Walgreens are everywhere. Each one seems to have its own personality and have varying levels and degrees of cleanliness and organization. I prefer this location as the staff is always friendly and the store is always organized and tidy so it's easy to find things. Ok so I go here for all my prescriptions and it's not always the most convenient but I always get great service. Sometimes the wait is really long, it seems like especially in the afternoon, so I try to avoid those times. But even if you have to wait, the staff is friendly and happy to assist you which is a big plus in my book. Worst staffed Pharmacy I have ever seen! Ridiculous amount of time to get a prescription filled. I don't mean minutes or hours I mean days! I have been to compound pharmacies and had prescriptions formulated just for me in less time. Calling them is just a waste of your time because even if you wait an hour or an hour and a half before they answer chances are you'll just get hung up on. And God forbid you need antibiotics or some other medication the doctor wants you to start now, you'll end up in the hospital or dead before you get it. This pharmacy is HORRIBLE! The store itself, not bad, but the pharmacy....Every time my prescription is ready, I DREAD having to pick it up because I know it's going to take about 45 minutes. Not that I was expecting much, but this is hands down the most awful experience I have EVER had at a pharmacy EVER. I scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment for 11:45 AM, the cashier was extremely rude, and forgot to process my check in. So I waited to get my vaccine for and hour and a half while they gave walk ins who arrived after me their vaccines. I eventually left the pharmacy at 1:45, so 2 hours of my life I will never get back. I understand being busy especially with COVID, but when I leave 2 hours after my *scheduled* appointment for a vaccine that takes 5 min... that's insanity. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I showed up for my rapid covid test and waited an hour in the drive through line only to be told once I got to the window that they were out of tests. This is after I tried to get it done the previous day the same time my husband was here because the pharmacy tech told me I would be able to and they told me no after also waiting an hour that time. does anyone even work here? seriously. 9 AM and the phone wait is 30 minutes long. i broke a bone last night, it's my first time ever needing a prescription for pain meds or anything other than birth control. when i asked questions trying to understand what i'm supposed to do the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. she said "you have to bring your prescription paper in" and i said "okay...." and she hung up on me before i could even ask anything else. no wonder they have 1 star read more

I'm only basing my review on one visit and it was for the pharmacy. There was a long line and it was 7:00 in the evening. Now the long line isn't Walgreen' fault but it seems like they didn't have a good "system" in place. They were rushing between the inside folks and the folks in the drive through. Once I did get my prescription filled check out was fast and easy . The Pharmacist seemed stress and overworked. We were the only english speaking folks when we went but the sign to "wait behind the line" was written in English. All of the customers kept getting in front of us I'm assuming it was because they couldn't read the sign and not because they were "cutting" the line. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever used in my life three weeks ago my daughter had issues she cannot get her prescription before we were going on vacation although she gave them two days notice it never got filled. My doctor sent in my prescription at 10:30 today when my husband went to pick it up at 1:30 they couldn't find it it still wasn't ready. So I called them after being on hold for 15 minutes I was disconnected the pharmacist told me he still cannot find the prescription. There's a reason I switched to an online pharmacy and I was reminded of it today. I dropped off two prescriptions before noon. Instead of waiting, I figured I would stop by later, giving them plenty of time and avoiding the IQ sucking hell-hole that typically is Walgreens. I went home and shortly thereafter received a phone message that there was a delay in my prescription. I figured "no big deal, I just need them tonight". Several hours later I got a call stating my prescriptions were ready. After dinner I stopped by and it turns out only one was ready and the other was delayed. Of course this is the one I'm out of. I spoke to the tech who told me to talk to my insurance and I had a new rx sent to the online pharmacy today, filling a second 30 prescription to get me by was messing with the system. After almost an hour on hold with insurance (which I realize wasn't Walgreens' fault), the insurance representative tells me I can always have a 14 day emergency rx filled to get me by. By this point, I had left because Walgreens is full of some special customers and I was past done. I called and spoke to a pharmacy tech who never hesitated and said of course she could do a 14 day script. So here is where I really get angry. 1: Why tell me my prescriptions are ready when one of them is not? I could've fixed the problem earlier, before I came in again. 2: Why the hell didn't they mention the 14 day emergency rx , which they were clearly aware of when I explained to the tech that I would be going without my meds if they couldn't be filled? The tech then told me they'd be ready in an hour. I don't care if I'm in pain. I'm not going back tonight. Unrelated: Why must they always tell you to "Be Well"? As someone with an autoimmune disease it's somewhat frustrating to hear that when I will never in fact Be Well. Sorry for the rant, but Walgreens, especially this branch, continually screws up and I'm fed up. read more

This is the worse pharmacy I've ever used. The employees in the pharmacy at this location are extremely rude! First of all, most of the times when you call you'll actually get a call center employee who works at some random call center that Walgreens started using to answer calls for them. They're not Walgreens employees and they're not familiar with pharmacy retail at all. Twice in the last 30 days I've called and spoken with a person (turned out to be from the call center not the actual pharmacy) to fill proscriptions and have one transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens. Both times the call center representative DID NOT do their job. So I've wasted time driving to the pharmacy only to find out that the refill request was never even entered and the transfer request was never processed. Both times the actual pharmacy had ZERO record of any of these requests. When you call the pharmacy and end up getting a call center representative instead the person doesn't tell you that they don't work in the pharmacy. They act like they are in the pharmacy and are processing your request, so you have no idea that it was a call center representative until you get to the pharmacy in person and find out that they've done nothing. The first time this happened 30 days ago I called and spoke with the store manager and voiced my complaint. Here we are 30 days later and it has happened all over again. To top off the bad experience I've had dealing with Walgreens' call center, when I stopped today to pick up the refill I called in a couple days ago, the pharmacy employee assisting me in their drive-thru was a complete b***h. I can't even say that she was rude because that would be a severe understatement. Once it was established that they never processed my refill, I asked her to write down my prescription number because I was going to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy because this is the second time in the last 30 days that I've had problems with this pharmacy and I'm not going to deal with them anymore. That's when she started being really rude. So apparently once you tell them you're leaving their business then they feel that it's no longer important to be civil with you. She literally threw her hand up at me and walked away from the drive-thru. A minute later she came back, threw the paper with my prescription number on it into the drive-thru container and almost RAN away from the drive-thru window, as I was started to try to say something to her. She literally was a b***h and ran from the drive-thru. Walgreens, this is how you treat your customers? Have a random call center answer your phone calls, continuously f**k everything up, and then when your customer tells you that they're finally sick of dealing with an incompetent business you're going to treat them like s**t?? Suggestion to you: drop the incompetent call center who know nothing pharmacies or prescriptions, and teach your employees to treat your customers like professionals. I'm transferring my prescriptions OUT of this pharmacy and I'll NEVER be back to this Walgreens. I'll stick with Publix Pharmacy from now on. read more

I used to love this Walgreens, staff is always welcoming but omg..The staff i dealt with today was a nightmare. ..The manager and cashier both go by the name Samantha and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked the cashier how was her day & she had an attitude, manner and tone which made me feel extremely unwelcome, which was strange because she seemed friendly to the person in-front of me. I then realized that her displeasure was about my coupons.She blatantly refused to scan more than 1 coupon stating that the rules are to only accept 1 coupon per transaction and further went on to tell me that she knows better as she works at Walgreens and not I. She was so cocky and defiant in her attitude that she not only called the manager but also encouraged her to not accept more than 1 coupon after explaining "her version " of what " 1 coupon per purchase and not more than 4 identical coupons per transaction" means. When the manager realized they didn't have valid reason to argue any further and her cashier was in the wrong, she covered it up saying we will only do it this time and stomped away. After this the cashier refuses to scan the ad for me so i can redeem 5000 points on the transaction even after seeing my total was eligible for the point redemption, insinuating that I'm cheating the system and defying me that it wont go through because its not meant to work on my transaction. After I told her to simply do it only so to prove my point, she does it and then triumptantly smiles at me waving the reciept in my face saying i didnt get the points. When i showed her the difference between bonus points and everyday points, both between which she clearly cant distinguish, she couldnt handle looking foolish and being wrong so she got mad at me saying " I won't be treated like this" and told my friend who was standing behind me that she wont check her out. My friend was quiet throughout the whole ordeal and was dragged into it for just accompanying me. When i asked her for her name, the manager yelled from the back that her name is Samantha and the cashier's name is Samantha as well. "People call us Sammy, Sam..go ahead and complain to Walgreens at 1800.. if you like" . Not only were they obnoxiously ill behaved but also cheeky enough to ask us to complain to Walgreens corporate insinuating that our feedback hold no value to the company and making us feel like under valued customers. read more

If I could put zero stars, I would. Medical person EXTREMELY rude! Do NOT try to use their clinic services. My son(who is in college) had his first gardasil shot at a pharmacy up north by the pharmacist as a walk in. He went to Walgreens in FL at the Underhill rd location back in October, to get the second one and we found out you can only go to ones that have clinics. He made an appointment and waited a long time but got it done. Now, for the 3rd shot, he went in and they cannot find any record of him having the shot done back in October!, then they would not take his prescription card...they did not tell him any shot is processed under medical insurance so he had to leave, call prescription plan and they told him. He has great medical insurance. Then this a.m. He was 5 min late for his 10:20 apt but the nurse practitioner said "you are late you can't get it...reschedule the apt", the thing was, they were all backed up on the clinic side and my son would have waited a good amount of time to be seen anyway, When he mentioned this, she said "You don't make my schedule, I do" and turned him away.
