Coming back with an update because it feels important to give recognition where it's due. I've had services with about five different stylists here, and I've always had a great experience. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up. read more

Totally unlike mall eyebrow places and thats a good thing! Once you walk in the front doors, you understand this is going to be a totally different experience. Spa like atmosphere where you actually get to lay down for your process. The staff was welcoming and the young lady who did my eyebrow threading was friendly and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. You pay a little more here($5 more for eyebrow threading over what I usually pay at the mall). But this is an experience on a different level. Would try again, fer sure! Best eye lash bar in central Florida. I have gotten lash extensions since 2015 at like 10+ locations and have also gotten lash lift and tints at several places. Nothing comes close to how amazing this place is! Have been several times and my lash lift and tint literally looks like extensions it's crazy. Also lasts me like two months. People ask if I have falsies in and I tell them no it's just the lash lounge ! I have super sensitive textured acne prone skin and other places have given me reactions but absolutely nothing from this place. Also huge plus for me is how they put the tape under the eyes. So many places put irritating tapes or do it so it's poking your eyes. I have never had an experience where it didn't bother me until I came here. !!!BUYER BEWARE!!! I was a monthly member for a while and consistently left underwhelmed by my sparse lashes that would quickly fall off. After I cancelled my membership, they kept charging me $129 every month for SIX MONTHS, while providing zero services during that time. I spoke directly with both the general manager and the owner, and they refused to refund me. Their reasoning? That refunding me "wouldn't be fair to the team"... the team that performed literally zero services for those months!! They tried to gaslight me by saying I never cancelled, even though I did it IN PERSON with the staff, and claimed that because I couldn't produce their own form, I had no proof. The audacity is unreal. To be clear, I never asked for a refund for appointments I attended or for times I was unhappy with the lashes. I ONLY asked for my money back for the months after cancellation, when I received NO SERVICES. And they still said no and blamed me for not CATCHING THEM taking the money until a few months later. The owner openly admitted on the phone that their business model relies on people being charged and not realizing it. It 100% felt like a SCAM to me. I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my bank, and thankfully, after doing an investigation, my bank sided with me. If this happens to you, do not let them intimidate or gaslight you into accepting a partial refund like they tried to do with me. GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. ***Last note, take a look at the other 1 star reviews. I am not the only person they have done this to. Other reviews mention that they give you a "gift" if you leave a good review- so don't think that the good reviews necessarily outweigh the bad ones. It's artificially skewed positive because of the incentives they offer. I'm 100% expecting them to respond to this review saying that they 'dont see me in the system' (as common tactic I see them doing for the other bad reviews) or again gaslighting that I never cancelled, just know it is not true. I already got my money back through my bank, I'm only writing this review to let other people know to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bad work. Bad business practices. The Lash Lounge Winter Park is by far the WORST lash experience I've ever had. I was set up with a new lash tech and received sub-par lashes. She was nice, but not what I was used to with previous lash experience at all. I have them 3 chances and on the 3 and final chance, I had to wait 30 - 45 min for my appointment, which I did, patiently. Then when I made my last appt, I asked for a 4:15 apt time, as I work until 4:00 and then would not accommodate me. They said I could do 4:00 but not 4:15. Their communication with clients is EXTREMELY tedius - you have to call and leave a message and then they call you back, most times as your simultaneously leaving a message so there is a lot of back and forth. They were always difficult to work with and so when they wouldn't accomodate my 4:15 vs 4:00 appointment time, I cancelled. Signed a cancellation in person and left. Now 3 months later I received a charge on my card for their monthly $149 fee. When I called to get the charge removed, they refused. They keep trying to tell me I "froze" my membership, which I DEFINITELY did not do because the whole experiences was so bad and unprofessional from the get go. Three texts from the "manager" and will not reverse the charge, despite my signed cancellation and are actually offering to me on thee credits to come back - AS IF!!!! lol What a JOKE of a lash place - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, WAYYYY too many great lash artists in Winter Park for this joke of a place. read more

I came in for a brow lamination (which I had never done before) and am so happy with the results! Nesha was my stylist and she was great! She was helpful with explaining the process and how much time each step had to sit on my eyebrows. When we were finishing up she made sure I was happy with the way they laid before I left. Everyone was friendly and professional and the studio was clean and comfortable. They even give you a blanket when you lay down because it can get cold! I thought that was a nice touch. I randomly came across this place on Instagram as I'd needed to get lashes done and saw they had a promotion to get lashes done for $50. It was for being a lash model. I didn't know that it was going to be with a trainee until I had called up to book and they said it'll take just a little bit longer than normal. I was fine with that, thinking it'll take like 2 hours max (I got volume lashes done). 3.5 hours later I was done. I was getting a bit restless and uncomfortable laying down for that long, but hey people need to start from somewhere right. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have booked in earlier or not plan to do other things after my appointment as I had errands and places to be. Other than that, the place is nice and clean. Looks very new and spacious. They have a lot of beds for customers. Also when id left, they asked if I wanted to tip and I said 10%. Only when I had checked my credit card statement later that day, I noticed they charged me 60%. I called up to fix this issue and the receptionist said there might have been a glitch in the machine and adjusted the tip amount. They still ended up charging me $10 which is 20%, but That's fine; better than being charged $30 for tip. The morning after my lash appointment, I noticed a lash had fallen into the sink, even though I'd been so careful with sleeping on my back and cleaning the lash. Let's hope this lasts at least 2 weeks for my upcoming trip! read more

I'm a minimalist when it comes to makeup and having my eyebrows look great helps me be as low maintenance as my schedule allows. I had a membership here for a couple of months and I really loved my first set of lashes. Then they started falling out like crazy. I stopped working out for an entire week and stopped using all my facial oils since they said that's why my lashes are falling out. Even with that halted the lashes weren't lasting the 2 weeks. One time I thought they did well and they tried to up charge me an extra $30 that no one consulted with me about. The irony, every time I was there someone was complaining about the upcharging and cost. One time I went and they were quoting my $100 more than was expected and the girl told me "oh well this is a luxury item" While I agree $150 for hybrid lashes is enough of a luxury cost. I tried to cancel my membership, they gave me a bunch of back and forth so I just cancelled the debit card and put in a dispute with my bank. I have gone to other places since here and I've never had a problem losing lashes like I did coming to this place. Buyer beware!!! read more

Reena, the staff booking appointments need better training. My appointment was changed without my consent to an earlier time, texting me to tell me that the time I booked won't work and stating for me to come 90 minutes earlier is insane. Then trying to schedule me the next day when it is convenient for the staff when I am leaving for a weeklong trip is insane. I should not have lost my deposit, and again the Lake Mary staff is well trained and would never have treated a customer/client this way. I was scammed and I can't believe you are saying you don't have a record of my appointment, insult to injury. Please do better and train your staff. read more

This would have been 5 of 5 stars if I had just continued with Zoe only. She isn't considered a "senior" but she is so talented that I truly think she is just as good or even better than a "senior". I have done a classic and hybrid full set and refill with her. She is the best that I've had from both winter park and dr. Phillips locations. Unfortunately, I would only give this review a 4 out of 5, because of Kassidy. I had to reschedule my appointment and ended up with this "senior" named Kassidy. She made my lashes look uneven where the middle was super tall and the other areas were super short. My own husband thought my lashes weren't done which is saying something. I had gone back inside to mention that this middle lash is way to tall compared to the lash next to it. Kassidy's response was definitely not something I expected. She blamed me for having gaps, when this area was where most my lashes were in and then said sorry she "can't do anything about it" after telling her I wasn't happy with it. She had no sympathy. In addition, she told me I had mono-lids, which I don't. I felt pretty insulted along with the poor work she did. I would never book with her again. I got my lashes done for my wedding, and refilled them again for the honeymoon. The hybrid lashes looked fantastic on me, and I must say it has been a whole month since my last refill, and I still have some hybrid lashes on my lids. Personally, as much as I enjoy the look of the lashes, I'm just not willing to pay the $50-95 every 2 weeks for them. I think they look great and the establishment is beautiful though. There was an issue with the style of lashes I booked vs. what they could actually put on my lashes. I did not receive the volume that I paid for. The owner refused to change the booking price. She encouraged me to buy lash serum and went on a rant about standing by her lashes and the work of her employee. The employee told me after my lashes were done that she was unable to give me what I requested and the front desk agreed that my lashes did not look like the style that I booked until I asked for a lesser plan to compensate for me not being happy with my lashes. The owner said that the lash tech would come back and take off my lashes or that I would still have to pay for the set that was unable to be placed on my lashes.
