plenty other places that would be happy to take my money.
